The staff was helpful and friendly. In fact, we were mistakenly charged for one of our prints and the refund was painless.

Had to print out documents from phone, then had to rescan them into pdf s—-fantastic help-guided me through whole process. It was majorly important documents-employee went above and beyond. Very thankful!!!

UnAffordable and convenient printing services. Just slap it on a credit card and start staring at “calculating print from email job cost” screens for dayzzzz. I printed 37 pages in color and it was $40 so that’s pretty bad. It was just visa forms too it wasn’t anything with dramatic colors.

Not only is the staff friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to help. Trevor is the go-to guy there. He definately went out of his way to help find an unshelved item that was in stock. The print department is just as helpful for even those hard to print items Freda keeps things running smooth when the manager isnt around. As a plus there are a lot of good sales.

Loved how large and roomy the store is in the time of covid! They sell a lot of PPE and hand sanitizer in little clusters around the store so it makes it easy to find. Their selection of journals and notebooks was a little underwhelming and certainly overpriced, but what can you do on the road?

Had such a great experience with AJ. I needed to get some strange size of paper for legal documents of my country. I know that was a difficult request. I can understand that the other employee was like ”no, we dont have” but AJ didnt give up and helped me a lot. Thank you so much, you are a life saver!!

I rarely write a bad review, but unfortunately here it goes: Came in at the store on Friday to print something, I did realized I need correct on my paper and didn’t print, cake back Monday with exactly the same same request and this time they gave me the double price, when I asked why he told me that Friday he was only been nice! I asked to talk with the manager, they let me wait 20 min and never saw the manager. I do not recommend this place, very disrespectful and dishonest.

Went to Office depot located at 1905 28th St, Boulder, CO 80301to order some checks two people at the counter a lady ask to help I replied needed to order checks she said the other guy will help you when he finishes with customer. After finishing with customer I told him I need to order business checks 3 check to a page single with stub so he looked in his computer and said I only have the ones with no stubs and I do not know how to order them. His name Junior Ramirez than ask me to come back I told him please look in there, there are more than 1 page the next page should have the 3 checks with stub but he refused and ask me to leave or he will call the police very unprofessional service office depot should train these employs before putting on the sale floor. When I asked to speak with a manager he said I am the manager if a manager does not know how to do his job than what do you expect from a regular employee this is the weakness of upper management that bring unqoulifed people that calling 911 to chase customers out.

Would not recommend for Instagram cut-outs. Not only did they not have the right sized foam board, they also left it hanging over some equipment so it was totally warped when I got it. The staff was nice (hence the two stars), but overall wish I had gone just about anywhere else. :/

Not the most staffed Office Depot I have been to and ordering things online to pick up at the store is pretty hit and miss. I have had several items wrong or not included with my order. I would recommend shipping everything you can because going in the store isnt worth it. The employees are nice so thats why it gets a 3 star and its in a convenient location if they could make the customer experience better. Also with their technology dont expect any flexibility with returns/refunds or no working items. Do yourself a favor and buy them somewhere else.

Extremely Horrible Experience!!!I purchased a i7 8th generation laptop on the Thanksgiving day 2017. The thanksgiving deal online order was confirmed. Due to this, I didnt shop anywhere else. However, this product was never delivered to me. When contacted, i was offered a courtesy 20$ for the delay and i was told it would be 2 days delayed. When it didnt come next week, i got to know a very vague response that the product may never be delivered as it was in back order. They tried to over sell the available products. And, they never got it back for the orders which were not fulfilled. I contacted the management several times, they wasted a lot of time over the phone. They were proudly saying its our policy and it felt like the higher management clearly told them as they mentioned several people are asking us the same thing but we cannot offer any other products on the same cost. They basically never took the responsibility of this horrible act and provided very bad customer service.They never tried to offer similar product with discounted prices for their mistake. They either kept wasting time on hold or contact some team which is not reachable on phone. I responded to them with my concerns on email. No one ever tried to respond to me. This was like they are asked to loot people and thats what they are doing. Horrible expectations set by management if those agents were honestly telling the directions from their higher management.You overbook customers for thanksgiving deals. And, then dont deliver for the overbooked orders. And, dont offer any compensations. Worse than some airlines which overbooked and then at least offered some courtesy amount to at least share the pain.Such ridiculous business in town makes us realize how frustrating the online experience could be (if not done with the reputed websites).

Kind service, now has self-serve printing

Got a poster printed here. They did not have the type of paper I wanted but were able to come up with a decent substitute. There was a small blotch on the poster that was barely noticeable. Reasonable price.

I often need lots of print services. I always get very good service here. It is easy to get my print in line and to know when to come and collect it. I get help with machines and any information I need.

I bought my nexus from here and it eventually gave me problems, but the manager replaced it no problem. To me this is what gives brick and mortar places appeal over internet retailers, and its good Office Depot offers such great service. Ill definitely come here for office supplies and electronics from now on.

These guys got my work I needed done. .as the hotel i was at computer speed just wasnt fast enough. So thanks to office depot for a great job.

I had a custom pad made for my job to make things easier and to save paper and ink. The people at the printer services counter are easy to work with and helped me get what I needed at cheaper than I expected.

Very helpful staff. Went in with a broken AC adapter for my laptop, and left in 5 minutes. I was able to compare the adapter ports to make sure I had the right one for my computer, and the staff was more than willing to help me in the process.

Couldnt find a simple backpack all were for travel and I wasnt going to pay 100 for a backpack. Fine for everything else.

EVERY time I go here something is broken and the staff can barely function. They do not have adequate office supplies like a cutter to cut printed products. And their own flipin cutter was broken the last and final time I went.

The manager (Bryan), took excellent care of us during our recent trip to Office Depot. Before that time, I was so frustrated with online support people from Office Depot and Asurion (the insurance company that office depot contracts with for laptop service) that I was ready to file a complaint on several review sites. Before I did that, I decided to talk to a manager in person. Bryan and the staff listened to our complaints, understood, and completely resolved our problem. Customer service is extremely important to me, and the Boulder Office Depot (1905 28th St, Boulder, CO 80301) gave us excellent customer service.

They have a surprising amount of things and there are really good clearance and sale items.

Small store and it seems dark inside. That said, their staff is knowledgeable and the clearance area usually has some great deals.

When shopping for a laptop, I got an endless barrage of high pressure pitches for all kinds of accessories and add-ons. The salesman acted hurt after I said I wasnt interested. They said they werent allowed to move the laptop from its spot on the shelf to see if it would fit in my briefcase, so I finally had to demand that they get a tape measure.In general, it was a condescending attitude, and a prime example of corporate rules and promtions that were much more important than good service and listening to the customer.

I had a nearly 60-page booklet printed up from a pdf file and for some reason, many of the pictures came out really dark. The two ladies who did the print job perhaps were not very experienced. I came back the next day and Frida helped me. My book was reprinted to my complete satisfaction. Frida has been there 16 years and is totally confident, knowledgeable and skilled. Due to her, I am retained as a customer of Office Depot. Ask for Frida and you will get exemplary service! I hope she is appreciated and well compensated.
