Complicated a simple situation with presumptions, Rather then scanning a QR code and just giving the required packing envelope.. All prepaid I must add!After the QR scan I was able to leave with my shipped receipt.

Bought a P.O. Box online with no issues. Went into the Post Office to receive my key, and also received great customer service. Area was clean and the line moved quickly.

I needed a piece of tape to tape my box, and they said they have no packing tape in the whole store. They wanted to charge me for a 5 inch piece of priority tape. What kind of shipping service doesnt have tape in store if you need a small piece. And really, $2 charge for a 5 piece of tape? Really?

I go in today at 8:45 am and ask if I can pick up my expected package for delivery today and the lady said there still sorting mail and not able to get now. I didnt know if needed to be signed for so I ask them to make sure they leave it at my door so she took my name and address. Not only did they not deliver the package!! When I tracked the status it states that I requested it be held there. So now I have to wait til Tuesday for these two items that I was guaranteed to have delivered by the shipper today. Thanks a lot for screwing this up Bourbonnais POSTAL Service. Very disappointed.
