A car ran into my truck, I was so worried that it wouldnt be covered or get my truck to be repaired. I call Allstate they said explain what happened ask me to take pictures take down the insurance information from the person who ran into my truck then next thing I know they sent me to car repair shop and they took care of everything so I dont have to worry just get them the info they needed and they took care of the rest they notified me at all times and update my info on my account regarding the accident which it was something that a lot of other insurance do. Normally i have to call all the time but in this case they call me and update my online account so i can see where i stand with my case and they call 2. I say thats awesome. Well thank you allstate for the great service and for the great people i work with. Keep up the great work.😊
