I used these people once and they are terrible!They did not serve the defendant and charged 165.00 and said it was raining out that night. I agree with the last post - they are mean to talk to

I used this company to have some papers served for a divorce and my experience with them was terrible. The did not communicate with me unless I asked for an update. They took about five days to serve my paperwork even though it was a local job. I got a grouchy call from Mr. Chely who was frustrated because he had tried to serve the papers at the post office and was asked to leave because you are not allowed to serve papers at a government office. Mr. Chely seemed like he was mad at me for asking him to go there. I think it is the professionals job to know about policies like this. After Mr. Chely successfully served the papers, he turned around and charged me twice without letting me know in advance that he would do that. After giving a lot of feedback about this, I did not even get an apology or even an acknowledgement of my comments. I will not be using this outfit again and I caution anyone who is considering it to think again.

People are very mean here.
