Had a last minute launch which required new inserts for our packages. Ive used a different Minuteman Press in the past and have to say that the Boulder location did a MUCH better job. I sent artwork to them Friday night and by 9:30 Monday morning my project was ready for pick-up. If I had submitted during business hours and on a weekday I would have had it same day for sure. I def will be back and have recommended to other CPG brands in the area.

The folks here are very helpful getting you from idea to printed result. They were able to hide a lot of the complexity around color and layout, leaving me to come up with design. The jobs I have taken there have been delivered as promised at the price agreed upon. I appreciate that they proof projects, which is very much like measuring twice to cut once!I highly recommend them and will be a loyal customer.

Ive gotten previous business cards at Minuteman for almost two decades. They were always easy to deal with and fair. But in May 2019, I went back for new cards and their policy had changed so they no longer first send proofs, then get your approval of the proofs, then take the order for quantity to print, then print the cards and finally collect payment when you pick up the cards. Now they wanted payment before theyd do anything - saying their work was in the design.And their prices (at least for my business cards) are MUCH higher than Morrell in Lafayette - who did not ask for payment up front, did an excellent and prompt job, but got paid when they delivered the cards.I think Minutemans justification that their work is in the design so they need payment up front before theyll even prepare a proof doesnt make sense - particularly with a return customer of almost 2 decades whos always placed the order after approving proofs and paid when the cards were printed. Im not a coding person but, if their real concern was that someone will take their layout design elsewhere (without paying for the layout) and get it printed at a better price, Id be surprised if there wasnt a simple way for design software to add a Proof watermark - as you see on photos and images for sale on the web before youve paid for them.My guess is that their real reason for requiring payment up front is that they dont want to do the layout for cards (or whatever) and then have customers realize their prices are higher and ask them to meet a competitors more reasonable prices before they approve the actual printing. So they try to lock you into their over-priced cost right up front by collecting payment before they do anything. Thats my guess. Maybe its a smart business model for them.Im sad to have had to take my business elsewhere this time. Their quality always used to be good. If their prices and payment policy were competitive, Id consider going back. But given my recent experience, I would avoid Minuteman Boulder unless youve got cash to burn.

MP Boulder was great. George helped me get some documents printed, signed and scanned. George and staff were great. The process was quick and easy. I definitely recommend using Minuteman Press for big or small jobs.

Minuteman Press is the best printing/ press company around. They take care of their customers instead of charging them an arm and a leg for an unprofessional job like Fed Ex/Kinkos does. With a knowledgeable staff and friendly warm faces that greet you when you walk in the store, I will never go anywhere else but Minuteman Press. My business is located right around the corner from them, and they have done an EXCELLENT job of making me a full time customer.

I needed a short document printed in high quality color. They are right across the parking lot from my office. Rather than get in the car and drive to a Kinkos, I walked in and asked if they could do my small task. While they are mostly about doing big printing jobs, they did my meager document on the spot and at no charge! The quality is way better than anything in my office or my home color printer. Nice folks. If I ever have a big job, Ill definitely give them my business.

Shady and uncooperative. The guy synchronized everything I had on my USB drive and did not erase it. At 3:30 (he closes at 5) he said he could not print a 4x8 banner for me. Would not go back there even if it was printing for free

This place really is great - the staff is extremely helpful, they are easy to work with, and they offer very fair pricing. I had a couple of prints made here for a class and they got it done in a couple of hours! Very impressed.

Today I went to minuteman press because my printer was on the fritz, and George was so helpful and even printed my four pages I needed at no charge. He allowed me to hook up to their wifi and send him the file and had it printed out quickly and I was on my way. I highly recommend their copy services. While I cannot speak to any of their other services, I can speak to the customer service that I heard from George with a customer with a larger account there, and it was very professional, informative, and honest. All in all, I had a great experience. George was very friendly, and it seemed as though the other staff were hard at work. I would go again anytime I needed copy or any sort of print or press work done, and you should too. Dont spend your money on a big corporation like Kinkos for this service. Take it to the small businesses that actually care about your outcomes.
