I had a slight issue because the price I set was accepted, but it seemed to be taking a while for the item to ship. I chatted with a rep and they let me know that the retailer that had originally matched my price had been removed from the platform for some kind of violation, but that another retailer had now accepted the price and would be fulfilling the order. I loved the ability to bid my own price offer and see if any of the retailers were interested in my offers, which most took immediately. Shipping was fast and returns actually werent difficult at all. Buyr really seems to value their customers and dont have any qualms with returns or exchanges. They genuinely seemed to care about my happiness with my order. One of the best things I like about this site is that they give you rewards for different things I do and the reward cards are simple to redeem immediately, which is super great!

I downgraded my review from 4-star to 2-star for the following reasons. -> I was asked and did provide an honest review, but when I had gone to my account some time down the road expecting to see a coupon, there was none. An email exchange states the reason is that it aged out, but Buyr did reissue the coupon. It happened a second time and then when I finally bought something, the application gave me NO option to apply it nor did it apply the coupon automatically so all this energy wasted on a coupon that allows their application requirements remove a coupon rightfully yours, doesnt give you an op to apply it or auto-apply it. I will never bother with this type of shell game again.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------The 1st time I ordered a product, I kept getting email reminders about needing to complete my bid which there was nothing more I had to do. I reached out to customer service and the lady assigned was, I kid you not, the nicest and most professional customer server person I had ever worked with. With tools like Camel Camel Camel its very easy these days to know if youre getting a reasonable deal, and very annoying if youre not. I was very skeptical about Buyr at first, but it was able to match a reasonable price without hassle or games. I willI will definitely be using it more in the future!

My experience is a bit different than most here. The product I purchased went on a quick sale by some of big name retailers. Reached out to the customer service and the agent was willing to make it right but the price difference was just too much for her to match. I opted to return it... its a heavy home speaker but return process was seamless and quick. As they said, its totally free and after few days for the package to be returned, full refund was promptly issued. Although in my case I didnt open the box so I cant speak for open box return. Anyways, absolutely no run arounds as I initially feared and email response was quick and professional. I will look for an opportunity to deal with them again in the future.

I ordered the same model smart tv twice and both retailers sent me the same wrong model tv which were also of lesser quality with bad reviews. Buyr had to issue refunds upon returning of each. Buyr is a great concept for online shopping. I found an Osprey backpack I wanted on this website. Instead of buy it now, I made an offer for $75 on the backpack (it is worth $100) and a day later, the offer got accepted.I liked that I didnt have to pay for making an offer and that the seller is the website instead of having to send money to a person. Shipping only took 4 days and the backpack was the right one. I really like this website, the selection is good and it was easy to figure out.
