Twice, my husband had an appointment to have a bike trailer installed on our family car. The first time U-Haul said they were sorry but there was a mix-up, and they did not have us down for that day. The second time, they told us they did not have any installers.On numerous occasions, we have called this outfit, and each time no one answered the phone. Instead we were transferred to the national office. The last time we spoke to them, they confirmed that they had spoken to the Super Center of Boulder, and they assured us that the Boulder U-Haul had the parts and that the second appointment would be kept as scheduled. Yet when my husband showed up, he was told they had no installer.Do not use this outfit. We tried to get a bike hitch installed for over 6 weeks, and still no promises have been kept and we were without a trailer hitch.

The adversed price of 19.99is kind of deceiving, I drove only 9 mile, and only rented 6 dollar pads, and my total end up being 57.the staff is kind of careless too. He noted that the tank is full, even though I let him look at the half tank mark.

Quick and easy. Very professional.

Was told over the phone that our hitch could be installed if we showed up that same day. Showed up and they refused to install a hitch that wasnt purchased through them.
