I came in to mail a box and was treated rudely. I filed out their form and then had to come back in to ask them how I would get the FedEx tracking number. They had forgotten to take my email address. And again the person was quite rude and unhelpful. Ill just go straight to FedEx or Walgreens next time

I would recommend Pak Mail to EVERYONE! I ship thousands of parcels daily with my work, and was beyond impressed with Pak Mails customer service and care. The owner Gill is a GEM! He was so helpful to our family and friends when needing to move our daughter out of the dorm in a rush. He went above and beyond and showed the true definition of caring in todays environment!! So much better than the UPS Store who failed to show the same service. I would give Gill and his staff 10 stars if I could.

Their packing and shipping service is not cheap but they did do an excellent job with some artwork we shipped across country for Christmas gifts. Everything arrived in perfect condition and on time.

We shipped an IPhone to India for my brother who lost his. Pack mail stayed on top of the communication and follow up the entire time! The process from Pak mail was excellent, Customs in India..., horrible! Eventually, the phone was sent back to US and mailed to NYC. Don’t try to ship phones, especially to foreign countries, big gamble. Besides some shipping costs, got the phone back and a learning experience!

These guys are great! I had used another mail receiving facility before, but switched because of untrained student staff and poor service. Pak Mail run by Gil Karpel and crew is great. The same employees have been there for years, no mistakes are made and they know who I am every time I walk through the door. They are so good that when I moved away from Boulder to two homes in different states I chose to continue receiving my mail at Pak Mail Boulder. They sort through and forward the most relevant mail to me at regular intervals. Thats exceptional service! Highly recommended.

Extremely help and knowledgeable staff. Was greeted with a warm welcome and felt that my odd shaped items- an antique globe and antique weather thing- were in good hands for shipping. When they arrived they were packed excellently and were shipped with fragile care. Also, very fairly priced.

The manager was very knowledgeable about international shipping and helped me to get a package through customs easily. Earlier in the year I had many problems with getting packages sent through customs when i attempted to use FedEx and they could never really tell me why those packages were getting held (one was returned before I ever had a chance to respond and they charged me for the return trip, over $1,000 for no service rendered!). The staff at Pak Mail was able to tell me why my packages were held and returned after I explained the situation at FedEx (something no employee at FedEx was able to explain, not even when i called the international department). Also, it cost me hundreds less than FedEx, which essentially gave me no customer service at all! I will always go to Pak Mail from now on, even if they end up using FedEx because they actually know what they are doing!

Ive shipped things at Pak Mail for years. The guys in there are always cheery, friendly, and trying to get me the best price. It seems that a steady stream of patrons are using the place, but I never have much of a wait. Plus, theyre often playing some great ol tunes in there, and are ready for a short and interesting chat while theyre getting work done. A pleasure!

I was shipping international, and they took the time to make sure all data was 100% correct for delivery to the country I was shipping. They even found an error just prior to shipment and called me to correct. I really felt like they were on my team. I will try and ship with them from not on.

Pak Mail in Boulder is the BEST place to go for all your packing and shipping needs. I began using them back in late 80s sending stuff down to the US Virgin Islands and I have always received fast and knowledgeable service.Recently a box was damaged in transit - most likely by being dropped on its corner by the carrier. Owner Gil Karpel handled the situation expertly and I received my insurance reimbursement quickly. Stuff happens but I will nevertheless absolutely to continue to use Pak Mail in the future!

Had last minute enlargements for a funeral and some items we had to ship back home. Pak Mail staff helped us get the enlargements right, adjusting color and cropping to make everything perfect. The shipping was a breeze too. They showed us the best value for the packages we sent, helped with getting the right packing, and everything arrived safely. I would use them again next time I am in Boulder.

Super friendly and efficient staff and services at Pak Mail are awesome! Shipping a variety of stuff (even larger items) out in a college student-driven town is their specialty and they will not disappoint! They also will receive packages, notify the recipient, and keep them safely until picked up—we utilized this service a lot for college care packages that would not fit in tiny apartment mailboxes. Total rip off. I usually ship the USPS but went to try pack now and they were trying to charge me over $20 for a package that usually costs $8. Guys in the store were unfriendly and aloof.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would! My husband mailed a present and someone from their store cut open the box, took out the Contents and mailed us a damn empty box!!!! I know it was someone from their store because the shipping label they placed down on it wasn’t broken so it had to be opened prior to them shipping it out! They even wrapped it back up with their own tape which made it obvious. Do not trust this place!!!!Edit to respond to owner: It was 100% your store. You need to re-evaluate the employees that work for you!!
