Pat was great to work with and provided prompt communication. FCA staff was pleasant and store was clean. My family and I stopped in on Saturday late afternoon and spoke with Eric. I was on the fence about the style of carpet to purchase. Debating between practicality and current trends, Eric was able to find me something to bridge the gap between the two and we purchased our new carpet within a half hour! I was very happy with the great service, guidance and expertise from both Eric but also Pat who offered some comic relief during my indecision. Thanks again!

Kyle Soucie is the salesman i spoke with. He has a ton of knowledge about the products and doesnt push for a sale. They have a ton of different products there and he is willing to take the time to match you with the best products for your budget.

Great store all around! My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Pat on picking out our kitchen cabinets as well as some tile. Pat was there to answer any questions we had and built a true customer relationship with us. FCA is now my go to store and Pat is my go to guy when I’m there. We were very pleased with our salesperson, flooring, and the area rug we picked out. The installers did a great job on the floor and totally cleaning up inside; however, they probably couldnt see the remaining debris on the driveway because it was dark out when they finished, and I ended up driving over a nail and had to have a tire repaired (thankfully not at a huge cost).

This my our first time coming to FCA Flooring and Kyle made it quick and easy. We have our floors installed and they are beautiful. Ken is a wizard with tile and the installer for our vinyl planking in the basement is phenomenal! I totally recommend FCA Flooring!! Thanks Kyle S.

Nice experience shopping at FCA. Kyle was my sales person and was very knowledgeable, helpful and experienced enough to give me the perfect fit to my situation pertaining to my time frame, lay out and budget. Nobody loves shopping carpet but Kyle made it a pleasant experience. My installer, Bob, was Amazing! He was prompt, friendly and went straight to work. After an hour or so I checked in to see his progress and was blown away at how fast and neatly he worked. Bob worked alone and youd have thought he had a crew. Im extremely happy with the final results of my new carpet. Thank you again to the fine folks at FCA!

I purchased hardwood flooring for my home. Megan was excellent in assisting me to find the right color and style of flooring for my home, and stay within my budget. It was expertly installed by their installer who was courteous and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend FCA for all your flooring needs!

Went there to buy hardwood flooring. Sales lady was nice but didnt have the samples we wanted to bring home to see how it would match up to our trim. She said she would order them so we gave her our name and number and waited for a phone call. We are still waiting for that phone call from a month ago so we went to Flooring by Lonni and bought the hardwood and it will be finished being installed today.

Ordered new flooring here. The salesman was extremely helpful and professional. Set up original install day of 01/30/19. It was far too cold to do the install and I agree. They called the day before and let me know. I was completely fine with that due to safety. Then they rescheduled for today, 01/31/19 at 9:30ish. They called me at 08:48 and told me no one will be showing up. I asked the gentleman what the refund policy is and he said he didn’t know. He will have the manager call me. No call from the manager. So I call in and a lady picks up the phone (I assume the manager) and I ask what the refund policy is and she arrogantly says there will be no refunds. Then goes off on me how it’s a safety issue because of the cold, he had trouble with his truck. Etc etc. I told her she knew what the weather was going to be when it got rescheduled. She then complained that they’re closed and she’s just there to do paperwork. She was very rude and arrogant. I would never use this company again. Called off 2 days of work for no shows and then to have a rude arrogant manager on the phone. Then expects me to take a 3rd day off work so the installer can start at 9:30ish or 10 o’clock some other day. IF they show up. Yeah no thanks. I will be getting my money back 😂EDIT: On 1/31/19 when I talked to the manager she said she’d have the owner call me. I called 2/1/19 to talk to the owner when they were open. The owner was around but the man who answered had no idea where in the store he was and asked if I wanted to be sent to his voicemail. So I did and left a message. Finally today on 2/5/19 I get a call this morning from John. Asking me to take down this post or at the very least make an edit. Never called to try and make amends or apologize. His main focus was my post. Didn’t seem to care what experience the customer had. He asked why I wouldn’t take it down and I told him the above reasons from original post. Also I never received an apology. He said “I am calling to say I’m sorry, but I’m not going to risk the safety of my employee” so it was really a half apology and the whole conversation was him trying to argue with me. When I called him out of just calling me to take down the post and when I said I wouldn’t he argued with me. His response was “well there is two sides to every situation”.... great business tactics John. Trying to always be right isn’t going to get you far. A simple call and apology for the late response, and for your rude employee, and just listen to why I was frustrated would have gotten the post taken down or edited in a nicer way. To be fair, I was out of town and my dad scheduled the floors to be put in after I mentioned the situation. The floors were put in and they do look nice.

We had a double bad experience with FCA Tile in Bradley. Their policies are very unfriendly to customers. We originally ordered some floor tile for our bathroom from them. It was a high end tile with each piece having a unique stone pattern. But when it showed up the color did not even come close to any of the pictures we had seen. FCA refused to take it back because it was a special order. Turns out, they only accept returns on things they stock. So I asked them what they stock, and I was told very little. The tile is uncut, unused, and in the box, and yet they refuse to just send it back where they got it. So buyer beware on this one.​We ordered a second type of tile for the bathroom, even though we were having to just eat the cost of the fist one. This was also a high end tile with a random stone pattern (from the mfr website: Shade Variation: Random (V4) – Considerable variation from tile to tile). This time, the tile was the right color, but it was not random. There were only two different tiles, with very minor color variations. Definitely not what I was expecting. This tile was basically a mass produced, non-random tile priced ABOVE the high end tile we bought the first time. I contacted FCA about this, and they just brushed me off, passing the buck. Their advice was to contact the manufacturer for relief. I did that, and DAL Tile also refused to support their product. Their advice was to go back to FCA. How helpful.Finally, I spoke to the owner and manager of FCA. He was very rude, condescending, and angry with me. He was all but shouting at me on the phone. He had heard about my previous phone calls, and it was clear he had decided even before I finally got in touch with him that he was not going to help me in any way. He offered no support, no service, no solutions, no courtesy, and no indication whatsoever that he cared at all about keeping me as a customer. The main message I got from him was: take your problem and shove it, we dont need your business any more. He did, however, take the time to remind me that FCA had generously given me a slight discount off the retail price of the second tile because of my troubles with the first one. He also tried to backpedal their policy and say that if the tile had not been installed, I could have returned it. How convenient. Thats funny, because his employees specifically told me the opposite, since it was also a special order. The owner said he wouldnt expect me to understand the difference.And it turns out, my installer on this job told me that FCA has been like this for years, with this reputation. I wish I had known that ahead of time...

In rebuilding and upgrading our home following a minor house fire, we sought to replace damaged carpet and tile with carpet and tile that was most fit our needs. We searched the Internet and then went out to a variety of stores to see the products. None of the others had what was finally shown to us at FCA of Bradley, IL, 100% SmartStrand carpet by Karastan as well as Paramounts Central Park tile. Our salesman, Kyle Soucie, listened to what we said wanted and needed in a carpet and then showed us the carpets of a variety of manufacturers and explained how each would meet our needs (Kyle, owner of a large and powerful dog himself, gladly met our high drive dog, RRJ, to get a better idea of the specific challenge our carpet would face). In addition, Kyle showed us the choices of padding and explained their strengths and weaknesses. Finally, before placing our order, Kyle measured the stairs where our new carpet would go. At another visit to FCA, Kyle showed us a selection of tile appropriate for our home and had us take samples home to see what tiles we would like best to replace those which had been damaged. In addition, Kyle was very helpful in amending our orders as necessary. Both the carpet and tile have been installed, and visitors have been very positive about them.Besides helping us find our carpet and tile, Kyle also worked closely with us to make sure both arrived on time for the rebuild. Furthermore, Kyle went beyond helping us with the products we bought directly from FCA by ordering stair nose necessary for wood flooring that was also being replaced but flooring that we had bought from an FCA affiliate and not FCA and Kyle directly.Without hesitation I say that youll find Kyle to be friendly, intelligent, informative, helpful, and a true professional.P.S. Just before we signed to buy the carpet, FCA ran a coupon on its home website, and Kyle applied this coupon to make the sale price even lower.
