Fedex says that there are envelopes at these drop boxes and OnSite locations for prepaid mail - however, this location had no Fedex prepaid envelopes. The service agent was very rude and told me to go buy a white letter envelope and tape to stick the prepaid label on it.

Dropped off a package on April 19th for overnight delivery. It wasnt picked up until the 22nd, and the contents spoiled. They are claiming that theres no possible way it wouldnt have been picked up on the 19th and are blaming FedEx while FedEx is denying responsibility because the tracking scans show that it was at this location until the 22nd. After a bunch of calls back and forth, Im realizing that Im getting nowhere and will have to just eat the ~$200. I guess they win. ~shrug~

I was backing out of my drive way bag said fragile I watched the delivery guy throw the package at my door and walk off
