These guys were GREAT! The driver arrived on time, with an immaculately clean van ( there were 5 of us with lots of Lugguage and baby gear). Our driver was polite and very helpful with our Lugguage. I will definitely use them again and again !

I booked a car from Phat Limo for this evening for my wifes birthday. This morning, we found out our daughter was in an accident in Denver and she was in ICU. I texted the driver this morning, telling him what happened and explaining we would need to cancel the car service. I just received an email from Phat limo. It was my receipt where they charged my credit card for the full amount, including a 20% gratuity. They were kind enough to highlight in yellow ALL Payments are NON refundable (NO EXCEPTIONS)!!!! Beyond the money, their complete lack of compassion absolutely floored me.

I booked a reservation to and from DIA  a week  before my flight. The driver showed up early and was very friendly and helpful with my bags. I have absolutely no complaints and am very impressed. I made it to my flight in a timely fashion. I will definitely be using Phat Limo again! The entire drive was delightful

My limo experience with was fantastic! Driver was very professional, yet also extremely friendly, entertaining to talk to, courteous, and very knowledgeable of the Boulder area and its many popular attractions, and even some of the citys history, and he willingly shared that knowledge. Driver made sure I was comfortable during our drive, and took an interest in knowing what I wanted to see and how he could make it possible for it to be the best limo experience for me and my friends. He was excellent - his customer service was exemplary and he deserves to be applauded for that, as well as his high level of professionalism and friendly demeanor as a limo driver.

We used Phat Limo for the third time while we’re in town. The ride was on time and the limo was  amazing and very luxurious feeling with Phat Limo and the driver was professional. Love Phat Limo and will use them every time I’m in Boulder!
