I just moved here and it was my first time getting my haircut so I was nervous but she listened to me and executed the desired length, face framing and layers perfectly. I officially have found my new place! Not to mention, the price is incredibly affordable for the highest quality. Thank you again Maggie.

Checked out this location due to all the reviews about Mercy and she didnt disappoint! She was fantastic and listened closely at exactly what I wanted. She was patient, thorough, and precise! I can be picky with hairstylist due to the texture of my hair, and she understood my hair perfectly.If you are looking for the best haircut experience, go visit supercuts and go visit Mercy!Edit: I held out 3 months being away from Boulder and I am so glad I did. I came back to Mercy and received a fantastic haircut again, she took great care of a returning customer and I look forward to coming back to her again!

Kaye updated my Pixie and did a really great cut. I’ll be back for regular cuts every month to keep my Pixie looking good. VERY HAPPY!

Melissa is the best! I can show her 1 picture and she replicates it to perfection! My son also has blonde hair (which I heard is harder to cut right) and he never been disappointed leaving her chair.

It was very easy to make an appointment online and I selected Page for my haircut. She did an excellent cut and is very nice. She also offered advise on some products that made my hair much nicer. Very satisfied!

Stylist ignored what I asked for and was very rude. Ive been getting the same haircut for years and I get that its subjective and sometimes difficult to communicate what you want, but clipper sizes are set in stone. I offered to show a photo and she totally ignored me and proceeded to do her own thing. She kept jerking my head around and barking orders about where to look. It was a really uncomfortable and disappointing experience.Two stars because the place was clean and the stylist working the next chair seemed very friendly.

Great first experience getting my hair cut and styled with Darnell! I have a lot of thick and curly hair so its definitely a little trickier to get right. My last cut with layers left the bottom portion of my hair sad and lifeless. She did a wonderful job keeping the length like a asked and fixing the layers. Will be back!

I’ve been coming here since super cuts opened in this shopping center, and it used to be great! Unfortunately that is not the case anymore. Since Brooke left this place has gone down hill! The lady that cut my hair today is the second time she has cut my hair, and she is awful. She’s extremely rude, made me feel really uncomfortable both times. I know she’s new to the store in Boulder, but she really needs to learn some people skills. Today will be my last visit to this super cuts

We took our 2 year old twins in for their very first haircuts. The woman working was amazing, she made my son feel comfortable and did exactly what we asked. Then my other son got in the chair with a guy who didn’t listen to anything we asked for and proceeded to buzz off my son’s curls and cut him on the back of his neck. I feel bad my kids had such different experiences for their first haircuts.

Mercy did a great cut on my wild head of maturing hair (grey). Relaxing shampoo was better than a massage!

They do not listen to what you ask for, I swear they just do the same haircut on everyone. I had asked a shaggier cut as I’ve been growing out my hair for the last year, but I just wanted for my hair to get trimmed and showed a reference photo, I wanted for my hair to be about as long as the bottom of my eyebrow and now it’s halfway up my forehead. He still charged me full price despite telling him he definitely didn’t do what I had asked. You get what you pay for

I had my first cut in a whole YEAR today with Lindsey and she was awesome! She was friendly and accommodating and listened to what kind of style I wanted. She also checked in with me at multiple points during the cut to make sure I liked it. Ive had stylists in the past rush through my hair but Lindsey really took her time and it shows. I love it!

Easy check-in online. Got there and was seated right away. Brooke is a fantastic stylist! Very friendly and personable. I went in for a haircut. She was honest about how much would need to come off the ends for healthy hair, which was what I was aiming for. I relish the times when I can walk away from a salon in love with my hair.

Tennley is the kindest hair stylist I’ve ever experienced! Great service and loved her work. Supercuts has always been my go to for a hair trim but I will definitely be going to this specific location from now on. Amazing customer service and skilled hair stylists! Highly recommend!

The lady who cut my hair today was probably one of the most unfriendly person I have ever met I wanted her to round brush my hair once she was done cutting it she originally agreed told me it would be a extra $30 on top of the shampoo and haircut I told her thats fine not a problem but then when it came time she said how about I just blow dry your hair instead with out styling it and it will be cheaper. I just said yeah whatever thats fine. But someone who is in that profession and doesnt want to complete a service they offer is pretty disappointing.

I am new to Colorado and this was my first haircut since being here. It was almost 5 on a Sunday so many place were closed already. I was very careful when making my selection as to where to go and I read through many reviews. This place had pretty good overall reviews so we came here. Keisha, the manager/stylist was the one who cut my hair. Before we started she asked what I was looking for and I told her I wanted the split ends cut off and actual bangs since Ive never really had them before. She asked me a few more questions about how I normally wear my hair and stuff like that. She then got to it and the results were great and I am very pleased! And she was also very friendly so that was nice as well. I will be back!

Ive looked everywhere, checked on other places and read reviews that were not good at all! I come from a family of beauticians and Im picky!! Ive moved from Texas to Boulder and hard to find someone to trust with your hair even tho it does grow back lol...I came across Supercuts, read the reviews and lots of good comments on Brooke. I made appointment with Brooke today and glad I did!!! Shes is very friendly and did a fantastic job!!! I love my new haircut.. Perfect haircut. Difficult hair to work with; thinning fine hair. Not many styles fit my age and preference. Jeanne listened and gave me the cut I wanted and is very attractive for me. Ive had compliments from friends and people who know me, such as clerks in stores I frequent. Highly recommend this stylist.

They did a fine job with my buzz cut and goatee touch up. All with clippers, no scissors. Not sure how much id trust them with a proper haircut with scissors. They are reasonably priced and I think Ill go back

I miss living in Boulder because no one knows how to cut my hair like Brooke did! And my hair is super duper curly. SHE MADE IT SO CUTE LOOKING , my curls were so bouncy and happy. And man get a shampoo because Brooke’s massage skills are wild, and you’re going to feel like you melted at the end of the shampoo. I live in Parker now, but honestly I’m thinking of doing the drive so I can actually have someone who cuts curly hair for a decent price versus most salons who abuse curly heads by charging 120 for a cut. No thanks. You’re awesome Brooke!

I’ve been going here for a while now and Tenley was always the person who cut my hair. She was fabulous. She is gone now but tomorrow I get my hair cut here again and am hopeful all will go well. So miss Tenley!

Every time I come in I am greeted with a smile and I have never been dissatisfied with my service whether it’s a simple trim or super color, they take the time to listen to your concerns on what you’d like and work with you. Worst experience Ive ever had I was told my wait would be 20 minutes. An hour later and two people put in front of us just because they called in. Me, some poor old lady and my son watch four people get their haircuts in front of us when we were there before them. I was too upset to get anyones names, horrible staff, very unprofessional. Lollygagging, taking their time. Talking to each other trying to figure out how theyre going to braid this guys hair must be why its called Supercuts and not super braids. After watching them I wouldnt even want to get a haircut here anyways. The manager should really look into their employees, you need to cut the persons hair and move on to the next person not take all day. 8/4/18

I prefer cost cutters on Arapahoe in Erie. Supercuts did not know what to do with my hair cut I think they specialize more in very simple mens cuts.

UPDATE: We decided to give Supercuts another try, and I’m happy to say that we had a much better experience. The shop was clean and the staff very friendly (despite the fact that my usually nice kid was not at their best). Maggie delivered a great cut despite too much wiggling. Although the pricing structure is still a bit out of line compared to full scale salon, the cut quality, convenience, and pleasant service are back up to standards. I think our last visit caught Supercuts on a bad day during a transitional period. We will keep Supercuts as our go to for Elementary kid cuts.[Please see update, they’ve fixed most things] We were big fans of Supercuts for my elementary kid’s cuts. Unfortunately, with staff turnover, and apparently a change to price structure the value has really gone downhill. It’s less expensive than regular salons, and better than great clips, but the upgraded junior cut no longer includes styling. Paying extra for that brings it close to salon prices. I will probably try to schedule in Broomfield when we are on errands over there where prices are still reasonable. We will probably come back to Supercuts but it won’t be our go to anymore

Went to Boulder Supercuts on Baseline today, Mercy is impressive!!!! Fantastic job and knows hair!! I loved how she took her time to listen to me describe what my hair does. She even said I know my hair better than her so she listened and described what she thought I meant to ensure understanding. She did not act like this is my job I know how to cut hair. She recognized ALL hair is different with unique quirks. Definitely will go back to Mercy!!! Originally went to Longmont Supercuts but after my regular person of over 2 years left, I tried Annie and Tyler at Longmont and they were absolutely horrible and did not listen at all and just did that they wanted. Go to Mercy in Boulder!!! Awesome job!!
