I have used Brandon and the Structurae team for many years for a variety of engineering duties. From home design to commercial review and development of plans, they have always been extremely easy to work with ,and their prices have stayed the same for the past 15 years or so.

Brandon came out to visit our home and assess the situation concerning our basement wall. He spent time measuring the walls both inside and outside the house. Imagine our surprise when he sent his proposal to us recommending what we needed to do to the wall to put it to rights and the measurements where completely different to the ones on the house blueprints. In addition, he had not taken into account the type of basement that we have - it is on piers! We pointed out to him that his measurements where incorrect and that the basement was built on piers and sent him a copy of the blueprint. He promptly sent us back his new proposal, using the measurements from the blueprint, and charged us an additional fee for his mistake! We were not very impressed by this and lack confidence in his overall recommendations. It is stressful enough will our basement wall having problems without having a Structural Engineer give us incorrect information on how it should be fixed. Good job we had blueprints for our home to refer to!
