I made my appointment online 1 1/2 hours before they opened, I needed to cancel because my truck wouldn’t start and when I called they said they still have to charge me 1/2 price. 8:39 a.m. booked appointment for 10:00 a.m.9:30 a.m. truck wouldn’t start so I called but they didn’t open until 10:00 a.m.All inside two hours of booking the massage I couldn’t give a 24 hour notice because I just booked it!!! They lost a customer! I will never go there now, $115 for a 1 hour massage and I still had to pay half.

I have never been to a better spa! From the second you walk in you feel so comfortable and the receptionist are so nice and welcoming. I had one of the best massages and facials Ive ever had in my life. I signed up for their monthly membership, and cant wait to start treating myself every month! There is no hidden fees or anything about the agreement that isnt straight forward! I also love that they use a text message service to reach out to clients. So much more convenient!

I was interested in looking into getting a new membership, and Rosemary at this location really went above and beyond. She gave me all of the information I needed and made everything so simple. Excellent service. Excited to start using my monthly membership!

They used to be excellent but raised rates without telling members and most of the therapists that are good have left. They also wont refund back payments on massages that they cancelled on me. I would avoid them. A lot of the problems are because of the ownership. I think the local people really try with what they have to work with.

DO NOT sign a year contract with this place. It is a trap. Bad communication, poor service, and 4 cancelled appointments in a row led me to request a cancellation of my subscription. They were super rude and blamed the pandemic. I had to call corporate to get any resolution. I filed a complaint with the BBB and denied the charges on my credit card. They said they would send me to collections. A contract is a two-way thing. If you arent fulfilling the terms, then it is void. Avoid this place and this company at all costs. Edit: Site tried to make it right. I appreciated the effort. There is a therapist there that is awesome, so I am keeping my contract for now, but they make more money on people that dont use their services. Make sure you use it.

If you are in Davis County I would go with Beyond Spa, even if you have to drive a bit further, much better pricing and much better therapists and management. I have never had such a poor experience! Never use the bountiful location, but also NEVER sign up for the membership. Communication is inconsistent and management was difficult to work with. I had to contact corporate twice to help address the issues. I had requested cancellation, asked for confirmation of cancellation, and never received it, and then got charged the following month, them trying to start another year of membership. In order to get refunded and the membership cancelled as requested I had to request help again from corporate, and the difficult part about it is that it’s a franchise. I signed up for a year thinking it would be a good and needed experience. I was unsatisfied with every massage I received and I tried several of the therapists. I am very sad to have had to gained more stress from what should have relieved stress.

Stacey is great.....if you wait 6mo to get in. Front desk is only sometimes helpful and only sometimes competent depending on whos there, but there are so many deak people in and out.

Ive been to multiple massage envys. This one is the most welcoming clinic. Everyone is so kind and professional. Best managed clinic by far.

Massage Envy cancelled my appointment, then rescheduled me in a different location which I didn’t realize until I showed up at the original location. Then, charged me a 50% no-show fee. Really pisses me off, please don’t patronize Massage Envy in Bountiful.

Massages here are good. I’ve never had a bad one and I’ve been a few times. Don’t let the girls at the front desk be your impression of the place. I think they just don’t care to be there. (Not dressed professionally, always on their cell phones.) KC and Shane do a good deep tissue.

I’ve had some great massage therapists in the past but they have all left and I’m trying to find another one. I was kinda bothered that even though they were closed for a few months during COVID that they continued to bill my card and I’ve had a really hard time getting something scheduled. The last two times I scheduled something they called me the day of and said that there was a “scheduling error” and the therapist they had scheduled me with actually wasn’t available at that time and asked if I wanted to re-schedule for another time. I’ve paid for probably 6-7 sessions that I can’t seem to use lol it’s getting pretty frustrating.

Cynthia is so friendly and talked with me throughout my whole massage. Made me feel relaxed and comfortable for my first time massage.

If I could give this location (Bountiful, UT) a ZERO star review, I would. Last May, I bought a 3 massage package for my wife. NEVER was I told verbally or in writing that this committed us to a minimum six month membership contract. After calling and speaking several times with a manager at the Bountiful, UT location they were not willing to cancel our membership until we paid for six more months. So, six months and $360 later, we called the Bountiful, UT location to cancel our membership. They would not allow us to cancel over the phone, so we went into the location and completed a cancellation form. To make matters worse and make us dislike Massage Envy even more, we were now told that even though we had paid for six months at $60 each, these massages were not ours to keep and we only had 60 days to use them or we lose them. What kind of scam is this? They REQUIRE us to stay and pay for six months at their mercy and we dont even get the luxury of using them at OUR convenience. We are once again under their thumb to use them in a limited time or we basically lose the $360 and the six massages that we clearly paid for!! Buyers beware. Dont let this Franchise owner get fat rich off their Bull$#!* business practices.

I went for a facial about a week ago and had the best facial but absolute worst experience. I will never being going back. Looking at reviews there shouldn’t be so many negative comments towards a place and their staff. Though I have nothing nice to say about the staff and the way I was treated. Don’t waste your money here. The manager treated me awful and I got mistreated on the phone twice along with my friend. Take your money somewhere else for a better experience!

I received a gift card and made appointment and showed up today. And was told oh sorry the person you had the appointment with isn’t here and we called everyone. Well I wasn’t called at all. The next comment is I would suggest you don’t schedule online. WHAT?????? Why have that option if it doesn’t work. Very poor service. They offered a 1:00pm appointment with someone else. Didn’t even ask me what I wanted done. My appointment was for 11:00 am not 1:00pm. Feel like this store is not organized or professional. I will go else where with my gift card. If I even use it. Doesn’t matter if was gifted first impression are everything. Don’t feel this one is ran well at all. Good luck to anyone that goes.

Avoid any Massage envy the management is horrible and billing is corrupt.We have been monthly members for years. Since they closed in March we haven’t been able to use 3 massages already paid for unless we pay for 3 massages while they were closed. We have problems with billing before but we had good therapists so we tolerated it.

My husband and I had a couples massage yesterday. Rico and Stacey were our therapists and both were amazing! I like a very deep tissue massage and Rico was excellent. My husband felt the same about Stacey. I would highly recommend them both.

Tyler and Shane are the best! I come to ME several times a month to help my shoulder and I always leave feeling so much better and more relaxed! They keep the office clean and peaceful and the staff are always so kind. I 100% recommend this location of ME to anyone. I recommend Shane or Tyler but I know there are also other great therapists. My daughter really likes Kayla, Ryan, and Ty.

Massage Envy Bountiful houses more than just a few excellent massage therapists. We enjoy our sessions every time! We recently tried their facial products - amazing! We thought about discontinuing our membership a few times, just to try cutting down on pleasurable/unnecessary spending, but its more than just pleasure. We come out of each massage feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. Its such a reasonable expense when you think of all the benefits and its a must have for our family! Well continue to support this location and strongly recommend anyone looking for a great massage to check them out!

I had a great facial. The aesthetician was great! Very informative about my skin and gave me lots of details of how to help it. It was an extremely relaxing experience. All around I fully enjoyed myself and look forward to going back!

I had an excellent masseuse today who was able to go deeper and work on knots, elongating the muscles. One of the better massages i have had in the past year. She has a great deal of experience working w professional athletes which translated into an excellent massage for me.

Very clean, quiet, peaceful. Lovely feel and good energy. My therapist was truly a healer. You could feel the healing with each touch. She was receptive to me and where my body was needing attention. Reception was kind, helpful, and not pushy.

I have had a membership at the Bountiful, Utah location for years now, I kept it active even when I lived out of state for an extended period. Their service and attention to clients are exceptional. My therapist, Lisa, is the best Ive found. The facility is always clean and calm. Highly recommend.

Massage Envy in West Bountiful has MANY great massage therapists!!! If you like a deep tissue massage with people who take the time to listen to your needs, then I would recommend a few of my favorites: Ryan, James and Chris (female) and Kellie. I am sure there are others who are fabulous, those are just a few of my favorites. The people I listed above also can do a lighter massage. This is a location I would highly recommend!!

This facility was very unprofessional when handling my account. They had been charging me for monthly services when my account had been put on hold, and I had moved out of state. I spoke with the manager at the Bountiful location and she assured me I could cancel the membership immediately for no additional charge and gift the money I had been charged to a friend who still lived in the area (because of course reimbursement was an absolute NO). I called them today to arrange the gift transfer to my sister-in-law and the same manager (Lindsey, I think) tells me I forfeited my money when I immediately cancelled my account.. when the first time we spoke about this it was her idea to cancel immediately and gift the money. They now have $120 of mine that they will neither return to me nor gift to my family member. Such a joke! I would not recommend their services after being lied to over $120.

I have been receiving massages here for many years. Always professional, clean, and friendly! I have MS and need deep tissue work. I must say their therapists are great! have had a few facials in the past year and have been very pleased with this as well. They use and sell Murad products which I have been using regularly. Definitely recommend this location!

We are sorry to say that we had a bad experience on March 26, 2018. My wife and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary, we wanted a relaxing couples massage. We explained this to everyone. I will give thumbs up for the desk service only. They understood our complaint, and knew right away the reasons, I got the feeling they knew we didn’t have the high rating masseuses. They suggested that we talk to the manager, we spent a lot of money, the manager offered to have us come back, give them a second chance, but pay the price again. Really? My wife was on pins and needles with the rough massage, everything hurt, he was rough, mine was very light, not what we asked for. I even asked for a deep foot massage towards the end, I was so dissatisfied. When we were done, we both asked each other if we liked it, we were very disappointed. In the past we had some good massages. Not to mention they took us back 15 minutes late, and by the time we got started, total time for everything 75 minutes, start to finish, should have been 90, won’t be going back.

Definitely great at what they do. They know what theyre talking about and they are very friendly as well as nice. Very professional. The massage therapist I work with is Barb and she is wonderful. I always have a lot of stress in my back, shoulders and neck and she knows exactly how to relieve them, as well as find places I didnt even realize hurt.I like that they have therapists that work for different people, I have a lot of pain tolerance and enjoy deeper massages, where as my boyfriend prefers softer. Just ask the girls at the front desk about anything and theyll happily help you.I also love the membership they offer, they just take money out of my card monthly and I make an appointment when I can. Makes it simple and I dont have to worry about paying. Definitely recommend to anyone.

If you want fluff, go on vacation and get a message by the beach! Haha. My therapist calls what he does for me and my husband, message therapy. We need the work for our jobs to keep going. Its amazing! I love the people who work on us. They are educated and very professional. Ive been going there for at least 2 years now. I love it.

Front Girls are always friendly(I havent seen a guy upfront), they acknowledge you when you walk in, that is a dieing courtesy in the customer service world. The therapist are always wonderful. No matter who I have I always leave feeling emotionally recharged, relaxed and ready to go! The soreness the next day is worth every penny spent, my headaches and migraines are almost non-existent and my stress knots are gone or almost gone.Best Massage Envy team in Utah!

I have had years of massages, at the Bountiful Massage Envy, all really good. But recently I started having facials done by Marian. Life changing experience. I know men always think of putting putty on your face with cucumbers eyes is a facial, it is not. Marian not only expertly and gently works on your skin. She also massages the scalp, neck, face, and upper arms. Not so much pressure that toxins are released every where, but the amount of pressure that releases the tension. I used to get a lot of head aches, but since I started getting facials by Marian, life has gotten better. I just ask that not everyone sign up, I still want to be able to get into see her. In fact, I am taking my daughter to her next week.

Not exactly sure what happened today. Have had more massages and hot stone massages at this location than I can count, so I know what to expect. However, I paid for a hot stone massage and was excused after only 1 hour (these are ALWAYS 90 minute massages) I asked the girl out front about why only an hour, but she did not know. There was also no massage The girl slapped some oil on me rubbed a slightly warm rock on a tiny portion of my anatomy and then moved on to the next tiny portion. By far the worst experience Ive had at this location. :(

I love my therapist, Josh. His massage always makes my bad neck feel better. He gives me tips of stretches that I can do at home. I know he works on many people but always seems genuinely interested in my conversation as he works on me. I will not go to any other therapist.

I continue to get massages from Tyler at massage envy in Bountiful because he does such a great job! He always focuses on my trouble spots and does Exactly what I’ve requested. He can give a great massage that is relaxing and healing at the same time!

Watch the contracts. They take money from your account. You have a time limit to use the service you paid for. You don’t get in you lose. After I posted this first half. No call back, called in again, no call back. Drove 30 miles, found manager and got no refund.

After years of suffering from migraines, I decided I needed to do something more. Instead of masking the problem with medications, I wanted all over wellness. I have had regular massages now for a year. My headaches are significantly lessened, and if I ever have one now, they are not as severe. I owe it all to Stacy! So grateful to find a way to feel good again.

This place has an extremely high turnover rate. Seems like there is new girls working at the front desk every time I come in. It would take too long to list the issues I have had but today’s pushed me over the edge. They called literally 3 minutes before my appointment as I was in the car to cancel as my therapist was sick, I ignored it figuring it was just a reminder call.I took an uber to get there...No one else available to take my appointment of course.No therapists seem to want to work at this location long.Girls at the desk were apologetic but I didnt think it was their fault. Unless my therapist called earlier and they forgot to call me right away but I dont know.They apologized and told me credit wouldnt be taken from my account. Wow, thanks. Thank you for not charging me even though I didnt get service, so nice of you. No offer of anything to compensate my time, it was not free getting to my appointment, and you know I would have still been charged had I missed an appointment.Bottom line is this place is poorly run. If I owned this place management would be replaced and staff given proper training and support. Clearly leadership is lacking here.

Tonight I had a massage by Alex and my massage was very relaxing and she did the right amount of pressure the entire time of my massage. It is nice to come out of massage satisfied and relax.

I hate to leave bad reviews but I called and scheduled my husband a massage for his birthday. When he arrived for his appointment they said that he didnt have an appointment and offered no solution to fix the situation. I called again and emailed to see what happened but got no response. Im disappointed in the lack of communication and realize that mistakes happen but this was handled poorly.EDIT: Responded via the online portal and have not heard back...still nothing for 8 months.

Ruth always takes great care of me. I have arthritis and she knows how to use the right amount of pressure. My hands are really painful and today she wrapped them in moist hot towels before massaging them. I have never been disappointed.

The massage and facial were fine. They sold my husband a package for Mothers day that was supposed to be a massage and a facial. After the services were performed, they informed me that the card was worth $125 (the price of the package) towards the services. I had to pay an additional $100! Really? For that price I could have gone to an exclusive day spa.That is a shady way to do business.

Do not go here! There will steal your money, charge you for 2 hours when the max they will even let you book is 90 minutes, and say you used your credits at locations you have never even been too. They owe me 17 hours but the manager (Sadie) has told all of the locations not to let me use them. I am currently pursuing legal action.
