They discriminate against military and police. They dont support military or tactical entities. They deny thier accounts if linked to anything military or tactical related.

Rarely is anything you’d actually want in stock, long shipping times, no returns. Their platform doesn’t even allow for any easy way to determine which color or model you’re selection from the drop down. Site is pretty bogus if you ask me. At my renewal I was told that I was in eligible and I had been previously in violation of their user agreement. Don’t let them foot you, it’s not a pro deal, it’s a company that draws you in with a smoke and gun and then bends you over at check out if for some miracle you happen to find what you’re looking for in stock.

OutDoorProlink will take a week to ship. Products are items that are deemed too defective for retail value. Buyers beware, you are not getting a discount, you are getting a defective product.

The whole team is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get order information incredibly quickly and offer realistic solutions to any possible problem. The person I spoke to was really great! I highly recommend!

Ive had really great experiences with Outdoor Prolink for gear for my outdoor activities. They have really great band partnerships, are picky about who they consider pros and have awesome monthly specials (free shipping, extra % off, etc.) Ive also had really positive interactions with their office staff. Highly recommend if you are an outdoor industry pro!

Im out in the backcountry on a regular basis putting myself into new and challenging situations. Because of wear and tear and because I discover new items that would make my work and travel easier, I have to make frequent purchases. OPL has developed a relationship with the top brands that I am using thereby making these purchases a lot more affordable. On the rare occasion when I have had to sort out any issues, the staff has been great to interact with too.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Outdoor Prolink over the past year. The staff have been responsive in a very timely and friendly manner whenever I’ve had a question that can’t be answered directly on the website (ordering sizes that are out of stock, canceling an order, etc.). I feel like I have more of a personal connection with the folks at OPL over a “big box store” like REI, and that’s really important to me when I’m purchasing hundreds of dollars worth of gear!

Hey All!I have working in the outdoor industry as a guide and educator for over 8 years now. For the past 4 years, Outdoor Prolink has been my go to site for big ticket items before my guiding seasons start: rock/approach shoes and mountaineering boots. After my trusty sleeping bag and pad started to wither after 3+ years of heavy use, I ordered a the ThermaRest Parsec 20 and ProLite-Small; they arrived just in time for my spring season in the southwest! I just put in an order for new La Sportiva Boulder X approach shoes yesterday, hope they make it in time for 20 days of climbing in Unaweep Canyon and 25 days of canyoneering in southeast Utah.Always great discounts, and dont forget to take advantage of the occasional free shipping offers!PS: Can you talk to La Sportiva about offering more approach shoes in size 48 ;-)All my best,Mike

Ive been on the Outdoor Prolink program for a while now with renewal coming up shortly and have had some time to really give this program a good feel.First, Ill start off by saying unless you are purchasing a product of significant value, the savings really isnt that great. Ive done quite a bit of comparison shopping online and its not difficult to pull up retailer promo codes with a quick search from Google that gets you similar savings on most* products.Which brings me to the programs second issue, the processing time. With several orders placed through the program now I can safely say that if you are planning on a trip or hoping to receive gear in a reasonable amount of time I would advise looking elsewhere. It should be noted that I have placed an order in the past and have had the order processed and shipped the following day which is great! But, all other orders have taken anywhere from 4-7 business days just to process on OPLs side and then you have to wait for the receiving company to process and ship. OPL doesnt seem to take any responsibility from this either as they are constantly pushing blame off to the manufacturer but Ive emailed the manufacturer on several occasions and they always seem to be waiting on the order to come in from OPL.The savings with the program after shipping, tax, and mandatory contribution to a partner program just doesnt add up to be worth the wait. To be fair, the wait time is disclosed in the invoice and on their website but unless you really need to save that $10, 20 or $30 dollars I would advise cutting out the middle man here (OPL) and going directly through the company itself. And if you do go through OPL, either plan well in advance or hope you get lucky with processing time.Overall, from my experience, I dont think the processing time on OPLs side is worth the savings they offer. If youre in the Outdoor Industry and looking for some kind pro form or savings program, these companies most likely have the program available to you with a quick email to their customer service department.Hope this at least helps OPL in re-evaluating their processing process.
