I have had a positive experience ever time I have dealt with this team of experts. They have kept my accord. They a great program for oil changes and regular maintenance. I am sure that if anything big ever happens (knock on wood) to my Bountiful Honda teamthey will continue to treat me right.

Pretty unfortunate that I have to leave this review. I had an appointment scheduled for 5:30pm-email confirmation attached. I arrived at 5:15 and after 25 minutes of waiting, I’m told they can’t get my car in because they have 3 other cars to work on and because they close at 6pm. As if it’s my fault they can’t stay on top of their appointments. They offered me a $10 coupon if I rescheduled next week. You really think $10 will cover the inconvenience this caused me? I had to take time off of work to be here on time, and I drove 30 minutes out of my way. Never coming back or recommending this place.

The Service Department is Amazing. Our Service Advisor Bernie is the best. Makes it a quick and easy experience every time we come in. Wouldnt take my car anywhere else.

Downside to this location is you have to find someone to help you.If you do find someone they will not approach you. You must approach them or you will not get service.

Weve officially bought 2 vehicles from here. After searching and searching, you just cant beat the quality and pricing of a Honda. We worked with an amazing salesman named Rodney who wasnt creepy or pushy. Just pretty much kept it real. That was probably the best experience.

Friendly professional service staff, Carson is great! Quick turnaround on work. Good coffee/soda. The service waiting area could be more business friendly with work surfaces and outlets.
