A year ago I decided to look another type of hearing aid . I scheduled an appointment. Had the hearing test. Was allowed try the new model in office. Ordered the new ones at about 30% more than my old ones. More ability for me to adjust the aids to fit the situation s. I like these better than the other brand.Audiologist was personable and knowledgeable. No pressure. Little wait time. Prompt solutions to problems

You guys advertise “Walk Ins” I have nothing but trouble with hearing devices they don’t work properly so I decided to just “Walk In” as advertised on their windows and pamplets and I was refused they had not one person in the waiting room there may have been someone in consultants rooms but even so at $6100.00 they refuse to take me in! The management(cEO) needs to take care of this situation!Susan EA Lindsey

I went to Miracle-Ear because they advertise a Free hearing test/screening. Absolutely no stipulations or restrictions are listed anywhere visible.I went to the Bourbonnais il location. The staff was very nice. The consultant asked me a few questions. After he was done with the questions, he told me if I answered yes to any of the questions he couldnt run the test! I had several yes answers.They do NOT advertise that! They advertise a Free hearing test period! I was very disappointed. I only have Medicare and Medicaid. They dont take that so I really needed that free test. All he did was look in my ear with a scope. I did not get my free test!When I got home I called their customer service number 15 minutes before they closed. They had me on hold for 10 minutes. Then with 5 minutes to go a computer automated recording said it was after hours!That didnt go over well with me either.I will be calling them tomorrow. The free screening with no advertised stipulations seems like false advertising to me.If you go here know there are apparently unadvertised stipulations to that Free Test.
