So stoked to find Steve and the Hotsy Equipment Company. Right in Boulder so it’s close to home for us whenever we need service. Steve took the time to go through the whole machine with me from top to bottom. He hooked it up to water, fueled it up and ran a full demonstration for me to to make I understood everything about it proper operation. Steve gave me the impression of an honest hard working service provider. A gem of a business owner specializing in a rather uncommon machine repair. It’s important for us as consumers to cherish our service providers and do what we can to support their businesses.If you don’t understand the challenges of running a small service business and think the customer is always right because you have money to spend, I recommend going somewhere else. Actually I recommend you check your values when it comes to business. Just because there’s money involved doesn’t mean you get to stop being a good person or that every transaction is a human interaction. In my opinion you have to be a good person regardless of how much money you have or how much you’re spending.Steve his operation are awesome. Go there to be a good person and to good business with good people. Feel good. Do good business. Seek out good people. Steve is one of them, and he can fix your pressure washer or seek you a new one.

So rude, bad customer service. Would not refund a gallon of unopened deck stain even though original paperwork didnt state no returns. But even beyond that, it was a bad overall experience from the beginning; shouldnt have purchased anything from them in the first place. Wont make that mistake again.

Horrible service rip off place should be out of business I have a honda power washer i brought to the guy there about a year ago to get fixed because it was leaking. He told me it was at its end of life and i needed to buy a new one he pulled the chord it wouldnt start But it started when i brought it there he said i cant get it to start can you? I said no thats why i brought it here, then he tried to sell me a used one refurbished and said if he can keep the old one he can give me a deal. I brought it to earls saw shop they fixed it in a few hours and said it was a great machine and had plenty of life. it was a gasket which is nothing. Dishonest horrible service. and he charged me 180 dollars that i shouldnt have paid. I did go back and tell him he sucks and earls saw shop fixed it. DONE GO THERE. DOESNT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR.
