We worked with Chris LeGault as our project manager. The best word for our experience with Chris is Amazing! Imagine doing a major home renovation and respecting your project manager as the best in the business at the end. He is organized, honest, does what he says, super smart, clever, has high standards, does not take shortcuts ever, always want to do things the right way, transparent, reliable, detailed, held subs to high standards .... I could keep going with all sorts of positives things about him, Matt and all the Elton workers who were part of our project. My wife led our project and I was really impressed with how well he took the time to listen to her, he understood what she wanted and made it happen. Our home is the modern Newport project that has photos on the Elton website.

We have had many projects done over the past 15 years, very big and small. This was our first time using Elton R Construction for a full exterior update. I only wish we would have found them for our past projects! Experience was great! The caliber of work was spot on, and we provided some challenging requests along the way. Our GC, Zach, was stellar! I contacted Emeri and she was always very responsive, and professional. We ended up deciding to move before we did a remodel, so I cant comment on the quality of the work, but the communication was great, and an experienced carpenter friend highly recommended Elton. I would definitely consider them as a top company for remodel in Boulder.

I was so very impressed with Elton! They came in on time, on budget (with just a few changes, all of which they cleared with me beforehand) and their work was impeccable. The supervisor, Mike Lyttle, was respectful, communicative and obviously respected by his colleagues. He was on top of things the whole time. Everyone I met on site was responsible and hard working. Elton also coordinated very well with our design team at EKD, and the execution was seamless. I was particularly impressed that they followed up after the finishing and made sure to fix any little nits that remained a few months later. I now live in my dream home. Top Notch!

Incredible and unparalleled attention to detail.

When we began our project we were new to construction. We braced ourselves for horror stories like cost overrun, schedule overrun, lack of communication and transparency. All things that are apparently rife in the industry.Im thrilled to tell anyone who will listen that ERC was phenomenal and we encountered NONE of the problems other people complain about with their contractors. Just the opposite. Every person at ERC from the owners to the PMs to the construction workers were 100% professional, caring human beings who did amazing work. We are so happy with our house and feel grateful to have worked with ERC.They have our full trust and endorsement.

Great craftsmanship and also great follow up with the punch list and occasional warranty issues. Recommend!

Possibly the worst contractor Ive come across in 30+ years of building and remodeling houses. If you like government contractor prices youll love Elton. He charged for 4 hours of plumbing to do at most a one hour plumbing job. No explanation forthcoming despite twice requesting details of the charges. I wouldnt have paid it if it had not automatically come out of an escrow fund. Find someone else.

ERC is an exceptional company! We have hired them for many projects, as well as referred the company numerous times. The quality of their work, contractors, timelines and organization are outstanding. ERC prides themselves on exceptional service and exceeding clients expectations.
