Outstanding Experience! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, family and friends couldt gather for my moms funeral. We hired BCC to live stream a very small church service, and provide pre and post service pictures including music. From the moment we called, our stress was relieved as Dave, Melinda, and Marcus provided an atmosphere that assured us they were competent, qualified, and would take care of all the details. They responded quickly to both calls and emails. Melinda perfectly handled the pictures/music (even with last minute changes). Marcus was at the church early. John and his crew did a fantastic job getting the ethernet ports and wireless network in our home up and running again. In our utility room, they transformed a tangle of wires - many of which no longer functioned - into an organized and working system. It had long frustrated me to pay for high-speed internet service from Comcast - only to suffer from slow speeds throughout the house. Johns crew addressed the issue on our side and now were getting what we pay for. Highly, highly recommend.
