Called to have a water heater replaced. Evan explained all my options and the pros and cons of each. On install day, Evan and Jeremy were on time, clean, and prompt. They left our utility room looking better than before the install. They ensured we were satisfied and even came out the next day to rectify an issue. Will definitely be using Craigs again for any future needs.

We came home from being out of town and our home was over 90 degrees inside. Craigs service was the first place we called as our neighbors had just used them. The person that answered said they would have a service person to our home in about 30 minutes. James arrived shortly after. He was professional and knowledgeable. With the age of our home the best option was to replace our AC and furnace. James clearly explained our options and helped us decide what was best for our home and budget. The next morning James came back and the furnace was Installed. Due to needing to order our AC unit they installed a temporary unit that day to keep our home cool. One week later they came back and installed our new AC unit. Let’s just say it works great and keeps our home cool. Prior to leaving James ensured all of our questions were answered. There were even follow up calls to make sure we were doing good. We would highly recommend Craig’s service based on our experience. Our water heater started leaking. Craig’s sent someone out the next day and he replaced the heater within a few hours. He did a great job and I really appreciated how fast they responded and got everything fixed.

Very professional and respectful technicians that do a great job.When I called Any Hour services they had a great deal on an AC tune up but the earliest they could schedule us was three months out! Ive used Any Hour services in the past and they are great too but for the Bountiful region Craigs services seem to be a lot quicker response and availability rate. When I called Craigs services they were able to come out the next day, as opposed to three months out.

Had Craigs Service come out to fix our AC. The unit kept tripping off. Ryan inspected the unit and determined that the compressor failed and was leaking refrigerant everywhere. He was very thorough in his explanation, ant the cost to fix vs new. Recommended a new since the unit was 14 years old and at the expected life. He provided the information to replace with a new AC including recommended size and models. Their installer was there the very next morning and worked to install a new AC unit by end of day as promised. They were very professional and timely. Clean up afterward was thorough. Would highly recommend.

We needed a new furnace and A/C (both were 26 years old and on their last leg). Craig’s was quick to respond to a bid request (they came by the same day we called, and we called late in the day!).The bid they gave us was cheaper than the other bids while at the same time it also provided a larger BTU furnace with a higher efficiency rating and an A/C with a higher SEER rating than the competitors bid.They also gave us multiple options for systems to install, all of which were cheaper than the competitors. They were even able to install the entire system the following day! We will definitely be using Craig’s again for any future needs!

Ive had them work on my rentals and home HVAC systems. They do great work but can be expensive. They spent several hours diagnosing the source of a leak on my Navian Tankless water heater and then said they would replace it for $9,000 to $12,000. I bought a new one for only $2,399 but that was without a warranty. My brother in law, who owns a HVAC business in Washington State, said he would have charged no more than $6,000 for the unit and installation.

Furnace broke down in the heat of summer. Called Craigs and they were up later that day. Turned out both the furnace and the AC had reached the end of their life span. Bryan came to the appointment, gave me all of my possible options, and got the work done right away. In order to have my AC up and running by the end of the next day he had most of his team at the house working to get it done. Recommend Craigs for any issues you are having!Update: Apparently my appliances had a secret pact to leave this world together, and at the worst time possible. Just months after the HVAC debacle, and this time with freezing temperatures outside, my hot water tank cracked and departed this world for the next. I was on the road for work and trying to get the hot water back on ASAP for the fam. Called Craigs and Eric came up, assessed the situation and gave us our options. We decided to update to a tankless system. This was quite the job, but Eric and the guys at Craigs spent about 11 hours getting it up and running that day, thus keeping my marriage intact. Excellent service again! That being said, Id like to go more than a few months before I need to have them replace anything else!

Our AC stopped working on a Saturday night. Brian came that night to see if he could fix it. Unfortunately he couldnt fix it that night and it needed to be replaced. We decided to replace the furnace as well, since they were both old. Craigs came early on Monday morning and efficiently replaced both the AC unit and furnace. They were very polite and put down towels so they didnt dirty my house. They were friendly and answered my questions. They were all finished by 2 pm. I am happily back in an air-conditioned home and so grateful!

I cannot recommend Craigs highly enough. They are extremely competitive on price and they get you scheduled very fast. They also have fantastic service, I initially needed a bit more coolant put into my new system they had installed, Bryan, the owner, responded to my text on a Saturday when he was out of town and had Noi, his tech, come out Sunday morning to take care of me. Would not recommend. As a landlord, I have used them in the past. Recently, they were out for a simple service. When I asked for information about the visit, they refused to have the tech call and inform me. They also charged for a second visit they said would be free. I would go somewhere with friendly service and a business that wants to do more than over charge.

I had Craigs install a new AC 7 years ago. Fast forward to 2020. My Lennox ac wont blow cold air. So I call my local HVAC guy. The compressor is toast. No big deal Lennox have a 10 year warranty. My guy calls up the manafacturer and surprise. Craigs never registered my unit. So no warranty for me. My HVAC guy and I are shocked. What kind of allegedly reputable company installs an AC and doesnt register the thing? Craigs is who.

After working with this company to install a new a/c, I must say that I am extremely impressed. Bryan is courteous and prompt; he also gave me his cell phone number which, I think, is unheard of. His quote for a new a/c was much lower than Scott Hale; and once we decided to pull the trigger and get a new a/c, they were able to install it the next day. Start to finish, they were here about 4 hours. If we need any future heating or cooling repairs/replacements, I know who to call first!

They care out to diagnose the problem a day earlier than scheduled, which was so nice because it was so hot. And then Bryan gave me a good deal on the furnace because the one we wanted wasn’t in stock. I also appreciated that the receptionist let me know about a rebate on the furnace and took care of the paperwork.

Called and got an appt. on a very hot day when our AC shut down. They came in the afternoon and replaced the fan motor within hours. I appreciated them doing it the same day.

My air conditioner stopped working the day before the hottest day of the year, so I called Craig’s. They scheduled me for early the next day and arrived promptly. A quick diagnosis identified the problem as the compressor. Although the technicians were able to get the unit running again, it was on borrowed time. The service manager and I discussed the options: run with the current fix until the compressor fails completely that could be up to a year or more or replace the unit. There were no sales pitches or any effort to push me in a particular direction other than my satisfaction. Ultimately I went with a new unit, which they installed the following day and I wasn’t charged for the initial repair.I was happy with my new AC and went online to register it for the 5 year extended warranty. This is when I ran into a problem. The outside unit was new but the inside coil was the original, so Lennox wouldn’t provide the extension. I called Craig’s and explained my frustration, but resigned myself to accept the base five year warranty. I later received a call from the service manager who explained that the warranty process had just changed several weeks prior without notification by the manufacturer. He knew I wanted the warranty and set about to ensure I was able to get it. The next day I received a call to have a new coil installed at no cost to me. I now have an entire new AC and extended warranty. Now that is service! Try to find that with anyone else.Do yourself a favor when you need HVAC service and call Craig’s Services like I have for years. You won’t be disappointed.

They did NOT charge me for an additional service call only for the coolant added. Considering the time they spent and work they did they probably lost $$$ on this deal.

We are so impressed with Craigs Superior Appliance. The customer service was wonderful. She was sympathetic that our air conditioner was not working in 90 degree weather. She apologized that they could not come by until tomorrow, but promised if they had an opening earlier she would send them. Four hours later a friendly serviceman showed up. He pointed out the problem and showed my husband a couple things he could do himself to fix it to save us his hourly labor charge. He only charged their service fee for coming out to evaluate it. We will definitely call them again if the need arises.

They were amazing and had no problems finding the issue with my AC. They were on time and even wore foot covers to help keep my house clean. I would recommend them to anyone.
