If I could rate lower I would - didnt know who these guys were when they billed - not - was proactive when they couldnt even seem to get the insurance informaiton from the hospital - I gave it to them over the phone - the billed wrong first, I gave them the info, they never tried to bill again and sent me a bill months later, so Ive given them the info again, they say they will bill correctly but who knows - almost impossible to even get anyone on the phone much less get help - finally after several calls got a rep who seemed to know what they were doing - wish me luck - makes me want to never use the Emergecny room at Lakeview in Bountiful - but kinda of stuck when its an emergency - this was a service for my Mom and she just moved in with me and shes older high risk and when you need help you need it. WIll send complaits to Lakeview directly as they were no help and said they had nothing to do with it. My goodness, you admited the patient, took the info, and while I know medical billing is separated often - the doctors work there in your facility and reflect on your facility - find a way to help your patients. No wonder people tell me they rather not go to Lakeview - the doctors, admins, and nurses were good but when you have to deal with the billing fallout for months - youre in need of mental health care.

I just received a collections notice from this company for delinquent payments? I never received even one bill. I had no idea this place was even trying to charge me!!! I am a very on schedule bill payer, and my credit is very good, well it used to be 😡. How am I supposed to know after paying 10 different bills for this hospital visit that there was one more when they don’t even bother to notify me? I am furious! If you can not use this company, which I’m sure is impossible since it’s connected to health care, don’t. Every other health related bill I’ve ever had notified me and works with me.

Please please read these reviews. Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for ERs to contract out doctors that dont actually work there. They sent me to collections because they failed to submit a claim to my insurance properly. Clearly its not the first time they submitted a claim. And they keep stating they mailed it when they know its supposed to be submitted electronically. Plus they were missing key information on my insurance card! Im reporting them to the BBB and might have to take them to small claims court.

If there was a star rating way below zero , way, way, below zero, that would be the rating I would give. It upsets me that I have to give even one star!!!! I was sent 2 letters from Emergency Physicians Int. that I had until August to get my bill settled but they sent me to collections in June!!! After I talked to them and we agreed they would give me time to settle it with the insurance. I called them and talked to a supervisor and she gave me the supervisors fax number and said that if I sent her my paperwork and the corresponding bills she would take care of it. My husbands secretary tried several times to fax everything and the fax never went through! So I called back and was told the fax number must be down then my sister tried later to fax it and it still never went through. I called back for six weeks never was allowed to talk to Teresa the supervisor. Was told she is on another call and cant talk to you right now we can give you another fax number but it will take another 2 to 4 weeks for correspondence!! I finally sent a 19 page appeal to my insurance company explaining everything I was going through with this company. Before I faxed my appeal my bill was sold to another bill collector!!! This companys negligence and incompetence is ruining my credit after it took me and my husband so much time and effort to fix our credit! I just wanted to let everyone know just what kind of company Physicians Integrated Care is! They just do not care about their consumers or customers and will not honor their agreements that they made with them! Beware of this company...

Terrible customer service, Terrible web site, would NOT recommend.

I received a text, the day after my supposed deadline to pay, telling me I owe them money. When I called to see if it was ligit they wouldnt help me because I wanted to have them look my over due account up by my phone number before I gave them personal info. I have never received a bill from these people.
