I order tempered glass in July was told I could come pick pick it up in three days at this point I was going to install the glass myself however After rethinking it and considering the cost of the glass ,because it’s costly I called back and scheduled for an installation to they told me they had availability August 10 at 10 AM and on August 10 at 9:30 AM they called me to tell me they didn’t have the glass and couldn’t make the appointment, as of today I am still calling the company they still are telling me the glass is on back order and this is a installation glass for my home in my kitchen where the glass has been broken out. The customer service representatives here are very nice they’ve been very nice to me from the start but I cannot say that I think that they are knowledgeable and what they are doing and I cannot say that their customers are a priority when I am still waiting when I ordered the glass in July and we’re almost into September.

I got a rock chip on the freeway and immediately called central glass- they got me in for an appointment within 10 minutes! Great service and super fast.

We had a rock chip that we had procrastinated on repairing for quite a few months. It grew to over an inch in diameter with the neglect and the sudden snowfall. When we called in, a Central Glass employee said it could be fixed the same day. They did a fantastic job, and even cleaned the windshield when they were done.The whole repair costed a little over $40 for a big crack in the windshield. They fixed it up quickly and it looks great now!

Made an appointment for a window replacement install.(which was 3 weeks out just to get an appointment). Day of appointment I Waited and waited. They never showed up. I called (no apologies)and they said they could just give me a quote over the phone because they had the measurements from the previous home owner, they And would call me back. I never received a call back! I guess they dont want my business.

Fast and honest

Very friendly and helpful. I have gone in several times for rock chips. Michelle at the front desk was very patient in helping me contact insurance to have it covered.The man who did the work was also very nice and did a great job.

I asked for a quote over 2 weeks ago. I have called once to see what the bid is-was told it would take a couple of days. Still have not heard. I was not impressed with the man who came to give me the bid. He walked in with mud on his shoes even oozing up the sides. I had to ask him to remove them when I saw footprints everywhere. I cannot believe a company can still be in business with this kind of non service.

My rearview mirror had fallen off and I wasnt sure where to go. I was driving around and stopped by to see if they had the specific glue I could buy or pay someone to adhere it back on. They were very friendly and had me drive my car in the garage and they took care of it for me. I asked them how much I owed them and they told me not to worry about it. I am so grateful! Next time I need any glass taken care of or know of someone who does I will definitely go/send them here. Thank you for being so kind!

I am as thrifty as I am unattractive, I shopped around for the best price for a windshield for my Ram 1500. Central Glass beat the other guys by $70-$100 for OEM. No hidden fees. They give you a price plus tax, no surprises. No weekend hours but it is worth your time to set up a weekday appointment. Michelle and the gang are the best.

Took a window in for repair, was told the girl at the front stepped away for lunch and I could bring the window back later and see if I could catch her. Sorry, but if you can’t cross train someone to accept an order when it is brought in I’ll take my business elsewhere. If you post the hours that up are open but don’t have people to provide the service you are in business for I won’t do business with you.
