Absolutely love New Morning (formerly Eyes of Shiva). Just had our windows cleaned by them for the second time and both times they have been friendly, professional, on time, and do a great job. I appreciate that they offer a discount for single story homes that dont require a ladder. I highly recommend them.

This was our first time using Cedar and his team at our home for window washing. We were so impressed with the communication from beginning to end, as well as the level of service. The outcome was fantastic and the windows look great. We Look forward to working with Time2Shine again in the future.

Cedar did gutter cleaning for us. He arrived early on the appointed day and did his work pleasantly, quietly, and efficiently. He trimmed and disposed of several offending tree branches overhanging my gutters. Clean up after the work was excellent. I would recommend Cedar for this service to anyone.

Cedar has been taking care of gutters on our rental houses and our personal home for longer than I can remember. He is truly a joy to work with, and is fair, honest, reasonable, and self starting. He calls me every year as per my standing request and we schedule the work with no fuss and minimum effort on my part. Always a blessing when we can find a professional person in the building trades - even better when they are actually personally nice to talk to and easy to deal with.

I would highly recommend Cedar and his window cleaning business. One of his crew members showed up on time, was very friendly and considerate, and did a great job cleaning our windows. They look awesome! And it was very reasonably priced

Took a while to get an appointment, but Jonathon even put sand on the road to get his vehicles up to my home.3 story home, lots of window panes, very tall ladder for the crew to climb, and a very cold day to boot.Nicely done !

I am frustrated in how things unfolded. Cedar didnt come when he said hed come to clean the gutters, so I called approx 2.5 wks later to follow-up about his not having come out and to arrange for him to still come out to do the job.Then the conversation got confusing and he told me it wasnt him whom Id spoken with on the phone when the previous arrangement had been made. With the previous agreement we had made for him to come out...I was now being told that it wasnt him who told me hed come out. He was certain Id talked with some other company who had been claiming to be him.Id used Cedars company previously to clean gutters, so had his phone number, was familiar with his voice, plus had just spoken directly with him a couple weeks previously to schedule. Including he had contacted me much earlier in the season to see if I wanted gutters to be cleaned, but it was still too early to be done.There was a bit more to the conversation about some other company and him, but as a repeat client who has worked years in the service industry, it was just plain confusing, I felt like I was being lied to and that he took on an argumentative quality towards me, while just trying to get the gutters cleaned.With that put aside, he then wasnt going to be able to come out till later that week...but probably the next week. When he mentioned it could be another 1.5 wks before he could come out, I said Id find another company to do the gutters then.He did come out later that week and disappointed, I regret not using another company:1. I felt like I was lied to2. the exterior of some gutters and our fence were left with mud on them3. top of my car had mud on it from the cleaning of the gutters4. sloppy completion5. didnt communicate rate increaseOverall, I found the situation wasnt handled professionally or task completed satisfactorily.

100% positive experience with both communication and service. Cedar returned my call immediately, then followed through by phone and email. His team arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and did a great job on our gutters and windows (inside and out). We will definitely use Eyes of Shiva again.

We have a large 2-story house with many windows. Cedar Kelly (the owner of Eyes of Shiva) removes and cleans our screens and windows every year. He also cleans our gutters. Cedar is professional, careful, and thorough. He is also a calm presence in our home. I recommend him without reservation.

We scheduled a window cleaning for 1pm yesterday, April 28, 2014. It was very windy so at 12pm I called Cedar to confirm and he said theyd be there. No mention of a delay.I stayed home all day and at 3:30 pm still no window cleaners, no courtesy phone call, nothing.My husband called Cedar and gently suggest we reschedule due to the delay, and Cedar was dismissive and rude, telling him Theyll be there soon. I have other things to be doing right now and hanging up on him!Excuse me Cedar, but I had other things to be doing too during the three hours I was waiting for your team to show up!When still no one had shown up by 4pm we cancelled our service.I cant believe we were treated this way by a company named after the Hindu god of yogis! Shame on you!

I had a really terrible experience with this business. Felt incredibly taken advantage of. They are unreliable, rude, unprofessional, and unethical. Watch out. Go with a more reputable company (not this shady-one-person show).

If I were a homeowner, a business, or a HOA/Landlord, I would NOT choose Eyes of Shiva to clean our windows. Our experience was frustrating, confusing, and unprofessional. Maybe my review can help you make the best decision on who to choose for your window cleaning.My wife contacted Eyes of Shiva to clean the windows of our house. Shes on the board of our small 6 unit HOA and offered to talk to the other homeowners to see if others were interested, and if she could get a few more people in, could we get a break on the price. He agreed so she got 3 other homeowners on board.The owner came to the property to assess the units and create a bid.Later he left a weird voicemail with me about my wife not getting back to him, as if the decision was made that they werent going to choose them. I had to remind him that I was not the point person for the window cleaning project, and that he needs to speak directly with my wife, as shes on the HOA Board.Just before the cleaning he sent an email to my wife about his crew coming to clean and that he wanted payment same day of service. Absolutely reasonable. We let the participating homeowners know.Day of service the owner shows up with his crew. He gets introduced to the other homeowners so that arrangements can be made regarding access and timing for the days cleaning, and give him an opportunity to make arrangements for payment. His workers are nice guys, professional, they get to work and he leaves.That evening, after folks got home from work, the homeowners expected to talk to the EoS owner about the work, pay the bill, etc. but he didnt show up.We had made arrangements for payment and we assumed that the owner was talking to the other homeowners about the respective work done and payment, but a couple weeks later he emailed my wife asking for payment from the other homeowners too. Other homeowners said they didnt hear from him about their quality of the work or the payment. In one case, they had to track him down on how to send payment.Weird. Why wont he talk to the other homeowners? Completely unprofessional in my opinion. But despite my wifes busy schedule, she did HIS job and wrangled the checks, then sent them off in the mail.A few days later he sends another email asking where payment is. My wife explains that she sent it to his company address in the signature of his email. He sends back an email scolding her, saying that he doesnt put his address in his email signature.Well, he absolutely did, and my wife sent him the email as proof. I assume he went to his PO Box and got the checks, but why make her do all the work? Why not confer with the other homeowners about the work he did at their houses, and fix mistakes or collect payment?The window cleaning itself was acceptable, weve had better and worse, but dealing with the owner of the company was a frustrating and confusing experience.There are easier companies to work with out there. I suggest you do your research and go with one of them.
