I have enjoyed reading the different reviews of this testing center. It doesn’t get a very good overall star review at just three stars, which is unfair. This is a good testing facility. I have been to four different testing centers doe tests and this was a great one. One cannot project their dislike of testing, or their results, or their frustration of test day into the center. That is not objective and it’s pointless. The staff here was very nice, pleasant, and very professional. They are supposed to be rigid and rules-oriented which can make them seem unfriendly. The facility was quiet, clean, and administered the testing efficiently and orderly. Kudos to them.

I flew in from Las Vegas to be fingerprinted to get my Utah Sales agent license. No one is there. Students I am told have been showing up for weeks with.no one at Pearson to greet them. I recommend a different location.

Went today to take a test. The gentleman who checked me in to my exam was the kindest man I’ve ever met in a place like this. It wasn’t my first go around and I had previously gone to the Draper facility. What a difference! He was so nice, so helpful, and really eased my test anxiety. The place was super quiet and way calmer than the Draper one. This man was wearing shark socks (awesome!) and he really deserves a raise for the kindness he showed today. I was so appreciative.

Kind of difficult to locate. My advice would be to park on the east side and top level of the parking garage. Make sure you go to the 5th floor. Staff seemed really nice to me. Test environment was good. The test wasn’t. hahaha.

Im sitting in the waiting area right now, and the old man checking everyone in is currently yelling at a woman because she keeps saying just her firstname and not her lastname. Im pretty sure the woman saying her name doesnt understand English too well. This old man needs to be a little more understanding.

This place is terribly managed. First it was impossible to find, the staff was incredibly rude, and the places looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since it was built. The building it is located in looks brand new, but I will never visit this location ever again.

Its a testing center. Please note that it is located on the 5th floor. No, it is not noticeable from traffic and the signs inside the building do not direct you to the 5th floor. There are nice bathrooms down the hall. Lockers are available for your personal items. Staff was friendly enough, but sticklers to the rules. Kleenexes are available for you - do not bring your own, unless you lock them up. Bring snacks and drinks and lock them up.

Testing went alright, but I felt one member of the staff was rude and impatient. I was there on Tuesday, April 3rd in the morning. A middle aged woman was very short with me and visibly annoyed when I was signing in, and even questioned my signatures veracity on my IDs. Testing is always stressful, and just because we dont know the procedures you do professionally by heart does not mean that you should lose patience. Also, its pretty basic to understand that signatures will look differently on paper than digitially when you cant see it. Thanks for upping my anxiety before my exam.

Staff was courteous and friendly, was a little difficult to find and could be more visibly marked.

This testing center does it exactly what its supposed to do: get you in, make sure youre not cheating on your tests, and get you out. I had no problems with the staff or other test takers and I felt like they did their job well without making you feel like a criminal which is always a potential problem at any testing center. The reason I rate it 4 out of 5 is because Ive been to other Pearson vue testing facilities that are a lot nicer than this one. The lockers were very used along with most of the facility. It was obvious that this facilitys maintenance wasnt their biggest priority but they got me in and out fast and without any hastle.

Professional place for tests. The staff was nice, the facility was nice. They have secure lockers for your stuff during tests. They are well organized and efficient.

I would not recommend this testing center. The staff did not show up to open the doors until after my scheduled test time. I tried calling them a day before my test to ask them a question. However, they do not answer their phone. You can leave a message...but they wont return it. I would suggest using a different testing center.

I had to take a test at pearson for my work. I showed up on my schedule day i was told that i wasnt schedule that day for my test I then was given the number to call there call center and they were not open! I we super frustrated i called the call center and the operator told me that it was my falt um no it was not my falt it was the system and when i asked if she could find me another test close to me she said if i was will to drive there is on a little far in Minasoda um i live it Utah! this company needs to re think there call center hours and have more computers for there testing centers.

Hoping to take my exam today. There is one employee here and she will not start any exams without another employee here. She refuses to contact her boss or anyone except the coworker who has apparently overslept. It has been an hour and a half of waiting. This is unacceptable
