Easily the best tree care company around and thats saying a lot as there are some good ones in the area. Tim came out soon after Id called to schedule an estimate. He surveyed everything, gave a written same-day estimate. After confirmation, he scheduled the job soon thereafter. On the day of the job, their crew introduced themselves, were friendly and happy to be there. They went above and beyond and made sure the job was done better than my expectations. I was not on site and they certainly couldve cut corners but clearly did not. Their company name is well-earned.

We have a 40 year old Silver Maple we love. It had yellow leaves and had been dieing back a few branches every year. The other tree companies we spoke with said maples just die back and it may be time to remove it. Tim recommended injecting iron. After a couple weeks the leaves are green and the tree looks healthy. Highly recommended.

After the storm, Tim came promptly and gave me a manageable estimate. The crew completed the work quicker than I expected and at a very reasonable cost. Tim oversaw all the work and his crew did a great job trimming several very large maple trees as well as some smaller trees, along with grinding down several stumps. We did not use 10 Star Tree Care, but our neighbors did for some large pine tree limbs that were lost during a big wind. We asked if we could have the wood, rather than chipper shred it. Tim was very kind and not only reserved the wood for us, but cut it into fireplace sized logs. I was impressed at their customer care for someone who was not even a customer. We will be using them for our tree care needs in the future.

Weve hired 10 Star Tree Care three times since buying our house. Most recently, Tim and his crew did a great job removing a dying juniper bush and removing its stump. Ten Star Tree Care is aptly named – I would actually give them ten stars if I could! Tim and his crew are very impressive: professional skills, experienced-based knowledge, and easy interpersonal interactions. Two-and-a-half hours after they arrived, my large Russian Olive tree was removed, the stump was ground out, the yard was raked clean, and my driveway (and my neighbor’s) was swept and blown clean. I was asked during the process if I was happy with how things were going, and Tim checked back after the job was completed to be sure I was satisfied. Ten Stars will be my only tree care company from now on!

Tim and his crew did thorough, quality tree trimming. Results were even better than anticipated. We were confident throughout that they knew what they were doing. One of our trees was above our neighbors garden, and they took care to make sure nothing fell on her tomatoes. Also, they did a very thorough cleanup when finished. Tim and crew did a fantastic job clearing out a bunch of dead things around the yard. They pulled out a couple of dead lilac bushes and all the ash trees along with all the stumps, some of which were along fence lines. The yard looks so much better! Tim also worked with me on payment which is extremely helpful. I will have them back this fall to take care of a couple of apple and cherry trees.

Tim and his crew are amazing! He was able to work with me on his pricing which as a senior is always beneficial. The machine was too large to get thru my gate so the 2 bushes in backyard were dug out by hand as well as the 1 in front. The entire process took less than 25 minutes. After his initial inspection of the trees at my recently purchased home, Tim was concerned that some vital treatments for the trees might be overdue. He came by as soon as he had a cancellation, surprisingly fitting me in within a couple of days. He answered all of my questions and gave me advice about tree care I could do on my own. He also made sure to check in with me to look over some thinning that was done to make sure that I was satisfied. All in all, this is an expert service that knows their craft and cares about the customer.

The owner and the men he employees for service on your property is of excellent quality and professionalism! They take care of trees and your property as if were their own. Had tree prunning two (2) years ago and very hap hazard people. This team of 10 Star goes over everything twice if not three times with property owner. Than the owner Tim goes over every detail with his team to a fine point. My cottonwoods were lucky I had this company and their expertise as you would be if you hired them to oveersee the health of your trees. I will never look further. 10 Star Tree Care was phenomenal. We had an emergency tree removal on a holiday when a tree fell on our house. Not only were they able to do it right away, they also were cheaper than any other company I talked to. They did a great job in a difficult situation, were friendly and promptly. I had Tim checkout the 12 pine trees I have on my property today. Some of the larger pine trees were dropping needles in the Fall, while a variety of an up-right evergreen I have as a wind/sound barrier was dying out at the top. Rather then selling me an expensive spray and fertilization package, Tim suggested more watering during the year. Called 10 Star, talked with Tim Wright the owner and sent him pictures of stump I needed removed. He called me back within 10 minutes, gave me a quote. He was at my residence in 10 minutes. Ive had Tim out twice now. Once to cut out fireblight from my apple tree, and just again to cut out storm damage. I am more than delighted with his (and his crews), work. They had to cut out a lot of broken limbs and deadwood, and the trees look really nice. Their cleanup was very thorough as well.

Tim and his crew did an excellent job. His quote for the ash tree trimming was fair and he is obviously very knowledgable about how to prune trees. The crew worked together well and they asked us frequently during the job if there were other branches we wanted down. They cleaned up very well after the pruning was done. I especially appreciated that Tim did not over-bid the job. He saw that a major pruning had been done 2 years ago and this year the job needed only a lighter prune for mostly just weight reduction and preventing snow from breaking limbs. 8/2018 I hired 10 Star Tree Care for a second time this week to remove more trees that had been over-pruned by amateur previous home owners. Two fruit trees had to go due to previous homeowner stupidity, but Tim and his assistant was able to do the work same day as giving us a quite, and they were quick, efficient, and even came back the next day to haul a branch that fell off the front tree due to heavy winds (unrelated to the tree trim). Thank you so much!!7/2017 I contacted 10 Star via the NextDoorNeighbor app and spoke to Tim, the owner, during lunch. He said he would come by same day at 2:00pm for an estimate for tree service (I live in Gunbarrel), which included a dying Aspen removal and several other trees trimmed. At 2:00 p.m. say day, Tim arrived, perfectly punctual and same day! He walked through the property with me and gave me a very easy to follow explanation of what work will be done, and price. As a new home owner (previous apartment renter), it was easy for me to follow and understand. He gave me a very reasonable quote and I booked 10 Star right there and then. On the day we agreed on, he was there (with his brother) right on dot for time. Tim (and his brother) were both professional, personable, very polite, cordial, and really understanding that this was my first tree service experience and they made the entire experience easy (and fun to watch!) Tim went out of his way to do the following even though it wasnt necessary: He trimmed the branches of the tree that is it front of the sidewalk and technically not on our property (city owned/HOA owned/HOA responsibility), and even took the time to trim some branches that were over the property line for the neighbor. 10 Star really upholds the values of stellar customer service while delivering high quality service and value to the customer. I recommend them and would definitely use their services again in the near future!
