We sublet our large office in Boulder when several members of our team began working from home. The terms of our sublease required us to move out on ten days notice once the tenant had regulatory approval to occupy our old space. The Intelligent Office provided us with new space during this process. The move into our new place here was EASY. This is what I would call a turnkey operation with everything furnished. The staff is the greatest! They take care of any problems right away. I recommend the Intelligent Office highly!

The staff here is INCREDIBLE and they go above and beyond to assist their clientele. They go the extra mile to make sure your clients are well cared for and satisfied. The office is clean and sanitary at all times and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming!!!! 10/10 recommend for your business needs.

I have been a tenant in the Boulder office for several years. The staff is wonderful to my clients and to me. They are responsive and helpful for all matters. The location is great, too. Minutes to anything in the Boulder area. I am highly satisfied with the customer service IO provides. Well done.

Intelligent office in Boulder has not only been everything our business has needed in the last few years but has become a critical vendor during the COVID-19 shutdowns. The staff is extremely responsive (very rare, and way better for a much better price than our former ridiculously expensive shared office spaces in Colorado, Indiana, and in Boston who literally lose customer checks and mail and dont answer you back...) and every time we need other services they are not only available but affordable and easily explained and onboarded by their staff. I have always been blown away by the value. It really is a personal touch that you just dont find anymore with real people that pick up the phone, answer emails, and can be trusted to ensure that your mail, calls, and other critical business functions are handled properly during such crazy economic times. 5 stars in my book. I will continue to use them for my businesses and recommend them to colleagues and clients as long as our business is in Boulder. (There are other Intelligent Office locations, and we have used them before, and none compare to what we have experienced as far as the excellence and not missing a single thing the team in Boulder has brought to our business in the last 4 years of us renting from them. The meeting rooms and offices are clean, available, and ready on a dime, and literally our folks there catch things even we dont catch for our business with a kind and professional attitude that you just do not see anywhere anymore.) Highly recommend.

Bait and switchI have been a customer in the Austin Intelligent Office for over 3 years without any issuesWhen coronavirus they close the Austin office and transferred me to the Colorado office which is a corporate officeIt took us a little over two months to get everything set up I received my first bill that was double what we agreed uponThey kept telling me that we are going over our allotted minutes however they kept milking the customers to stay on the line as long as possibleAfter me bring these points up to the staff they terminated our 12 month contractThey refused to give me my setup fees or my depositThis is an unfortunate situation I never had a good feeling from day one about this switchWhatever you do do not give these people your credit card number or your automatic Bank draft information they will drain you

While on contract we found them good to work with. However, upon deciding to not renew at the end of several years of the contract, we were informed that it auto renews to a monthly, and we would have needed to give 30 days notice, so we owed not only $75 for the additional month but an ADDITIONAL $25 a total of $100. Mind you, we were only using this space as an address and no phone answering or mailbox services were used.. while the letter of the contract was followed it was unnecessary as there was no loss to them to let us close out account instead of taking another $100 from us. There was no give at all, just this is the contract and THIS is what will be done...even the extra $25...

I keep receiving unwanted emails that have this address attached to the bottom of the emails! They keep sending me scam emails saying Ive won a Walgreens $50 gift card! Stop sending me these emails!
