Highly recommended! I trained with Savannah Steamer and had an excellent experience. She knows a tremendous amount about a variety of different training techniques for different goals, and particularly about strength training. I made a lot of progress working with her, but also came away from our sessions with a lot of knowledge that will help me going forward.In addition, the space is clean, well-maintained, and has a great variety of equipment. Communication from the owner was always excellent and helpful regarding my membership and any questions.

Highly recommend this place to anyone who is seeking to improve their workout life. I had the pleasure of working with their trainer Savannah. I was only able to do once a week with her for a couple months, but in that time she was able to fix various issues with my form in multiple workouts. I have a lower back issue that will require surgery to fix and I am entirely confident that the skills Savannah and Core Progression have given me will help with recovery and injury prevention.

I am so grateful I found Core Progression in Boulder! Brooke was attentive in listening to my needs and goals and then matched me with the best trainer I’ve ever met - Elyse! Elyse is upbeat, creative, knowledgeable, consistent, and fun. She listens to feedback regarding exercises and areas of my body I’d like to target. She genuinely loves her job and it shows. I could not be more happy with Core Progression and Brooke Bloedorn, from the start of my experience to the this day I have nothing but good things to say about Brooke and the team behind her. Brooke listened to my concerns, and helped me devise a plan to get my self back together after a traumatic injury. My first session with Brooke was what I needed and I was super impressed at how this small girl was so full of energy and good vibes. The other staff like Maria and Kevin are also amazing individuals and whenever I needed assistant they were there to help. The team at Core Progression made sure all my needs were met and I am finally feeling whole again. I endorse Core Progression and Brooke.

Ive been exercising at core progression for over a year now and its been an excellent experience. My trainer, Maria, has done a superb job at helping me improve my body awareness and my form and my safety in movements (and my strength, of course!). I came in with a couple of injuries that we had to work around, and this was accomplished with care--Ive not reinjured myself and now I feel strong enough to resume the activities Ive had to quit while injured. Also the facilities are really clean and the staff clearly care about client safety/wellbeing.

This gem of a location can be a bit hidden but its completely worth locating. I interfaced with Brooke who listened to my desires and paired me with a trainer. Said trainer, Maria, helped perfect my deadlift form and introduced me to a new way of fatiguing my muscles that doesnt always require slogging ridiculous weight around. Hats off to these ladies. The location also had nice equipment and was super clean. 5 star establishment and staff.

I go here for personal training and it’s amazing!! Brooke is helping me accomplish all my goals and pushing me to do so. Everyone is so nice and encouraging! I also love the chiropractor Nathan, my back and posture has gotten so much better between this and working out with Brooke.

I love the community Core Progression has to offer and all the trainers are great. They truly care about not only your physical health but your mental health as well. Shoutout to Maria my trainer who gets me out of my comfort zone and has helped me work muscles I’ve never thought I could work before. Very professional, yet fun gym!

Core progression is amazing! I came in with a past ankle injury and a painful recurring knee injury, and I work with Maria who is very good at what she does, and super positive, and always brings your spirits up! She helped me rehab and make progress week after week, working with the limitations of my injuries, and constantly improving my strength. Her programming is well thought out, working on building overall strength and good technique. I am almost pain-free and back to doing a lot of the activities I was doing before. And, the gym has a lot of friendly people and a nice atmosphere!

Core progression is more than your personal trainer, they truly care for your mind and body. Even though you have your own trainer you get to know the other trainers while your their and still get a gym community.I started at core progression in January but unfortunately wasnt able to do anything after March until June when we all reopened. Even with the closures they offered virtual classes, still with your own trainer or a temporary freeze on your account of that just wasnt for you!!These people are incredibly flexible with my ever changing schedule and checking in on your goals! 💪🏼

I’ve been working with a trainer at Core Progression in Boulder for a few months now. I’ve done different types of individual weight training and classes like spin and crossfit in the past, but working with a trainer has been a game changer for me. I’m making great progress towards my goals. To mix it up, I recently tried some classes at Core Progression and was very impressed with the challenge, the small classes, and engaged instructors. I would recommend talking with the good people here to see how either working with a trainer or taking semi-private classes can help you!

Core Progression Boulder is definitively the place to go if you’re looking for a personalized experience with serious results. The trainers are experienced and highly motivated, their very contagious energy helps us finish the training even if we are convinced we are about to quit!I have been training from a very young age and I like a CrossFit set-up, but I do not necessarily enjoy the big groups, the ambiance or the feel of a Box. The kind of High Intensity training offered at Core Progression covers every aspect of your body and truly keeps you in a mind set of wanting more.Every piece of equipment is in pristine condition and well maintained. The bathrooms and general areas are clean, very high on my checklist! If you’re seriously searching for a place to help you become a better version of yourself, this is it.

This gym is absolutely beautiful with clean, brand new equipment. All of the trainers are incredible- theyre friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your progress and needs. They cater so well to your individual needs and are engaged throughout the entire workout. If youre looking to change your life and get some top notch training, this is the place!

I think its time for an honest review here (4 of the previous reviews are from employees, and this one is now from a former employee). Similar and often better services are offered at a plethora of facilities in Boulder - often available at a better price. I wouldnt call it elite personal training when their opening deal, Core 42, offers to entirely refund your deposit if you reach a specific goal in 6 weeks but sets goals that are demonstrably unhealthy to attain. Also, they made a habit of canceling classes when only 1 client was signed up until I encouraged clients to complain to management. I wish my name was never associated with this business.

Core Progression is BY FAR the best fitness experience in Boulder. They are a one stop shop for semi private, partner, and individual training as well as chiropractic and massage therapy.Core progression is brand new and all equipment is kept in immaculate condition. The location could not be better as it’s located in central Boulder with plenty of parking.I was matched with Ali and she created a specific training program based on my individual goals. She noted my previous injuries and carefully tailored a personalized program so that I could get the most out of my fitness experience.Whatever your fitness needs are, there is an option for you at Core.

Core Progression has helped me transform my body and my spirit! I am a fitness beginner, but the trainers here are so dedicated to giving us personal attention and motivation, I am making great progress in strength and discipline! I never feel out of place or like I dont know what to do. I make gains every day! I have not found this level of professionalism and truly helpful training from any other gym or fitness program. Another unique piece of Core Progressions strategy is that they set you up for long-term success, so you dont quit after a few weeks or months --Im now fit for life.

Ali North is an absolute gem! I trainer with her for 9 months - all my sessions were pre planned to include the ideal level of difficult vs fun. She pushed me just the right amount whilst adapting exercise for my dodgy knee. The workouts really paid off. Just completed the 42 challenge and feel great. This is an excellent gym with quality equipment and great trainers. I really enjoyed the group workouts and recommend them to beginners and well as more experienced athletes.

Have been training at the other location for over a year and reached new personal bests. Only way to workout moving forward if you want results. Nutrition consults, meal prep, and coaching on not so fun body parts (ie core and legs) helped quite a bit.

During my workout with Baylee I was hurtin for certain!The equipment was exceptionally clean and all brand new. The space is awesome with a turf section and it’s a great size. I gives it a more personal feel. It was my first time at this gym and everyone was super friendly and welcoming.
