These folks went above and beyond to get my bugs off of my car. They had me run my car through twice and by the time I left I felt like we were all old friends. Incredible place. Highly recommend.

Come here for a squeaky clean car! Ive had an unlimited wash pass for almost 3 years and it has been well worth it. I may not have a fancy car (2010 Subaru Impreza) but its always clean! Love the friendly waves I get from all of the staff, regardless of the location!

Maria and Alex are so nice! Every time I pull in I see Maria waving and she’s always so friendly. I love so much about Mr. car wash, but my favorite part is that customer service I get when I come every time.Give Maria and Alex a raise. 🤙Employees like them are hard to find in my experience. I own a video production company, and we get about 40 applicants an hour when we post a job listing because so many people want to work in that industry, but we have to go through so many people just to find somebody like Maria and Alex. So keep them around! They are huge reason why I keep coming back to Mr. car wash. Chandler was there today and he was awesome also! He’s great with people also!By the way, my car is always super clean and smells amazing every time, they do a great job cleaning your car. 5 Stars!

This places really SUCKS! The best vacuums at any area car wash. They even have blowers that get into the nooks and crannies that never get clean at other places.

The car wash itself is a rather tight fit, so be careful going through with a larger truck. The vacuums available are strong and there are even compressed air guns available.

The car wash itself was too fast, not thorough by far. When i got home I had to clean off all the water spots, clean the grill, and go around the bottom of the doors, the bumper etc to clean off the dirt. I will not use this carwash again!The vacuum service was excellent, 5 stars for that. I felt I had gained something decent back for all the money I spent.

Great customer service. They had to replace my member sticker and they employee who did it even wiped my window down after i rolled it up so i wouldnt have streaks. It surprised me and made me glad i am a member of Mister Car Wash! 😁Keep up the good work guys!

A great car wash!

Maybe 2 months ago or so, would have given 5 stars. Last time we came we paid for the full service wash and my son LOVED the lights and colors inside the tunnel wash. Then we went inside to wait while they vacuumed and cleaned the inside. The waiting area had an entire childrens play corner with a firetruck kiddie ride and other fun things. He had the best time! He didnt want to leave. We even ended up buying my son some fun toys they had for sale.Today we went back. We had decided to take my son through the colorful car wash but this time he sat on my lap in the passenger front seat. The wash only had one color (purple soap) and the lights didnt even light up. :( We went inside to let him play again and they have torn out the kids area. The only thing left is this toy.It was so nice to treat yourself to a car wash, and you could sit in the lobby while they clean the inside of your car AND your kid(s) could enjoy the play area so you could relax.We will probably find another car wash that has a more kid/family friendly area. Unless this construction will put the kids corner or some toys back. So sad, we loved this place and have been coming here since it was Firehouse car wash.

There needs to be a better way to dry the back windows . the large wider at the end is a great plan. But it needs to go down the back Windows maybe 2 seconds longer and follow the vehicle

Alicia was so great!!! We went thru the automatic car wash, and she welcome us with such big smile and happy face! Looks like she really enjoys her job and knows the meaning of 5 stars costumer service!! She even took the time to draw cute little fishes and waves in our back window and our kids were so thrilled about it!! I hardly leave reviews anywhere but this girl deserves to be recognized!!! I missed your car wash and bountiful 10 times better than the one in Salt Lake machines are better taken care of and you can tell when you get out of there that you have a better clean you dont have soap still all over your car

I came here because I wanted to be lazy and not vacuum the car myself, but due to covid-19 I had to anyways. It was really clean, nice, quick, and easy. I just wish they would let you know that they arent vacuuming for you right now.

Always leaves water spots at the locations I visited. The Bountiful locations dryer towel at the end left horrible streaks on windshield.

This place has gone downhill. These pics show what a wash gets you here. Hard water everywhere and they don’t dry off the mirrors anymore. The machine slams your side mirrors in and the workers didn’t even bother popping them out like they used to. The truck was cleaner before the wash. Time to find a new car wash.

Always friendly service. I like the extended evening hours. Bountiful location when I go through the side brush always slams my driver mirror violently. Doesnt happen with the brushes used at the Salt Lake 300 West location. But I have to say that at either location my mid size car is always clean and looks great after a wash

Friendly staff, cool lights in the wash. Bad wash on my Chevy Colorado. Did not get my mirrors, tailgate, rear window and parts of my hood. Way over priced at $16 for what I got.

We cancelled our membership today. You no longer wipe cars down or offer in-depth cleaning. We paid too long for a closed facility during COVID. Over the last couple of months, our car has been too water spotted to consider the cars clean.

I was super excited to use my gift card. The customer service was fantastic! The last 2 car washes havent gotten my SVU fully clean. My windows still had hard water spots on them. I immediately had to dry them and wash my windows again at home. I thought the 12.00 wash would be good enough to get my car clean. I love the free vacuums! Thanks for providing that service! Yesterday I went to vacuum my car. I started to vacuum my passenger seat. There was something sticky or dirty on the tip of the vacuum. My seat got dirty and it stained it. I am now having to take it to another car wash to use the carpet cleaner on my seat. I really like Mister Car Wash. I was very disappointed.

This place is amazing and I have been to all the other car washes and Mister is by far the best. The staff is amazing I’ve been here 50 times and every time they are smiling and waving and being totally awesome.

I have used Mister car wash for years both me and my wife. We use it for personal and work vehicles. We run our vehicles through it quite often between personal details which we do on our own. In April I ran my classic 97 f250 through their wash it tore off a piece of trim and damaged Fender and passenger side. I let them know the minute I got out of the car wash and ask them to please stop the car wash. After some convincing they finally did and we were able to recover the part stuck in their brush. Glad I could talk them into stopping the wash before they damaged other vehicles behind me. They asked me to please go and get an estimate at the company they recommended. I went and got an estimate that same day and turned it in. every time I try to call to find out what was happening on the estimate no one could be reached. Finally after complaining on a website to corporate someone called me back. They said the reason and no one was getting in touch with with me was covid-19. Seems to be an excuse for every company with poor customer service.the manager at the bountiful store said he would get back to me as soon as he was able to reach their insurance people. Finally after 3 months of trying to get an answer they stated that my truck must have already been damaged the cause that problem. Their insurance company was not going to honor the claim so now I am stuck with a $1,500 repair bill for damage that they did. I would highly recommend anyone with a vehicle that they want to keep looking nice not to go through Mister car wash in bountiful. Most expensive monthly Ive ever seen! But they are super nice. If its very heavy duty cleaning you need. Go somewhere else the girl at the front said they only do the super light cleaning. But everyone is always super nice.

Would be 5 stars if you guys didnt cop out so hard by no longer offering the wipe down at the end of the wash. Thats not a freaking covid risk and you know it... If youre not gonna offer that anymore ill go to quack quack. Thats why I picked you over them to begin with was cause of the dry off. But now that you still dont do that I think im gonna cancel my membership.

The have never in the past year had all of the brushes/scrubbers working at the same time. Usually the center brush/scrubber which covers the front, hood, top and trunk of a vehicle never works! At other times the brush on the driver’s side doesn’t work.Thinking of getting a pass? Don’t get one here in Bountiful!Update: Cancelled 2 memberships on April 8. Today April 22, charged for one membership! Just another example of the level of care one received at this location!👎👎

Awesome! Friendly staff. Beautiful waiting area. Complimentary popcorn, soda and coffee (if thats your thing). Lots of seating. Well staffed, no wait. Did a fantastic job on the car. Very happy customer. Good to see that excellent customer care is not a thing of the past.

Best carwash for you money

I dont know if Ive ever been anywhere I felt more welcomed... Not even Disneyland had this many smiles.They did a great job on the inside and out. Its only $36 for a quick clean inside and a thorough clean outside. And, when it was all said and done the staff came and got me walked me to the car and asked if there was anything else they needed to touch up. Anyone who complains they dont do a good job is just being picky.

I’ve been coming here for almost a year because of convenience. It’s just continually gotten worse over the year. My car is always spotty after even when they hand dry it. The vacuums rarely work. I try about three different Vacuums every time I come. I’d keep coming g if I saw an improvement but will probably be cancelling my subscription after a year.

I’ve had my cars cleaned here a few times and did there highest package. Seemed really good and was all done properly except when I pushed my seat fully forward I found they didn’t vacuum under the seat, there was some random trash I didn’t know was under there and was dirty. Nice thing is it’s not somewhere you often see so I guess it wasn’t as big of a deal. Other than that I haven’t had any issues and the popcorn and stuff inside is nice.

The wash was okay, and I always use the Salt Lake location. However the staff are like a bunch of kids who dont know what they are doing. There was no one helping cars enter and there are three lines all trying to get into the same wash while the workers are standing around chatting with one another. Definitely wont go back to this location ever.

Fast and clean in just a few minutes

I took our car to Mister on Tuesday and went with the premium $50 everything When they finished, they had not even cleaned the passenger seat, and they had not even vacuumed the seats. When I asked for them to correct it they got the manager out there and he refused. This is the last time I will go to Mister Car Wash.

They wouldnt take my coupon that I got from Hyundai service center which was super annoying. So I paid the $8 for a basic wash. When I came out the car was still very dirty though, especially the front, and I asked to go through again but instead they set 4 teenagers with rash to hand wash and buff it. I appreciated that. Good friendly customer service.

Beat Value Car Wash in town! Friendly crew. Prompt, aware, hard working & polite. A REAL QUICK hand wipe ar the end, I always use a towel to get what is missed over by the free vacuum area. Great selection of tools there too.. I like the hand spray air gun for getting in the areas that get missed. (Airvents, Rubber door seals, along carpet edges, etc)

Paid for the top wash, got the basic.I wonder how many other times this has happened to me...or to other people.The thing that drew my attention to this was that my tires werent shiny, but I paid for the tire shine. Next thing I looked at was the water that was left on the car. Paid for wax, but it certainly didnt seem waxed. I asked to speak to the manager. He blamed it on equipment and offered to run it through again. Would that have changed anything if it was equipment error? I declined that. I was given 2 free passes, instead of a refund. I would have preferred a refund.**Update 7/22/18Went back to use one of the passes. Same experience, no tire shine. Wax was not apparent. Asked for the manager, he had someone shine my tires, which was not the point. He started the conversation letting me know the machine was working properly. So if it wasnt machine error...? I asked for a refund since I had the same bad experience. It was denied.I will not be going back.

Good service and wash. A few locations for convenience is nice. The reason I gave 4 stars is the $8 additional charge for wipe down after the wash. I dont mind the cost if the job was done just a touch better. Clean wheels make a vehicle look amazing and when youre dropping another $8 bucks and tip after paying the unlimited monthly, they should be clean.

I’ll start at the very beginning, I called on a Friday and spoke with Bryan I asked if I could drop my car off in the morning for a “Interior Detail” he put me on a quick hold came back in the line and said it was fine. I dropped my car off with Tyler at about 8:15-8:30. He said they were busy and it would more than likely take the day. I was fine with that. Well 4:00 came around and my wife said maybe I should give them a call to check in. I called and my car hadn’t even been touched. The girl said they had 4 people call in and there was 3 people ahead of me. I was irritated but still polite, she put Rich the Manager on the phone, he was very apologetic and professional. I told Rich there was still 2 hours in the workday left and to put a couple guys on it and get it done. I told him I didn’t care if they kept it late (after hours) but please make sure it gets done. Rich again was very polite and professional and from the sound of it he did it himself. I had attempted to clean the seats myself but got them to wet and they really stared to have a bad stench. Anyway it was a bad situation, Rich did an AMAZING job on my car! The thing looks brand new inside. He said it will more than likely need one more pass over the backseat to get it completely clean but he said he will do it at no additional cost. I will definitely bring my car here in the future if needed. Rich is a fantastic manager. Unfortunately his employees aren’t as great. Well the 4 that called in anyway. Thanks again Rich! Never again will I attempt cleaning my seats without the proper equipment!

HUGE scratch down the hood of my black Accord, insert tear emoji. Usually take my car to a touch less car wash though the lady assured me my car would be fine so I thought I would give it a try. What a bummer.

First one is free. I am new to the neighborhood so I was looking for home for Delilah (my car). When I drove up there was someone at the window out of their car. So I waited patiently. Then a gentleman came up and said it might take a while please pull around and I will comp you a free wash. Of course I went thru. When I came out I checked Delilah and I think we both were satisfied. So I walked over and purchased a membership.

I wish there were staff to hand-dry your car as you come out like they have at other locations. I tend to see spots afterwards.

I was more then thrilled with my experience to mister clean car wash, as a unlimited member I come frequently and get my car washed. Today I paid the additional $8 and had my car serviced. The customer rep I spoke to was named Nick and worked at the bountiful Mister clean. Not only did he ask how my day was going but he asked if I had any special request the crew could do for my car. He then told me he was pleased with how kept my car was. I truly appreciate Nick not only for his kind words but his great customer exp. He is a great kid and does a great job! I hope they open more full service car washes along the wasatch front. Will definitely recommend this car wash to all my friends and family not only because of how could the wash is and service but because they have team members like Nick!!! A+++++

I am a monthly pass holder and recommend Mister Car Wash to all my family/friends as a great option here in Bountiful - especially if you park your vehicle outside. The wipe down at the end of the tunnel is the only potential hit or miss as it depends on the employees drying your car. It looks like theyve installed extra dryers but the result is somewhat the same. I always carry an extra towel to be safe.

I enjoy having a clean car so the unlimited monthly plans are awesome. Its convenient and quick. 4 stars because they usually have wet towels to dry off your car at the end so you get streaks.

I took my truck in on Friday to be washed. When I got home there was still mud but the front and back wheel wells and all along the side. So I took it back in Saturday morning and they used the pressure washer in those areas first. Thinking that they must have got it this time I came back home to do the inside. Definitely not impressed! Are the employees at the end to dry your vehicle just there for that? They should be the last defense and say you need to go through agin. Guess I’ve wasted my time and money this time!

As far as automatic car washes go, this one is great! I do the monthly pass, so I go through fairly often. Its great that they offer the cheap wipe down of the interior for the monthly pass holders, its not very thorough, but its only $8, so Id say its a good deal. Much better than the Layton location!

This place was fine, it got my car mostly clean. I just feel like they could have done a better job. Also, it would be nice if they had some sort of deal where theyll clean it for free if it rains the day after you get your car washed 🤷‍♀️

Unfortunately this place is just awful! Ive purchased there best and least expensive car washes and no matter what, youre car comes out looking like it needs another car wash. The only nice thing is you can use the vacuums when youre done going through the car wetting process. Its too bad because Bountiful really needs a good car wash and detailing establishment.

For $36 they should have done a better job. I payed extra to get the inside windows cleaned as a gift to my wife but instead got streaky, smeared windows all around. I didnt noticed it until I drove home into the sun and could barely see out of the front and the rear window looked like it hadnt been touched. I wound up doing it myself when I got home. The outside looked decent and they did a nice job on the rims that really needed cleaning other wise it would have been one star from me.

These folks used to really care about their customers. I was a loyal unlimited monthly customer for many years.Then I moved to Bear Lake, but still came to town at least monthly. Today I just purchased the PLATINUM PACKAGE for $36.00. When they finished, it looked like a 5 year old had done the job! I pointed out multiple areas that were not just not clean, but were as dirty or dirtier than when I brought it in. Every issue I brought to their attention was met immediately with ridiculous excuses like you would need to tell us if you want the running boards sprayed off, and oh, we just dont do it like that any more, which said to me that was as good as it was going to be. I have honestly never been so poorly treated in my recent memory...by ANY business. I will, and would advise anyone reading this, to avoid this place like the plague that they have become. Pitiful...truly pitiful...

This place is awesome! For a drive through they push the level of service up. Hand dry at the end and the free vacuums do the job.If you are driving with your kids and they like the lights at the car wash this place will be fun to go, besides the good service.Give it a try and share your experience.

I cant give no stars, or I would.I brought my car in for a much needed full service cleaning. The children who washed it didnt bother opening the back doors or cleaning the passenger side. When I took the survey, the manager called me and said that I could not have possibly gone to their location, I must have been mistaken.Ill never go back, thats for sure.

Love the car wash club. A little pricey. Also, wish that Ogden had a full service. Nice to just have my car taken care of.

Let me save you money. Go to the wash up the road that is 5 bucks and you will get the same quality. $18 wash, bugs still on the windshield, one guy hand dried half the windshield the other fella missed the windshield completely. Now not only do I have smudges from bugs still, half my windshield is all water spotted. Terribly disappointed for the cost. Would not recommend and will not return.

Not terrible but if I drop 16.00 to get my car washed plus have to wait in line for 20 minutes I wouldnt expect there to be dirt on the hood and the back of my trunk to look like it wasnt touched. I asked an attendant about it and she said I could go back through. Well if it did that the first time I dont know why it would be better again. She then offered to wipe the spots down but with a dry microfiber. I objected to that so she went a got a spray bottle and did a couple touch ups. Again saying I could go through again, they stopped the was 3 times while I was in it for some reason so that may have had something to do with it. The other issue with going through again.....I already waited 20 min in line I dont have time to wait again, this is supposed to be faster and easier than doing it myself, at least thats what I thought I was paying for.

Major waste of money.My car really needed some deep cleaning, so I got the highest level detail service I could get. The service offered everything, vacuuming, dashboard waxing, and seat shampooing ... I was willing to pay the $170 for all of that. ... However, they did horrible. I got in my car and it smelled great and looked better than when I dropped it off. When I got home I noticed how bad it was. they didnt even vacuum between my seat and the center console. ... I mean .. the reason I took it to them is because I (and most people) dont have the tools to do clean it like they do ... they should be doing every inch of the car for SO MUCH MONEY. Then I noticed my seats were, yeah shampooed cuz they were wet, but the couple of spills that were on there when I dropped it off, were still there. This was a major waste of money.

Love the service here. They do an amazing job at cleaning the outside and inside of your car. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Amazing wait area, free fountain drinks and popcorn.

If you want a full detail, come early as its first come-first serve and they only take like two each day. They do a fantastic job though, I come here often.

I used to work at this location and I cannot believe how bad the service has gotten. I paid for the Platinum and besides a bit of vacuuming and cupholder cleaning, nothing got done. There was dust all over my dash and I dont even think they did the windows. I know they didnt even open the back of the SUV because it wasnt vacuumed and the spots from my dogs nose were still on the back window. I usually dont write reviews, but as I went home and redid all the work myself I wanted to make sure no one else fell in to this. Stay away!

Very disappointed today. I have used multiple mister car wash locations and this one was the worst. Wanted the 18 dollar car wash comes with everything. Well I get done and there doing maintenance on there vacuum’s no one said anything the whole time. So I pull up to full service thinking that they would let me throw everything away and vacuum the car. Well I was wrong they tried getting another 20 dollars out of me to vacuum. I told her that I paid for the most expensive one and expected a vacuum and that they should vacuum my car then because thats bull that I paid so much can’t vacuum my car and then want more money just to do so. What’s worst is I didn’t receive the tire polish like what’s in the package nor did it wash my trunk area.I then had to go to the location on 3rd west tell them what happened and use there vacuum’sNeedless to say I’m not a happy Customer today.

Out of the 4 locations of Mister Car wash I use. This location is my favorite. Theyre friendly, and they are prompt. Always smiles and the drying at the end is the best. Not all locations have the hand dry. I use my membership very frequently.

I wish I could share the pictures of the inside of my car after I paid $36 to have it scrubbed. They didn’t wipe out my cup holders and there vacuuming of the inside of my car was not worth the amount of money I paid. I wish I would have just done it myself and I will next time. The staff was very professional and personable. They detailed our car very well, I was impressed. They are expensive, but they do a very good job. If you are willing to pay the money, I would highly recommend them.
