We bought a new home found out a week later we had bed bugs called around and was impressed by the warranty and treatment process. On top of that they were able to rearrange their schedule to fit us in because we had to finish our move and didnt want to keep bringing items into an infested home. They were extremely polite professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone that has to deal with bed bugs.

We used this company for treatment for bedbugs.The owner explained the treatment and how he felt like it was the best treatment out there. At first I was impressed because he made time to come the very next day. The price seemed high, but he told me his work was guaranteed. He came out and did the treatment in an hour and a half. A week later I hired a certified inspector to come through. The inspector found many bedbugs in the bedroom, and in the bed itself. After calling two more companies they told me the heat treatment needs to be done for a longer period of time in each room in order for it to be effective. When I requested my money be returned, The owner refused. He also became upset when I called him a few days later asking for the full report of what he did. The owner was unprofessional, discourteous, and did not get the job done.

Bed Bug Colorado was great! Damien came out within 24 hours, and had heat treated my place within 2 days. There was no damage to the apartment, and a week after I havent seen signs of more bed bugs. Damien was also extremely professional, flexible, and easy to work with. I highly recommend using Bed Bug Colorado to others.

If zero starts could be selected, I would choose 0.DO NOT hire these people.Many thousands of dollars of repairs later, fixing the mess that Damian Montes and his “company” caused, due entirely to their negligence at my home, and the damages and costs are nowhere near settled.Damian has taken zero responsibility and helped to fix/make right NOTHING.Aside from electric damage, ceiling and wall damage, carpet and flooring damage, my electronics (computers, tablets, gaming systems), as well as my childrens, are destroyed. My paintings my books my belongings.The original problem and reason of their hire, was not eradicated. They just added on to the problem exponentially.I can not in good conscience NOT warn others about what they did to my townhome. They caused fire sprinklers to go off, because they were negligent and “missed a sprinkler head”. They also did not come prepared with proper necessary things to prevent the sprinklers from being set off. They had hoped I had ice in my freezer, never told me to have it or asked me about it, never brought their own and just went forward anyways hoping for the best.They flooded the unit badly. The fire department came. So far I have been stuck dealing with everything they caused.DO NOT go with these people! THE WORST EXPERIENCE.

I loved this small business, it’s good to know that they do their job correctly the first time for so little. I had struggled with a bed bug problem for a long time and I had called multiple businesses because the bed bugs kept coming back but since this company has been here (approximately 3 months ago) everything looks good. They don’t put any toxic chemicals in my home and they are very careful with all my personal belongings! They are also bilingual which was super helpful! I definitely recommend them for all bed bug problems 👍🏼

Wow Colorado bed bug! They really took care of the problem. It Was miserable to have bed bugs. When I found out I had them, I called them and within a few days CO bedbug came out and saved my life! My home was not a home and after the heat treatment it is now back to being mine! I was skeptical about the heat not working since I had tried to get rid of them on my own and boy that heat sure burned those nasty critters! The best decision i made in a very long time was to call bed bug colorado.
