Art is wonderful...each time we have gone into the store, hes been kind and helpful. The last time, my Riccar motor had seized up and he unclogged it right away as I waited and then didnt charge anything for his help!!! I was so appreciative.

The only reason for a 4-star rather than a 5-star rating is that I was in a hurry to get to a meeting, which she had no way of knowing, and we spent much more time than I had expected to at the store, making me late for my appointment.We had planned to drop off our canister vacuum for repair and to have someone take a look at our upright vacuum, which was sounding unusually loud to us. When we arrived at the clean and attractive store, Dina was working with another customer, but we could tell they were almost finished. However, she took what felt to me like a lot of time chatting with that customer after finishing their business. I was counting the minutes.When she turned her attention to us, she quickly found and solved the problem with the upright vacuum. No charge!But then we learned that our canister vacuums motor had died and was irreparable. I told her about my appointment, and we rushed through purchasing a new canister vac. We relied exclusively on her recommendation. I had never heard of the brand before, and I did no research at all on it or any alternatives, and no price comparison with other stores. This is not how I usually shop!Dina put no pressure on us to buy anything right away, but I needed to get it done due to my time constraints. I hope we made a wise decision!

I drove an hour to come to this store because, from experience, they are honest and provide excellent service. Dina was welcoming and made sure the belt I needed for my carpet cleaner was there then Isaiah provided quick and excellent installation of the belt and made sure everything worked properly. It is hard to find a store with excellent service and this is the place!!

We brought our Riccar in today because something happened to our brush roller. Im so sorry, I didnt catch her name, but the sweetest young lady helped us out. She fixed the brush, was a wealth of knowledge, and had us in and out in 10 minutes. We bought the vacuum here a few years ago, and every experience with the shop has been wonderful. We wouldnt go anywhere else.

Josh, Dina, Rachel, and Isabella were spectacular and generous hosts for our sewing get together at their Boulder location. Their store can be nicely divided into a classroom space and sales showroom. And they have plenty of thoughtfully selected sewing notions for sale with more to come. Josh and Dina are very forthright about how they want to treat their customers and I trust them with the care of my machine. Going in I was afraid I would be without my machine for a few weeks, but Rachel fixed my it right then and there and didnt charge me anything. I went in with my Dyson wondering why I wasnt getting any suction, and my man Josh W. greeted me and immediately dissected the vacuum like a Nascar pit crew guy. My experience was at the Westminster store on 80th & Sheridan. I have been in Customer Care all my life, and when I receive the kind of service I tried to provide, I applaud it!! The Vacuums r us Angel that I met was Isabella Paul. Char, my best friend and I brought our vacuums in as both had just completely stopped working. Within a short amount of time {30 minutes}, Isabella had shown us what was wrong, how to remove clogs, how to use auto reset{on Chars) and that mine reset automatically in 2 days. She advised important inexpensive tools to prevent clogs, how to clean our filters and easy access to problem areas on both vacuums although mine was an older hoover, and hers was a 2 year old special pet vacuum!! She refused payment as both vacuums worked. MY VACUUM WAS OVER 8 YEARS OLD!! SHE SHOWED BOTH OF US THINGS TO USE OUR VACUUMS MORE EFFECTIVELY!! How lucky Vacuums R Us is to have such a gem! I have many friends with vacuum problems, and I will be sending them to you. I also was able to get a product to cleanse the air from the vacuum at an equitable price. I had such a great experience buying a new sewing machine, that I would easily refer anyone to check out this store. I had researched some machines online and was happy that they carried the one I was interested in. I knew I only needed a basic machine and Rachel was so helpful, making sure that I knew about it’s features. My beast of a vacuum (Royal) was due for a tuneup. Ive never taken mine to a vacuum store but VRU was highly recommended (the Arvada store is open Sundays too) . Dropped it off and was done in time for chore day. I dont think its run better! I am in need of a new vacuum, one with a hose thats a bit lighter to lug up stairs. Ill be back doing a few test drives!

My riccar vacuum was fixed in under the time predicted and was completely covered by the warranty, even though I didnt purchase the vacuum at this location (which was a huge relief!) I bought my vac here a few years ago. It has been a great one for me! I have always had 3 dogs plus my daughter visits with her cat and dog frequently. You can see how I need a vac that can pick up in a demanding house. I have had extremely great yearly service on my vac. They even came out and got it, then when I went to pick it up, the brought it back out and put it in my car again! How’s that for service? I spoke to them on the phone to find out there was a hair pin in one of the wheels. I was so surprised when they found something like that. They cleaned it up and changed the belt. Thanks for being there when I needed you! I actually bought my vac at the store on Sheridan and 80th.

I bought my Riccar vacuum at the Boulder store about one month ago and have been very pleased with it. Rachel was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient in helping me choose between vacuums. Buying from experts is so much better than going to a big box store. One of my favorite things about this company is that they donate to animal rescue organizations.

Truly wonderful service. I brought my vacuum in and the employee present was able to quickly fix it and did it for free. Really appreciated that and appreciate that the vacuums they sell are able to be repaired and are meant to last longer than a year or two. This was my first time visiting this business. I brought in my vacuum mainly because it needed a new part that I thought I could swap out on my own but it proved to be too complicated. So I brought the part and had a service done- long overdue. The turnaround time was quick, the price was great (promotional special going on) and the staff is super friendly and energetic.

Brought my moms 1980s Pfaff to be repaired. Timing was off, and poor machine was just a total mess. My mom was thinking her machine that she has loved for forever was finally done in. Figured wed give it shot for repair here since Ive had nothing but good experiences buying vacuums from these folks. Dropped the machine off, and within 3 days, got a call saying it was all done.
