My experience with Alexis P was quite phenomenal to say the least. Not only did she exceed all expectations with her quality of care and expertise, but she made me feel at ease every step of the way. Great conversationalist. Great energy. Even in these busy times, she made my day.

Honestly I was disappointed in the hastiness and overall experience of the cut. I had a 6pm appointment and was out of my chair at 6:13pm. This was a $27 freaking haircut with a 25% tip. I kept having to “make revisions” as we went and every time I felt like I was somehow being burdensome for expressing my needs and she didnt seem to care or have the patience. I was honestly shocked when she said we were done and was really hoping for more of a detailed and personal experience for that kind of money. Felt rushed as if I was cattle like she just wanted me gone and took zero pride in making sure it was really what I wanted or the detail. I really wanted it shorter on the sides and hair is coming over the top of my ears and its not symmetrical. When I asked the register girl if cuts usually take under 15 minutes she replied Shes our fastest cutter. That is not the type of barber I ever want cutting my hair for that type of money. Take your time and do it right. Terrible business logic right there.

A shout out to Naomi! She cut my hair after more than a year of Covid home cuts and it turned out AWESOME! She took her time was very careful in her blending of all my layers. My hair looks and flows just right. I would book again anytime I am in town. Friendly and professional staff.

I tried this location out today for the first time. I walked in and then sat down with the lady. She was clearly being over booked by the receptionist because she was “one of the quick cutters” and kept stopping cutting my hair to go resolve an issue at the front with scheduling. Then I asked her to only cut a little off the top and do a fade on the side. I told her specifically not to give me a hard part before. What did she do? She gave me a hard part except with no shave line on the part and the no fade. The actually part in the hair was not even that straight after she cut it. This was very much lack of caring about the customer and just trying to get through the day. It was not 100% the hair stylists fault though. The receptionist should not have been bothering the receptionist over 3 times during my hair cut that was only scheduled for 30 minutes to begin with. I got a $27 hair cut for 30 minutes of time. So I paid almost 60 bucks an hour for a bad hair cut I have to walk around for the next month with. How disappointing. Maybe go to a shop that doesn’t charge you $27 for 30 minutes to begin with.

Chris rock did an amazing job on both my haircut and the consultation to get my hair dyed. He walked me through the process and gave my great insight as to Hai I wanted my hair styled!

Ive always had excellent experiences at Floyds but my last experience was so weird and unpleasant. The haircut itself was great but my stylist was weird and touchy as she walked me to her station, she kept making weird comments about a mole on my neck, she made assumptions about the style I wanted instead of asking, and when I declined the shoulder massage at the end she decided to use her hands to rub my shoulders anyway. I know I can expect to be touched during a haircut, obviously, but that was way too far. I dont know the name of the stylist unfortunately but I wont be returning to this location.

I had an amazing experience with Sasha! She knows what she is doing, is resourceful, and so much fun to be around. She made me feel like a friend as well as valued customer. Cant wait to see her again.

I am so in love with my color from Gabe! It was a major correction from another stylist and I couldn’t believe how beautifully it turned out! Sasha collaborated with him for an amazing fix and I’m extremely pleased! Gabe is incredibly talented and the whole shop is friendly with a great vibe!

This was my first haircut at Floyds and it was a fantastic experience! It has a very comfortable atmosphere and I was able to get in very quickly, even without an appointment. Sasha cut my hair and did a most excellent job. She is also SUPER friendly! I walked outta there feeling like a million ducks! This is absolutely where Ill be going for all my hair needs from now on!

Dropped in without an appointment. Waited only three minutes to get in a barber chair. This location opened fairly recently, so short waits are the rule (at least for now). A woman with 13 years of experience cutting hair made me look amazing. Will visit again.

I have been a returning customer at Floyds since 2012. A great establishment for guys who are looking for a stylish haircut at a fair price. I commute to Boulder from Superior as Sasha has been my stylist for 2 years. Also, I have 2 boys (ages of 2 and 6), who also get cuts with Sasha. I was amazed at how great this location was. The staff is amazing and extremely professional. They did exactly what i asked for and i truly had fun chatting with all of them. Their preciseness and attention to details makes me want to go back again.

Sasha K rocks it when it comes to haircuts. I love the new Floyds location in Boulder and the service is always exceptional. This location is not as busy as their other Boulder location. Dont forget to get the shampoo as that is the best part of the experience.
