Words cannot describe my gratitude to the Wedgewood team! Erin, Emma , Taylor, the staff, bartenders, DJ Mia, Steve & Cole just to name a few! It was literally the best day of my life! Everyone, the wedding coordinators were amazing to work with, start to finish. I’m an event planner my self so my expectations and standards are very high for organization, unique experiences and the culinary arts! And this team EXCEEDED my wildest dreams! They were incredibly responsive and transparent in the booking process. I can’t emphasize that enough, whatever I wanted on my wedding day they happily accommodated! Not only is the scenery a jaw dropper but the food was also straight fire - not to mention these girls are the sweetest people ever. I’m so impressed with this team of professionals and would recommend them to anyone who wants to feel beautiful and have amazing customer service on their wedding day. I haven’t gotten professional photos back yet, but here’s a glimpse!

Even through tough times of Covid-19, the staff was always supportive, accommodating, and so easy to communicate with. Our day could not have gone more perfectly. The best way to reduce wedding stress! We got married on a Saturday evening in July 2021. If youre looking to reduce stress in your wedding planning process, go with Wedgewood. The all in inclusive model really limits the amount of decisions you have to make, and vendors you have to communicate with. At the same time, we wanted to pick our own photographer and florist to fit our vision and this was no problem. We easily edited our contract. Everyone we worked with was always so professional. During the big day, every employee stopped and smiled and asked if I needed anything. A server even helped bustle my dress!Im bias, but all of our guest said it was one of the best weddings theyd ever attended! Everyone said the food was great!Shelby was so amazing with last min details, our event captain (maybe Emma?) was so so so attentive and helpful all evening!Will was a great DJ, everyone danced the entire night!

Very beautiful venue! And the food was amazing. Just beware that this is near a pretty busy road. Cars and motorcycles were easily heard during the ceremony unfortunately. Other than that it was a lovely place for a wedding!

Absolutely stunning venue tucked away in the foothills of Boulder, CO! The venue is right next to a creek making a perfect backdrop for the most stunning ceremony or pictures! The Boulder Creek staff went above and beyond on our wedding day for my husband and I! They thought of every little detail and need we had before we could even think of it ourselves! Planning our wedding with the event planners was stress free and easy! They were able to accommodate any and every request we had!! Could not recommend this venue and staff more highly!!

We got married at Boulder Creek at the end of June, and we had such a fantastic experience with them!The team at Boulder Creek was incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. One of my favorite and most useful aspects of planning was the planning binder that had everything in it that we needed. It made the decision-making process much simpler and more straightforward, which was such a blessing in the craziness that was wedding planning. The team was also super responsive to all of our questions and answered all of my frantic emails promptly and professionally. By the time we got to the wedding day, I felt as at ease as I think was possible, largely because they ensured that logistics were settled and everything was ready to go for the big day.When it came to the actual wedding day, our assigned day-of coordinator, captain, and DJ made sure the day went smoothly. Everything went about as well as we could have asked, and we had such a special, beautiful day. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous: the creek and greenery make for awesome pictures, the location feels like you’re in the mountains while still being super accessible from downtown Boulder, and the “flow” of the venue (ceremony site to cocktail hour to dining tent to dancefloor) was seamless.

We had our reception at Wedgewood on 7/13/21 after a ceremony at a National Park and it was absolutely perfect. We were out of state and we were both extremely busy during the planning but the folks at Wedgewood made everything so effortless, helping us coordinate everything from our invitations and cake to our timeline! Even the food was great. Our guests were impressed and we had the night of our lives with minimal stress. My only complaint is that there were a few things they werent so flexible about - for example you had to use their DJ services to use their sound system, there was a bit of pressure to stick to a timeline even though wed prefer to be more laid back, etc. Theres also a lot of different people over at the office so communication was a little rocky at times but everything came together great in the end. Overall it was an excellent experience. If you want a low-stress, customizable package with a beautiful backdrop this is the perfect spot.

This place has this whole wedding thing down! Our day was seamless and in the end it was a great value as well. They do all the set-up and take-down for the ceremony and reception, and everything was coordinated perfectly. Most people don’t even know this place is there because it is nicely tucked away by the trees, so there is privacy. Everyone thought it was beautiful and the food was delicious! You can always tell the character of a company and the people who run it by how they treat you not when times are great, but when times are tough. Covid-19 turned our world upside down, but Wedgewood’s exceptional service and clients first mentality never waned.We eloped in an intimate ceremony on Labor Day instead of having our large ceremony & reception as planned. This decision was fully supported by the staff at Wedgewood, and they were there for us every step of the way as we considered our options. The day was truly perfect. Georgina, Jordyn, Alyssa, Bri, and Taylor made sure that the day still felt just as special as it would have if all of our guests had been there and went above and beyond to make us feel special in the midst of a pandemic.We have over 10 friends who also had weddings affected by the pandemic, so we can guarantee that no venue handled the situation with as much understanding, patience, flexibility, and grace as Wedgewood has done. Unlike the experience our friends had with their venues—Wedgewood alleviated stress instead of creating it. We felt truly blessed to have chosen Wedgewood, and CAN NOT WAIT for our vow renewal & reception next year. The Wedgewood ladies at Boulder Creek are in a league all their own—we can’t imagine getting married anywhere else.

Our experience with Wedgewood Boulder Creek was nothing short of amazing, we booked our July 2021 wedding with them just days before the pandemic hit. Throughout our year and a half engagement they were kind, understanding, and prompt to answer all of our questions regarding our wedding and Covid-19. They kept us in the loop with new or loosening restrictions, and let me talk through many “back-up plans” and “worse case scenarios” to ease my type-A, worrying mind. In the end, restrictions were loosened and we were able to have the wedding of our dreams. We used wedgewood preferred DJ and Florist, both of which were incredible. They helped us make a hotel block and find transportation for our guest. They accommodate a private food tasting for us since their regular wedding extravaganza event was not happening before our date due to the pandemic. They helped accommodate things that usually aren’t in their typical wedding such as turning their donut wall into a photo-opportunity for my guest, having an ice cream truck, and scheduling in a private dinner for the bride and groom before the reception. Our day of coordinators/banquet caption were Taylor and Emma. They waited on us hand in foot, kept every vendor in the loop with any changes to the schedule, and made the day run flawlessly. We couldn’t be more impressed or thankful that these two were our team. Overall Wedgewood Boulder Creek exceeded all our expectations and we’d recommend them time and time again to any future bride and groom.

I had my wedding at Boulder Creek by Wedgewood 3/6/2021. Due to covid, we changed our original plan of a destination wedding in Jamaica to a destination wedding in Colorado. We planned everything within 3 months!Planning everything in such a short amount of time, and from Texas, was stressful, but the Wedgewood team really helped with every step. Weddings is what they do and it shows. They had great vendors and lots of information. We had multiple meetings prior where they would remind me of things that needed to be done and what I should be thinking about or looking into. They also verified details every meeting to make sure I didn’t change any plans or decor.I’ve never planned a wedding before, but I feel like even if it wasn’t a destination wedding during a pandemic, it couldn’t have been easier or less stressful.Covid forcing us to change our plans was really a blessing. We both preferred a mountain wedding over a Jamaican beach wedding, but were trying to save and reduce cost. We did spend more than we initially planned for Jamaica; however, it was well worth it. We don’t believe our Jamaican wedding would have been anywhere close to our beautiful ceremony and reception that we had at Boulder Creek.Speaking of prices, Wedgewood has multiple “packages” offered to help with all budgets. We went with the elite package, which I 100% believe was a great price.Wedgewood has multiple locations, but Boulder Creek really suited us best. We loved the scenery and intimate feel of the creekside wedding!The venue doesn’t usually allow wedding party arrival until 1 hr prior to ceremony, so you do have to get ready elsewhere. Wasn’t a huge issue for us. They did offer to allow up to 2 hours prior if requested. However, everything was prepared upon arrival and we had drinks as requested in our suites!Taylor and the Wedgewood team were phenomenal. They really brought my vision to life and everything was absolutely amazing.Even my now husband (who had no preferences on anything during planning) raved about how everything was perfect!I could never thank the Boulder Creek Wedgewood team enough for bringing this day to life!

Had my dughters wedding there. The staff was very professional and helpful and added to the enjoyment of both the occasion and the locale. Its just a little ways up Boulder Canyon right on the creek with all the bells and whistles youd expect of a wedding venue. The dinner was excellent, best prime rib Ive had in awhile, and everybody enjoyed playing lawn games afterwards while the dj kept hoping someone would dance.

We got married on 11/8/2020 at Wedgewood Boulder Creek. Everything exceeded our expectations even in a pandemic. We chose to get married outside by the creek, it was gorgeous! I dont even have pictures yet, but cannot wait to see them. Our wedding day coordinator, Alyssa, was included in the Wedgewood package we chose. Alyssa was friendly, polite, professional, and creative! She helped make sure all of my decorations, memorial table set up, and favors all looked fabulous. She listened to everything that we wanted and gave suggestions and feedback whenever we were not sure about something. Emma was our banquet captain and she was always available to our guests and make sure all of the food was perfect. All of our guests cannot stop talking about how good the food was - we chose to have a buffet, as well as a dessert bar from Kelly Leigh cakes. I love that Wedgewood partners with different vendors that they have worked with a million times. Our DJ, Ethan, from DJ Maestro was awesome! Everything worked out so smoothly, it really was a dream come true. Financially, this was the smartest option because everything I needed was included, and you could customize (add or take away) things from the package you chose. Thank you Wedgewood!

Wedgewood hosted our wedding on October 23, 2020. We couldnt have asked for a better venue. Top notch professional service, affordable pricing that delivered outstanding value and excellent day of event service. The place is super intimate and very unique being up the Canyon and right along the Boulder Creek. Definitely worth a visit when you are checking out venues in Colorado. Close enough to downtown Boulder where there is so much to do, but still felt like a getaway once youre up the Canyon.

We had a destination wedding of 30 people. I planned my whole wedding from upstate New York, never having seen the Wedgwood. They were great to work with and everything went seamlessly. Working with them was easy. The process was broken down into steps with periodic meetings. They also gave me a binder helped guide the process.The grounds and building are absolutely gorgeous. My goal was to make my wedding kid friendly, low stress and have good food. All of these goals were achieved at the Wedgewood. The yard games were perfect for my family as they waited for us when we took pictures. The yard is absolutely gorgeous and our pictures turned out amazing! Everyone was happy with their food and it came out very timely. I was truly lucky to find the Wedgewood all the way from upstate New York.*The only improvement needed is that they would not give the kids anything kid friendly to eat while we were doing pictures. There ended up being a long gap in between and the kids got hungry.

My wife and I absolutely loved Wedgewood. Starting from day one, the Wedgewood Staff were always there to answer any questions we had and always got back to us practically immediately. They laid everything out for us so we were never guessing or questioning if we needed to do something else. Taylor was amazing through the entire experience and Emma did an amazing job the night of the wedding! Even with Covid, Wedgewood and the staff did a phenomenal job to ensure our wedding was perfect! All their vendors that they partnered with were also amazing. Painted Primrose did a beautiful job with all the floral! DJ Dan was perfect with the music! And Epic Photos did a professional job throughout the night to capture our big day! We honestly couldn’t be happier with Wedgewood and everyone that helped make our wedding the most amazing night of our lives! Thank you!

Couldn’t recommend them more! The in-person meetings prep were easy and no weird hidden fees. The day of staff was incredible, really went above and beyond to make sure me and the entire wedding party and guest list had a great time. They responded to my email questions in minutes and worked me for payment installments. Plenty of parking for everyone so we didn’t need a shuttle. Use their recommended flower and photography reps if you can. They know the venue and will crush it.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this team is! The entire staff made my day so perfect. I’ve heard of weddings being stressful, but I did not have any working with these wonderful ladies.They addressed any questions or concerns I had in a very timely and professional manner.The location is amazing as well, but honestly the team is what did it for me. If you are getting married I could not more highly recommend a place. The entire staff knows this is your special day and they do everything they can to make it happen. I felt like a celebrity on my wedding day.

Literally everything was perfect. If anything went wrong, I had no idea. The price point might be a little high, but in my opinion its reasonable for all the work they put in and 100% worth it for all the help that the staff provide. Im pretty phone-phobic, and going with Wedgewood saved me a lot of phone calls. They made everything super easy for us. They do force you into their catering services (which I had no complaints about because it saved me a phone call) and truly I had the best pasta of my life there. I got reports from my non-vegetarian guests that the chicken meal was awesome as well. It was really hot out (but thats my fault for picking the middle of July for an 11am wedding) so we had umbrellas available for members of the ceremony who might be bothered by the heat - but you also have the option of doing it indoors in the air conditioning if thats an issue. Really, I dont think we could have picked a better venue. The staff were all super helpful, and our coordinators made sure everything was perfect. We worked with Georgina, Jordyn, and Matt directly and they took such good care of us through the planning process, the rehearsal, and the day of. We used a lot of their recommended vendors - the DJ, Kody, was super cool and we loved him, the flowers were gorgeous, and the photobooth was a huge hit with our guests. Our videographer and photographer loved the venue for their work. Our guests had a great time, and so did we. My groom and I both recommend Wedgewood for both ceremony and reception!Just FYI, the venue itself and everything your guests might need is wheelchair accessible. BUT the upper rooms, where the bridal suite, grooms suite, and offices are, do not seem to be wheelchair accessible.

When choosing a place for our wedding we wanted a beautiful location, good food, an open bar, and a team of people to help us because we had no idea what we were doing! Boulder Creek by Wedgewood went far above and beyond our expectations! The whole process was smooth from the start! From the initial site viewing, choosing our package, the two years of multiple and continuous questions (enter bride planning a destination wedding with an overwhelming family), to our big day, I could not have asked for more! In addition, they chose venders that know the venue and make it absolutely seamless and amazing. They provide multiple options for venders so you have a variety of options. If your fear is going with an all inclusive venue because you cant customize that is NOT the case our day was unique to us! I highly recommend going to a bridal faire to try the food, see what additions the venue has to offer in person, and see how well the team works together. The food is phenomenal and the team basically reads your mind. While taking pictures during cocktail hour a plate of appetizers appeared just for us out of nowhere! I was starving and didnt even have to ask! They provide little personal touches along the way that also make you feel appreciated for choosing them and supported trough out the whole process. We got so many compliments by guests about the food, the set up, the staff, and the venue overall. I would highly recommend this venue you will not be disappointed it was truly more than I could have ever asked for! Thank you Wedgewood!

We could not have asked for a better experience! Before the wedding the whole team made sure we kept up with our to-do list and was always available for questions or suggestions - they are definitely experts and gave such good advice! For the day-of we “splurged” (it’s really not that much $$) for the coordinator and I am SO glad we did! Everything went off without a hitch and as the bride I didn’t have a single thing to worry about and we didn’t have to call on our family or friends to help so they could just have fun. The DJ, bakery, and photographer they referred us to were perfect for us and it all came together flawlessly! And my husband is still raving about the brunch 2 years later!I’d love to find an excuse to hold another event at this beautiful venue! ;-)

My best friend was married here this previous weekend, and it was an amazing experience. Her wedding planner, Taylor, did a fabulous job and the location was absolutely gorgeous! Im not from CO, and I can say as a native Texan that the venue gave a beautiful glimpse into the beauty that is Boulder, CO!

My family had a small reunion celebration on a summer Saturday morning. As far as I know, preparation, cost, and planning went well and was easy, mostly through phone calls.Staff was friendly and helpful during the event. Our event was pretty low key and was an opportunity to have lunch served and time to just visit together. There were activities in the yard that children and adults played, life size Jenga, corn hole, tag, etc.Lunch was buffet style and stayed hot and tasted good. We had all the options that were agreed on and planned. Drinks were handy, with water always available, and water available at several locations. Glasses were always handy as well.A stroll down to the creek yields a quiet respite from the party if you wish.Everything is wheelchair accessible, expect the creek side sitting.

I was married here on August 16th. Everything about my special day was perfect. Each employee truly cares about giving you the best day possible. Nothing went wrong during my wedding. I absolutely love this venue and the people at it. You cannot go wrong with Wedgewood.

We had our special day at Wedgewood Boulder Creek. We got married by the creek. It had snowed the night before and it just looked like the perfect winter wonderland. My husband and I live in Las Vegas. Part of the reason we chose this place was because of all the winter wedding pictures we saw online. We were so glad to have picked Wedgewood because it just made wedding planning so much easier. The girls responded in a timely manner and they made our special day run so smoothly. The team at Wedgewood far exceeded our expectations!! There arent very many venues that can hold 200+ people and absolutely none of them are even close to as stunning as Wedgewood Boulder Creek!! We had a really long engagement so we venue shopped for a long time and I am so confident we found the very best one, not only that but the all inclusive package was a life saver and made the process super easy and enjoyable!! They give you this awesome notebook with all your options so you can build and customize the perfect wedding for yourself and your partner!!They were more than willing to help customize our wedding and allowed us to have the first ever ice luge and plated salads with a buffet meal! On the day of our wedding the shuttle bus was running late, Kate the amazing day of coordinator was so quick on her feet to open the cocktail hour up early before the bar so the guests never even knew we were off schedule! Emmet was our banquet captain and he knew what we wanted before we even did, as I finished a drink he was right there to had me a new one, he even platted and served me my buffet dinner!!We had a really wild bunch and I am so thankful Wedgewood embraced our group and let us be ourselves! I truly cannot rant and rave about our experience enough. If youre looking for the easy button with planning, the best value for your money, and the most beautiful Colorado location then this will be your venue too!!

On 12/31/16, my husband and I had our rehearsal dinner at the Wedgewood on Boulder Creek, and it was absolutely incredible! We felt so loved, and taken care of throughout the whole process. Georgina and Alexandra helped my husbands parents with all the planning, making sure that their dietary needs were met, etc, which was so helpful for us to know that they would eat well that night! The chef Alexis was personally thanked during the toasts by the father of the groom for her food, and Jordyn, Madison, and Alisha were the main people serving us and our guests all night. Georgina also did an incredible job on the set up and decorations- if you get any chance to let her put some creativity in your event and decor, DO IT!I cant write this without mentioning a key fact: I spent the last two years as one of the coordinators at the Wedgewood on Boulder Creek. I recently left my job with these incredible people to get married and move out of the country, but my time here was indispensable, and my main point (coming from an insider!) is this: If you are a bride or groom, looking for somewhere incredible to get married, there is nowhere that you will be as well cared for as the Wedgewood on Boulder Creek.There is a fantastic team of women there (all mentioned above!) who spend their days thinking of ways to make your day more beautiful, and your life easier as you plan (probably) the biggest day of your life. These women go above and beyond, every day of the year, and nobody on this property ever has the mentality of thats not my job. No matter who needs help, or where, the whole team (from the manager, Paige, who leads by example running the ship with humility, to the servers and dishwashers working behind the scenes) is trained to be helpers, and people will jump in wherever, and doing whatever, is needed.Again, I could not recommend this place, or the people who make weddings there happen, to a higher degree!

I was a bridesmaid at a wedding here, and everything went smoothly. Our coordinator was extremely good at her job, kind, and easy to work with. Our party was hoping for a ceremony outside by the creek, but it had been raining on and off all morning, but the coordinator confirmed she could move the ceremony inside without an issue if we felt like the weather wouldnt cooperate. In the end, we got to have it outside, and it was perfect. The staff was friendly and well-organized. I was very impressed with the views and multiple ceremony spot options. They have thought of everything, including a very cool grooms room for the boys and champagne glasses waiting in the bridal suite.

We had a do-it-yourself wedding because we honestly couldnt afford anything else. They were so helpful and staying with our budget were able to set up a payment plan for us. When the day came, every staff member was so helpful and gave us the Fairy Tail treatment. Would not have had it anywhere else! Thank you!

We booked our wedding for April 24th 2020 at Wedgewood Boulder Creek.The Wedgewood team was amazing to work with. I sent them countless emails, and we would correspond via email like they were texts, they were so responsive, positive, accommodating, and willing to work with us for every little thing we wanted.The preferred vendor for floral, Painted Primrose, was exactly the same. Sabia was very responsive and excited to help us create our vision, even when it was something totally new to the venue.Unfortunately, our wedding was cancelled due to the covid-19 concerns.Wedgewood responded very quickly once guidance was provided by govt officials, and allowed all cancelled events to reschedule, transfer their paid funds to a new date, did NOT charge any cancellation fees, and did the exact opposite of what Ive heard some venues had done and actually made it easier to reschedule and get the value we paid for.Wedgewood Boulder Creek was very responsive during this time in helping us understand our options and making the process as easy as possible. Extremely sympathetic and amazing service.Hands down, recommend to anyone. Go see the venue, meet the team youll work with, they will make it all a breeze. There is no easy way to plan a wedding, but this All Inclusive option is hands down a great value.

Super beautiful venue. Amazing scenery and back drop. Wedding was outdoors and reception was in doors because it rained later but even the inside was great. Had a lot of fun. The food was great!

Our wedding is in March but so far this place has been amazing. The hardest part has been getting in touch with someone to make payments :)The coordinators are professional and willing to make changes with you as many times as you need. I know I will love our wedding day and a huge part of that joy will come from having worked with Wedgewood.

Really cool wedding venue in the mountains just outside of boulder. Theres an indoor venue, as well as a creekside location for outdoor weddings. There are great pictures to be had if you walk the grounds. I was there for a brunch wedding, and thought the food and drinks were great. The vibe is rustic and chic, a bit casual.

We were guests at a wedding. The ceremony area is very pretty. The finger food was very tasty . Before dinner they had PA system that the families could use, Everything was very well-set-up. The staff was very accommodating, and after dinner, we all gathered in the inside building and danced till our hearts were content

We just had the most beautiful wedding here. Not only is the environment absolutely breathtaking, but the service folks are professional, kind, and incredibly competent! They took what could have been a very complicated event and made it seamless and enjoyable. Their expertise and service are commendable!!

Great venue right along boulder creek. Stunning views, friendly staff and just a few miles outside of boulder make this a perfect place for a wedding, ceremony or event. Only downside is no cell service, but that could be a positive thing to some.

I attended a wedding last night and was blown away with the beauty of it all. Im sure they (Wedgewood staff) hear it all the time but they all did an absolutely wonderful job. Fantastic place for a wedding! Gorgeous setting, courteous staff, and an overall very pleasant experience. YOU should get married here!

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Wedgewood. Bri - you were amazing to work with! Everything ran so smoothly. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful; all of our guests were so impressed with how beautiful it was. We had some concerns at our rehearsal the day before about snow/mud, but Bri calmed our nerves and you could never tell it was muddy the day before due to the sand they put down at our request. The food was absolutely delicious and they partner with some amazing vendors to give you a complete all in one package - we only had one vendor that we hired outside their recommended list. The hotel they partner with was truly AMAZING and completely beautiful as well. Our wedding really was a dream come true thanks to everyone at Wedgewood

Wedgewood is a wonderful wedding venue. The location is adorable year round and their food is also good. We have a university event there every year and the staff is always professional and helpful.

Absolutely gorgeous property and the wedding we attended was very nice and quaint. The outdoor dining was spectacular!!!! I love that they have several locations on the property for you to say your I dos and we enjoyed seeking them out. If I lived in the area I would definitely consider this place for my venue.

Georgina, Alexandra and the entire Wedgewood Team made our winter wedding perfect! They have expressed nothing but happiness and excitement throughout the entire planning process! Travis and I were so happy with our wedding! I am so happy we booked Wedgewood as our venue! The views are breathtaking and the boulder creek alongside the property makes a beautiful ceremony site!The planning process was so easy being that they are a One Stop Shop venue. You can add services to your wedding such as Cake, DJ, Photography and so on! The idea of having all of the vendors selected and paid for in your overall costs made our budget easy to maintain!I will always recommend this venue to any friends or clients in the future!

The most gorgeous wedding venue. Amazing staff!!

I was in a wedding here recently and the venue is quite scenic, despite the highway in the background. There was snow on the ground but it didnt really matter as everything still was picturesque. Was a fun night for sure. Only 2 issues really, and I didnt feel comfortable enough docking a star for them, is 1) The parking lot is dirt so winter weddings, be careful with the mud and water in the lot. It could make your bright, shiny shoes muddy in the few steps it takes to get to the door. 2) More importantly, the DJ didnt have the outdoor speaker on (by the creek, which is where the wedding was held) for the first 12 minutes of the 15-20 minute ceremony. The speakers up in the booth were on so he didnt even notice it until someone went up there and finally got him to understand that we couldnt hear any music walking down the aisle (awkward) or most of the prepared talk leading up to the vows. Fortunately it turned on right before vows were exchanged and it was all good. Still think this venue is 5/5, and I assume after this hiccup that probably wont happen again to any future wedding ceremonies.

I LOVED this place. The staff was great, and they were all so nice and helpful. They always returned phone calls and were always so patient with me and all my questions. Our first experience was with Georgina, who gave us so many different options to fit exactly what we wanted into our budget. Then our day of coordinator was Jordyn who always had a smile on her face. The venue is beautiful, the food is so so good, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience for my wedding. Im still getting compliments on everything. Thank you all so much for helping us make our wedding day so great!

Could not have been better! This review is long overdue. I got married here on May 20, 2016 and I could not have been more pleased. Wedgewood coordinated everything to a T and took so much of the stress away. My wedding was absolutely beautiful! All of the staff were terrific and all of my guests were gushing about the venue and the service! I have a friend who is getting married soon that said she had a lot to live up to after my wedding! Thank you Wedgewood! I will always recommend you to anyone looking for a venue! You cant go wrong here!

At first I thought the people of Wedgewood were amazing up until the actual day of the wedding. Our coordinator left exactly right after the ceremony leaving the “captain” to take over. However, the caption was no where to be found the entire night! Our music during the ceremony was completely off. It would start then stop leaving people looking around wondering what was going on. It left me embarrassed. Our decor that was supposed to be moved from the ceremony site to the reception area was not. Me as the bride and groom had to ask our wedding party to do it as we were taking pictures. We were also supposed to have Hors d’oeuvres served to us as we were taking pictures and we didn’t. We thought our coordinator was grabbing the necessary people that needed to be there for our signing of the marriage licenses but she wasn’t. The groom and I were left waiting and waiting wondering what was going on. Our photographer (who was not affiliated with Wedgewood) came to the rescue to ran to grab everyone. We were all sitting in the reception area waiting for food. Come to find out the food was ready for about 30 mins and not a single soul told us or coordinated people getting their plates. Then come to find out there was soooooo much food left over but our guest were denied going back for seconds. We were not given this food either to take home. Our guests were told that we did let pay for them to have seconds. HOW EMBARRASSING!!! Why would they cook all that food in the first place???? Also we were never told that our guests couldn’t have seconds unless we paid for it!!!!!!!! So what did they do with all that extra food????? Who paid for them to cook all the extra food?????? We paid for the Prime Rib add on also!! Because there was no coordination our guests didn’t even really get a chance to dance. 3 songs is all we had time for for the guests to dance to. Wedgewood tried to make things up to us with a canvas print picture but even that was done poorly. The picture came back mirrored all around the edges to where even wedgewood said they have never seen that happen before. One of their cake vendors tried to upcharge us for everything even a simple little cake stand. We used one of their photographers they are partnered with and noticed that our pictures were not unique to us at all. They took us to the same place they take a lot of their clients even though we specifically stated we didn’t want that scenery and they had us pose the same exact way as we have seen many other couples in their portfolio the enduring of the photos was also horrible. I was so impressed with wedgewood until it came time for the actual wedding day.

Got married here in November. It was perfect! The staff made everything unbelievably easy on us, both in planning and day of. The site is beautiful. We got lucky on weather and were able to hold the ceremony outdoors like we wanted. The staff were always super flexible even when we were super tentative about maybe wanting something. They were friendly and excited, which to both of us was amazing since they do this everyday. Cant recommend this place highly enough for your wedding.

We got married on a very rainy day in October - and we loved it! Even though the weather didnt cooperate, the staff did everything they could to make a great event. From the beginning stages of planning all the way through the final dance it was easy, fun and just what we wanted. The staff is incredibly nice, responsive to e-mails and random requests! The price was perfect, the food was great and we have no complaints! :)

Every step of the way from the initial planning was easy and clear, the staff was great at working around our budget and timeline, and our wedding day went flawless. Period. They dont come back (But, hey! The cash bar is still open. Give us more money please.)

Place is pretty cool. Only problem I saw was this little dude running around as security. I understand hes there to do a job, but the fact of the matter is that he was being extremely creepy and the women were saying something. Kind of like hiding in the bushes creeping on us.... Waiting to pounce.... For what, I dont know?

I attended my sisters wedding yesterday, and I was beyond impressed with everything at Wedgewood. Her wedding coordinator, Ally, was exceedingly warm, polite, knowledgeable, and professional, as were Jenna, Paige, and Alexandra. The rest of the support staff was equally fantastic. I sing for weddings, so I have seen a lot of wedding venues. Wedgewood is the best BY FAR.

I cannot thank the Wedgewood enough for making our big day absolutely perfect. The planning was a breeze, all the way through the ceremony and reception. The team goes above and beyond to accomodate your every need and wish....our day was magical, and I again thank the team so much!! We are so very impressed with the Wedgewood so far! To start, the location is gorgeous and captures the beauty of Colorado. Our wedding is coming up in June and they have made this such a lovely, stress-free planning process! Alexandra is a pleasure to work with and really understands what we are looking for. She has made several suggestions we would not know about otherwise that will really enhance the day. They are going out of their way to add elements to our brunch reception that they have never done before and I appreciate that flexibility and know it will be wonderful!We are also using all their vendors....Michelle is great at La Momo Maes Bakery and has delicious cake! Weve chosen the pink champagne and lemon favored cakes.Sarah at Painted Primrose is a delight and we are enjoying working with her! Cant wait to see the beautiful flowers!I also found my wedding dress at Brilliant Bridal which they suggested and that was a great experience as well!I will write an update after my wedding, but I have no doubt it will be a fantastic day! I highly recommend this venue to anyone!
