This is a family owned shop who treat their customers like family. My installation was scheduled and due to circumstances out of my control I had to reschedule. Jerry and Brenda were so kind to work with my timeline. Shane and his crew were top notch. My condo was picked up and clean every evening after the days work. Lots of hand holding when I needed it. Incompetence from start to finish: a headache of a buying process + a $450 plumbing bill.The experience started out nice enough with a seemingly friendly staff. However, as soon as we placed orders things went south. Confusion at every turn. No real explanations. The staff became incredibly difficult to get ahold of, and when we did speak nothing was ever accomplished.Go Green had 2 contractors come out to install the carpet. The installation was broken up into 2 visits because some material was backordered.On visit #1, the contractor put a nail through a water pipe when reinstalling the baseboards. This resulted in water gushing from the walls and the basement ceiling. We had to get a plumber out here which cost $450. After going back & forth with the owner and the contractors, no one took ownership or attempted to make it right. They pointed fingers at one another and refused to reimburse the damages. In the end, the contractor slipped me $100 bill - the best he could do.On visit #2, they installed carpet in the final bedroom. When we returned home the room was a mess - loose carpet pieces everywhere, baseboards chipped, and they very intentionally covered our floor vent with carpet, preventing any cold air from entering the room - a final parting gift.Word to the wise: stay away. My wife & I wanted to support a local business but this is not the place.

So impressed by Go Green Flooring! We went to them looking for marmoleum, but after talking to the helpful and knowledgeable clerk, she steered us to another non toxic style of flooring that was more appropriate for our bathroom, and more affordable. She easily could have sold us what we asked for and made more money, but instead, she got us something that worked perfectly for us, and cost less. We will be making all future flooring and carpet purchases from them.

What a great experience! We just moved into our new house and needed carpet and Go Green Flooring exceeding my expectations. From the time we walked into the store we were greeted with friendly smiles and the staff was able to help us pick out exactly what we wanted. The day the carpet was installed, everything went smoothly. We are so happy with the results and cant wait to enjoy our beautiful new carpet for years to come!

We have used Go Green Flooring three times now, once for carpet upstairs in a condo, once for ordering an area rug from carpet that is great for kids (soft, durable, easy to clean, non-toxic) and finally for a carpet runner on house stairs to make it easier on an aging dog, small kids, and grandparents. We have had great interactions with all the staff weve encountered (Jerry, Margie, Shane, Rob) and highly recommend them. I am always surprised at the cost of high quality flooring but I dont think that has anything to do with this store in particular, its just expensive to do right.

Brenda and the staff at Go Green Flooring were extremely helpful with our remodeling project. Brenda was very creative, willing to provide samples, research additional options and offer helpful suggestions. Emails were always answered quickly.

This is one hell of a shoddily-run company. They installed a bamboo floor for us back in January and when the final piece was in place, they weighted it down but within several months, it started to peel up. I called them, they sent an employee out, but neglected to tell me that in order to fix the peeling strip, a weight needed to be in place for 72 hours for the glue to cure. Their guy told me that the day he came. Since the strip was on the door threshold of a secured office suite, this wouldnt work. A coworker came up with a solution that I suggested to GoGreen, and I made special arrangements for everyone to be out over the holiday weekend so the door could be locked and the strip of bamboo weighted down. GoGreens employee failed to show up, and when I called, they said he was in the mountains on another job, unreachable, and no one had been scheduled in his place, nor had they thought to call me and reschedule. Two weeks later, that employee showed up unannounced to take a look at the door strip, told me he could fix it without the weights, and asked when he should come back. I asked him how could I be sure he wouldnt flake out like last time, and his response was to look at the floor, shuffle his feet, and say I didnt flake out, I just forgot to call you. When I reported this to the company, the owner was miffed that I had taken umbrage at this unprofessional behavior, because the employee in question was her son. She promised to send someone else out to take a look at the door strip, and never did. Im thoroughly disgusted with their unprofessional behavior and do not recommend them to anyone.

Disappointed to learn that they would not sell me a product simply because I didnt purchase a carpet from them. Terrible service and treatment. Dont waste your time. Would not recommend.

First, I should point out that two of these 1-star reviews are shameful and ignorant-- the ones from Kahle Toothill (she was mad they wouldnt sell her something site-unseen) and Sue Prant (who apparently doesnt quite understand 1 sq. yard = 9 sq. feet, and that the quoted sq. yard price was *better* than the listed sq. ft one). SMH.I worked with Sheri and Jerry (owner) for some carpeting. What impressed me most about these folks was their honesty and no-pressure ethic. I went to the store to return their carpet samples and asked them to place an order and Sheri actually stopped me. I had mentioned that Im sensitive to chemical smells, so even though I was ready to hand them my money Sheri said wait a minute lets discuss further because Im not sure if youll be happy. Turns out, I wouldve been unhappy with that one (this one wasnt a wool / no VOC carpet).Jerry came to my home to do a measurement along with one of his staff members Jose. What friendly guys, the type of good folks youd want to have as neighbors. At one point I even walked completely from the sale after all their work and multiple quotes and warranty research, etc., because I needed a good bit of time (a month or two) to reassess. Zero pressure or bitterness from these folks, and thats exactly the type of moment when you know what kind of people and what kind of business youre dealing with.Edit: I should also mention for review purposes that I did cross per-yard cost comparisons with two different Carpet Exchange stores (because the first Carpet Exchange stores guy was absolutely clueless about the Karastan carpet I was using for comparison) and Go Green was cheaper (and they could tell you all about it). Go Green being in Boulder vs. Carpet Exchange being a big chain and in Thorton and Westminster, this price difference in Go Greens favor actually surprised me.

I have never written a bad review on anyone, but this place really frustrated me. There were sheets above the carpet displays with the names on the carpet that said the prices per sq foot. When I went back, some of those sheets were gone and I had to ask for prices, which were then given by the yard. I had some samples delivered and asked for the prices and again were given by yard. The yard prices did not match the per foot prices ($3 per ft became $19 per yard)! Then there were A LOT of extra charges- the pad, a $6 a yard charge to match (this was not a pattern), a delivery fee, a minimum install fee. What looked like competitive prices on my 1st visit turned into the most expensive carpet ever for a basic, plain basement room. Thankfully, I got out before I paid anything.
