I have been using this service for years. They always take the time to do the little things. I was running around wrapping up work and my husband was running late, and I needed to get our son to baseball. I came home to not only a beautifully, thoughtfully cleaned home- but they took the time to put coffee in the coffeemaker for tomorrow 😭😭😭 I appreciate their thoughtfulness so much. Clean Conscience started with a deep clean of our house a few months after the COVID shutdown when Id been trying to keep up with it myself! Ugh! After that I signed up for weekly cleanings. Then they made my house sparkle and shine when we put it up for sale! We will be having them do our move-out clean and of course, have them clean our new house!! I had a baby in the winter and as a thoughtful gift, my family gifted us with a few months worth of bi-weekly home cleanings. I initially went with Clean Conscience because they were one of the few companies that specifically used non-toxic products. The thoroughness of the cleanings were a hit or a miss. Some weeks would be fantastic, others I would have to go around the house and clean what they missed. I ended up cancelling my weekly services after a few months, but clean conscience did try to make things right by offering a free cleaning and more thorough inspections and notes. I really appreciate the attempt to keep me as a customer and make things better!

Incredibly poor cleaning service.

My tenant moved out at 9:00 pm on a Thursday and I had to have my condo cleaned and furnished by 3:00 pm the next day. I called Clean Conscience Friday morning at 7:30 and they were able to schedule Wendy and Vanessa for that afternoon. They were super thorough, and very accommodating considering that we were working around them and moving everything in while they were cleaning. They did a great job and I will definitely be using their services again. Thanks!

They do perfect work and Im always happy to come home to a clean house. Very easy to work with and schedule. Theyre not the cheapest, but reasonably priced compared to others and you do get what you pay for. Highly recommended!

I really needed some help getting my Dads home ready to sell after he had passed. Jessica, the manager, was understanding and kind and found a great team that were exactly what I needed. I have gotten all of the stuffout, but I really needed help with the fixtures and floors that had been neglected for years. The team called me when they were on my their way and arrived right within the arrival window I was given. I let them in, three very warm and kind looking women, showed them around and went back to work. The team called me half way through to let me know that they had found some old pictures and had taken care to set them on the kitchen counter. When I arrived back to my Dads it looked like a totally different house. I could tell, even when I first pulled up, because the large screen door that hadnt been cleaned in years was shiny and new looking. They did miss a drawer, one out of 20 in the kitchen alone, but it didnt look like a drawer so I wont hold that against them. I thought that I was going to have to redo the hardwood, but they were able to get a shine back that I didnt think was possible. On the kitchen counter was the shoe box filled with pictures that they had found and a note from the ladies that had cleaned reading: We made sure that nothing spilled on the pictures. We are sorry for your loss and thank you for inviting us into your home!. I mean...what an amazing experience. I called Jessica the next week and signed up for recurring service at my home. I have never been disappointed by the caring and detailed teams that this company sends out. Having someone in your home is nerve wracking and knowing that this company does their research and puts thought into who they send to your home sure puts my mind at ease!

The ladies who come clean our house periodically are really lovely, and they do a great job! Kristin is also an awesome coordinator - she always gets back to us right away when we tell her were ready for our next cleaning.

The cleaners who cleaned for me were awesome! I had to be out of my home and realized I was not going to be able to get everything done before I had to moved out. They were able to schedule me on very short notice and did a great job! They got inside all of the cabinets, got rid of all the cobwebs they basically cleaned EVERYTHING top to bottom in the entire house. They were also very polite and professional. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them.

I have used this service for nearly 2 years. They are reliable and easy to communicate with. Because the particular cleaners that come change from visit to visit, the quality of the cleaning can vary. Usually the cleaning is very good but can range from good to exceptional. The one time I complained about an inadequate cleaning I was given a discount on my next appointment and the problem I complained about has not recurred. The one time some damage was done in the house due to cleaning, the service was very good about paying for and rectifying the error

I had an amazing experience with this company! I had 3 younger women come in to my apartment for a basic clean. I was a little skeptical at first because the cleaners were much younger then cleaners Ive hired in the past. But they did above and beyond my expectations! they cleaned all my dishes when i did not ask. (which was a wonderful surprise) They were so polite and careful in my home to not knock anything over or bump my furniture which had been a huge problem with my last cleaners. Im very impressed with the quality of the cleanings I have received with Clean Conscience. Thus far, they have done a great job on my kid-ravaged home and have been very open to addressing/fixing any small issues that I have had. I love that they send a feedback email after every cleaning, which gives me a chance to update them about any small concerns.The only thing I havent been 100% satisfied with is the scheduling process - I often have to clarify what time the team is coming and it doesnt seem to be consistent from month to month (although this is only an issue for me because I work from home)

After years and years of using the same cleaners in Boston, we moved to Boulder in search of highly dependable biweekly cleaners. Ive never used a larger company with cleaning teams before, but was encouraged to try CC Boulder by a colleague. The service has been excellent. The owners really care about quality, and the few times Ive had little thing that Ive been unhappy with or wanted done differently, the owners follow up immediately and make sure its done. They are super flexible if you need to change date/time, and the cleaning crews are kind and easy to be around if I am working from home. After each cleaning, they ask you to rate the quality, and then follow up depending on the rating. I really trust CC with our cleaning needs and have directed some of my other friends and colleagues to give them a try as well.

How wonderful it was to walk in the door after work, and our home was dust-free, smelled fresh (but not like chemicals), and it was apparent that they were very detail-oriented in their cleaning. Ive had the best experience with Clean Conscience. Not only is Kristin super responsive and professional, but they come clean my place in Eldorado Springs, which many other companies wont do! My place is small but they always make it spotless. Ive never seen it so clean. Every time they come, you get an option to write a review. These guys are amazing. We have a new additional to our family. Our daughter is 3 months old. As all mothers know deal with a infant sleeping schedule can be overwhelming, and at no cost are you going to wake that baby up. When they arrive they are prompt and they always clean my house in the order I want to prevent the baby from being woken up. Ive been using Clean Conscience since the first week they opened. Incredibly reliable and detailed service. Ive got a regular clean on the schedule, but they are super helpful if I need a little extra service before guests arrive or after a dinner party.I travel a lot, so knowing that I can trust that things will be taken care of while Im out of town is important. I dont really even think about the team coming and going, it is always a nice surprise when I come home to a spotless house.Ive also used Clean Conscience for major cleans on college rental properties in Boulder. I dont know how they do it, but they can turn a party zone into a looks brand new condo in a matter of hours.No hesitations, this is the best green clean service on the front range.

Weve had a great experience with Clean Conscience. The employees are friendly and professional. They always ask if there is anything special we need them to do ahead of each cleaning, and solicit our feedback after each cleaning as well. The office staff has been both reliable and flexible when weve had to make changes to our cleaning schedule.

I had CCB clean my one bed and one bath apartment for about one month. The first visit was excellent, and if they had kept up like this I would be giving them a FIVE STAR rating. Unfortunately, the next two times the cleaners (which were completely different people both times) were not very good. Basically it felt like the service they were providing was hit or miss, and for about $90 a visit that was too expensive for me.

Astonishingly bad, bordering on dishonest. The first time they came out, they basically wiped down some countertop and left without even vacuuming thoroughly. There was obvious chunks of dirt and debris left all over my carpet, and it looked like no dusting or cleaning of had been done in most of the rooms of the house.Management sent a second team out to re-clean the house with a supervisor to personally oversee the work. While they supervisor was there, they at least made a good show of cleaning but I had them go back and re-clean several areas that they had done a poor job on- sticky cabinets, missed closets, etc. As soon as the supervisor left, the cleaning team stopped what they were doing, packed up and left without so much as a word to me. And they still left several dirty areas- windows, light fixtures, etc.I called back and they offered to send a cleaning crew our a third time or give me a 10% discount. I just didnt have any more time to babysit people doing bad work so I took the very small discount and started looking for other cleaning services.

Tracy and Vanessa did an amazing job today! It was only our 2nd cleaning...we are doing once/month. The house sparkled when I returned home! We have a large/deep mantle space above the fireplace in our living room, and it is loaded with pictures and trinkets. It is clear that they lovingly moved everything to dust/wipe down the space, and they put everything back in a nice, orderly way! I feel as though they were as careful and paid as close attention to detail as if they had been cleaning their own space! Wonderful job! Thanks so much!

Thorough cleaning, had to come out twice but the job got done. Only complaint is product stained carpets, which luckily were being replaced.

WARNING--do not hire Clean Conscience. Last minute no show for my (who are in their 70s) parents move out. In addition, the employee who scheduled left suddenly and took my parents credit card info. So with the stress of moving they had to cancel their credit card. Our family rallied together to clean their home five hours before the new owners took possession of the home.

*Edited*Had 6 people show up for a standard cleaning scheduled for 2 people for 1.5 hrs. I assume they split up the tasks, and I was told several people were in training, and they in total stayed for 30 minutes. I thought, due to the numbers, that it would be fine. They didnt ask me if I was satisfied, they just said were done!I didnt have time to inspect the cleaning as I was leaving town later that day so when I came back (today), I finally got a look. This was a move in cleaning where the prior tenants didnt clean up that well, so I thought Id hire professionals.I have pictures of all this:Hair and dirt in dishwater.Front of stove oven still dirty and stained.Oil over top of oven.Cabinet shelving with layered dust on them. It wasnt even wiped down.Cabinet faces all have layers of oil over them.Shelving units with visible layers of dust.Walls behind stove still brown from prior tenants use, not even wiped.Counters still stained.Fridge still stained.In other words, I have no idea what I paid for.Very unsatisfied.EDIT:I was contacted minutes after I filled out the survey, and they rescheduled another cleaning the following day to correct their mistake. So much better this time, and quite pleased with the results, though the hassle of the 1st lack of quality keeps me at a 4 star rating. Otherwise, the customer service was exceptional and I greatly appreciate what they did to make things right.

Sara Clean my house absolutely amazing

The cleaning team for Conscious Cleaning literally left my house maybe an hour ago. I am 25 and have never hired a cleaning service before Bc Ive always trusted my self and my cleaning abilities well enough up until this point. We moved into our apartment about 5 wks ago and still have not been able to unpack our kitchen Bc we had a bug problem from a past tenant that wasnt completely taken care of by the property management company (PointWest Properties, dont do business with them !) so I didnt feel quite comfortable unpacking our kitchen until the problem was taken care of. Now that it has been about a full week since we have seen any bugs, I summoned their company for my cleaning needs so I could literally have a good conscious about unpacking my kitchen. I left them really detailed notes as to what I needed done in there, majority of the time spent was mainly for the kitchen Bc I jus needed peace of mind that the kitchen was fully clean from this horrible experience. I just got home and I have never felt more relieved in the weeks we have been living here. This company is definitely the way to go if you want top quality cleaning service. They were unbelievably attentive to my needs and didnt think I was some nut-job for certain requests.

The office manager holly is a crook and a thief she Will rip you off. I would not trust these people to clean tires on a car.

You may have a clean conscience, but whoever drives your cars doesn’t have a very clear driving conscience.

They were not properly handling our recycling, even after I repeatedly asked the manager to make sure the staff were properly trained, and overall did a mediocre job of cleaning.
