I agree with previous reviews that this firm is not transparent on invoicing and we had major disagreements on their billable hours. Unfortunately we were unable to come to an agreement and we were extremely dissatisfied with our experience. Definitely using a different firm for our property moving forward.

This firm is not transparent on invoicing and clear on their billable hours. Be sure to be very clear on the rates and what you will be getting as a deliverable. The value to what we were invoiced was sub par. Not will willing to work with or rectify our concerns and complaints. Moving to a different engineering firm moving forward.
