We had been waiting for a new Sienna for just over a month. The buying process was a breeze. Davis gave us the time and space to make our decision. He helped to get me a much better rate than my previous pre approval. Beth made the finance side quick and easy. She really understood what we needed and were looking for. I’m so happy we found out new mini!

Overall, its just ok. I first visited because of the great oil + rotation package special that was being offered. Service was the typical experience. Specials slightly better than the other local Toyota dealers.Theyre in the middle of some major construction, demolishing their aging and dated showroom and building new. In the mean time its all temporary mobile offices, which is kinda meh if youre waiting a while for service. No complementary coffee, popcorn, or anything that some of the nicer dealers have for your wait. Car was returned to me with muddy wheels and wheel wells since theyre parking them in dirt lots during construction... just kind of an annoyance, especially given that Mountain Toyota gives you a free wash after every service.*Edit* 3 months later--Brought our second vehicle for an oil change and it was a much better experience. Still under construction, but overall better. No muddy vehicle on pickup this time. What really sealed the deal is the tech personally showed me what might be an trouble point in the engine bay down the road, and thats worth something instead of a service rep just mentioning it on a printout. Definitely worth an extra star for the hands on experience. If they keep running oil specials, Ill keep returning here for service.

We had a really positive experience at Larry Miller Toyota with John and Jess. We were interested in the hybrid Camry, which they had in stock. We didnt feel any pressure, but we decided to buy that day after driving the car and looking at all the financing options. They made the process smooth and VERY quick since I had a doctors appointment to get to. Were thrilled with the car and we will definitely go back when we need to make another car purchase.

I purchased my first NEW NEW car this weekend at Larry H Miller. John David really made the experience phenomenal; I imagined going in to a high pressure situation that already exists thanks to the chip shortage, with more pressure and pushy salesmanship. I got the complete opposite with kindness, understanding, and a truly fun experience. I rarely leave reviews but I definitely recommend Larry H Miller, and especially John David if youre in the market for a vehicle.

I came in looking for a TRD Pro 4Runner I could drive off the lot, which I knew was a long shot, but I had high hopes and this dealership did not let me down. Armeen was helping another customer when we arrived, but as soon as he saw us looking at the models on the lot, he immediately asked if we’d been helped and made himself available to us. From the first interaction with him, he made this experience the easiest, fastest, least stressful car purchase I could imagine. He walked me through all of their inventory, answered every tiny question I had, and did it all with a wonderful attitude. He had them detailing the car for me to drive it off the lot before I even signed the paperwork! The finance guy Jess was equally as attentive and friendly, making every second of this process as smooth as possible. I couldn’t have dreamt up a better experience, and I am so grateful I made this place my first stop when I decided I was ready for an upgrade.

One star for Gary, one star for finance, because they were competent and for the most part expeditious. Zero for customer service by anyone outside of those two. The lot is a joke while it is in a transitional stage. Thankful to have found the car I want and to have gotten a deal, but honestly; if your dealership looks like a salvage yard with portables in it you could atleast smile at or acknowledge people within ten minutes of them entering your cubicle sales floor. Will be servicing it elsewhere just knowing I will be treated better, actually get a car wash, and not have to deal with the gravel maze. Place is a dump.

I will definitely drive an hour again to do business with them vs ever spending a dime at Auto Nation.

If you have a choice for where you can service your car, go anywhere anywhere anywhere but here. Clearly they are busy enough that they feel no need to invest in customer service. Disrespectful dismissive and just generally rude. Spent 2.5 hours waiting on a TIRE ROTATION. When I finally reached out to ask what was going on with my car they replied oh your car has been finished and you should have gotten a text. No text. No effort to make it better. Next time I am buying a new car I will try a different Toyota dealership.

Had a great experience buying our Sienna new from Larry Miller four years ago. Have been bringing it in on the maintenance plan included and not paid for any service. Brought it in recently for 30k mile service. at 9am. told it would not be done before 5pm, and that it would cost $740. Before they had even looked at the vehicle.I asked for the keys back, and took it home. Replace the cabin air filter and engine air filter myself for under $50 in parts and about 5 minutes of easy labor. Then took it to a local mechanic shop we used to take all our other vehicles too, and they did the oil change, all fluid checks and changes, AWD alignment and all the other items on the Toyota Sienna 30k mile check list for under $170.

Every time I have come here, i feel very unwelcome and I have to make the effort to get service or even be acknowledged. A little “hi how can we help you or we will be with you in a minute” could go along way especially when I am paying so much for a service. After a second poor experience, I’m going to look elsewhere for service!Update 8/15/21: After receiving a message from the manager here on Google, I did call to follow up and left a voice mail. 10 days later, I have still not received a follow up phone call.

I had an absolutely terrible experience test driving a car at this dealership. I do not typically write reviews but I was shocked by the way that this dealership was conducting their business and others should know what they’re getting into before being subjected to what I dealt with. The used vehicle that I test drove, had not been cleaned since the previous owner had dropped the vehicle off as a trade in. The interior was soiled and littered with trash. The sales associate that I worked with was apathetic and provided me no information on options and pricing for other vehicles. The day after visiting this dealership, I contacted another dealership that was able to find me the car that I wanted.

I purchased my 4-Runner from this dealership. I have 2 complaints. That experience was not pleasant. In my opinion they have some unethical business practices. When my purchase entered the sit down with the business manager phase to finalize documents,. they tried to renegotiate the agreed upon auto loan rate. After much wrangling and me walking out, they backed off and agreed to the original rate. With a higher rate, they make more money on the transaction.Fast forward, my vehicle became disabled and towed to the dealership. (I tried to install a new battery myself and it triggered the internal security system and disabled the vehicle). I was told I would have to wait for service behind people who had made a reservation. Its now 6 days later with a holiday coming up and they havent yet even looked at the vehicle. I have gone there every day to check in with them and the story is the same.I understand the need to honor commitments to people who have made an appointment. But they obviously assign no priority to you if you have broken down and been towed there for service. -0-I expected something different.

I was told that there were no codes and my vehicle was ready after waiting about a week for my vehicle after purchasing it through my bank. That was a lie because I went to auto zone and used their computer and it showed MULTIPLE codes; a few codes were for the antilock brake system and the low oil light went on during the drive to boulder. When I called, the woman that answered said that it was only serious if my check engine light was blinking and not solid. This did not sound correct so I drove to them to talk to the sevice department.I drove down almost two hours from my place to them so that they could check the vehicle codes and low oil. They lent me a tiny car and said that they would call me in a few hours to let me know the plan to fix my vehicle. Later I called them and they said they didnt do anything with my vehicle because the person that did the original inspection was going to be there the next day and they wanted him to do the repairs and that I could call back the next day, july 1st to get a larger vehicle like my subaru that I just bought. They told me they havent even looked at my vehicle and they havent given me a larger vehicle replacement. It doesnt make sense to risk the same person not doing their job again for something serious as the abs system.Im pretty sure that the abs codes are from a factory recall, please tell me that Im incorrect! They know they are ruining this Veterans b-day and memorial day because I told them already that I atleast need a larger vehicle. They made multiple promises that they did not keep. They also have gone back on their word multiple times saying that what was promised was not recorded on the phone. I just wanted what I already paid for and was promised for my b-day/ memorial day.I recommend that all women and veterans avoid this company and its employees.

Turns out they dont haggle and get a standard commission for each car, regardless of the price of the car. Im a consultative sales person, which to me, means that I do what is best for my client even if I lose the business. I felt the same here. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received today when visiting this dealership. Kathy, who worked the front desk was so sweet and conversational. She talked with my friend and I our entire visit and was extremely friendly, however, our salesman was astonishing. Kathy had to prompt someone in sales to help us when we first walked in.I had done extensive research prior to visiting the dealership. I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler that they were selling. I had 3 others I was interested in at another dealership, but I liked this specific Jeep the best which is why I chose Larry H. Miller.Sam asked what vehicle I was looking for, so I told him. He pulled the car up on the website and asked me if I wanted to test drive it. I said sure, although I was a little puzzled that there was no conversation regarding price, details, etc prior to offering a test drive. Sam went to get the car, and returned stating that the vehicle did not have gas for a test drive, so he would be back in about 15 minutes. We waited, visited the sweet puppy that was in the office, and chatted with Kathy in the meantime. He returned with the car and handed over the keys. He asked if I had a trade in vehicle, so he took the keys to my car to look over while we were gone. We returned with the vehicle, and Sam was sitting at his desk. I asked a question about the vehicle, and he did not know the answer so he went out to look at the car. Took another 5-10 minutes. When he returned, he did not have an answer so he asked is that a deal breaker for you or..? I giggled, and said that it wasnt. As if he wanted us to not want the car. He left again to retrieve my trade in value, which I thought was odd he did not already have that prepared for when we returned. We waited again, and the trade in value was $3,000 less than the KBB offer, and what 3 other dealerships had already offered me for my vehicle. I stated my concerns with this, and he asked if I had the KBB offer in writing. He claimed that new tires, hail damage, and a few paint repairs would cost $2500 for them to repair, which is not accurate at all. I also expressed concern that the vehicle was almost $2,000 over market value, and made a comparison to a newer Jeep in Littleton, for $2,500 less, with less mileage, but was the same interior package. Sam replied that he did not know anything about Jeeps, so he couldnt attest to the other dealerships price. He then asked what my price would be that Im looking for, and I told him my ideal monthly payment. He left the desk again and returned with an offer. He let me know that the Jeep had a lift on it, and that was the reasoning of the price. The Jeep did in fact not have a lift on it, stock tires and wheels, the alloy wheels were just simply painted black by the previous owner, but the Jeep was in stock condition. Still did not meet the KBB price for my vehicle, and no adjustment to the vehicle price. I let him know that I will take a look at the other Jeeps at other dealerships and let him know my decision, and asked for my car keys back as he still had not returned them to me. I was extremely frustrated that he did not ask any of my information, credit, etc. Did not take the time to compare the other Jeep costs, and told me outright that he knew nothing about the vehicle. It had only been on the lot 16 days (which I had to ask another associate while Sam was getting gas), but I wouldve hoped he couldve taken the time to work numbers on my behalf. I was genuinely excited about purchasing the car and was ready to negotiate. Sam was not motivated to make a sale today, which was really upsetting because I was ready to leave with a new car! He let me know that my car was parked outside by the trailer. I originally parked right in front of the sales door, he had moved my car clear across the lot. We had to walk through ice and snow to get back to my car. Photos attached of the lifted Jeep, and the hail damage on my current vehicle. Would not recommend Sam as a sales rep, although Kathy and other associates were extremely kind and helpful!

I cannot even give this service center 1 star. I had purchased a used car from Boulder Toyota in July 2020, and after I paid for the car, they stated they wouldnt let me drive it off the lot yet as the front struts needed to be replaced. Oh wow, how nice! Cool! Jump ahead 11 months, with not even 1000 miles driven since I bought it, and having put in nearly 1500 in repairs, to be expected on an old car, but recently I started hearing a weird creaky noise in the front end passenger side whenever I would turn the steering wheel to the right so a week ago I took it into my 5 star Boulder Mechanic and he checked it out and stated that even though the struts look like they were recently installed, the passenger side strut has failed. I told him about Toyota replacing them in July last year and he mentioned I should take it back as they should be covered under warranty, so i did. BIG MISTAKE! 2 days later, the toyota people tell me it was a sway bar, the struts are fine and gave me an estimate to fix it. I said I will get the car and get a couple opinions outside of my mechanic and see what is said.Oh my GOD! The car I dropped off yesterday is not the car I picked up today!!!! The front end is a mess, it is grinding across the full front end, from left to right, the sound of the car driving on the road isnt the same and the steering is incredibly loose. So very loose! I am so upset with Toyota and will never have anything to do with them. As along time resident of Boulder, nearly 30 years, I am ashamed at their work ethic and save yourself the troubles. Wish I could give 0 stars. This coming from a 21+ year customer. I bought 4 cars through these guys over those years and served at least 2 more used Toyotas with them. The service manager was my service rep on the 4Runner from 1999. So last week I went in to buy my 5th and 6th car from their used lot (yes I need 2 cars) and was treated like a complete stranger. I asked for paperwork, numbers, and CarFax report on the Audi Q5 I was interested in on Friday evening. I calling Saturday morning to say I was coming in. I text the salesman right before I left my house that Id be there in 15-20 minutes. I got to the lot and they sold the car to another buyer. The salesman said, if you were here 15 minutes earlier... WHAT??? Yet somehow even though I was livid I continued to pursue the second purchase of a used 4Runner which was 50% over blue book and needed $2500-ish in repairs. I pointed out my upset about losing the other car, and that the price was sky high, and their solution was to give me $300 off. They eventually went to $1000 off after I explained my position again in bit more of a stern manner. So basically my 21 years of loyalty to his trash dealership earned me one car getting sold out from underneath me, and an insulting discount on an overpriced second car.I will NEVER set foot on that lot again and will steer ever person I encounter who is looking for a Toyota as far away from these guys as possible. They used to be stand up, now theyre just the same old slimeball used car salespeople as the rest of them. AVOID!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! We just bought a brand new Toyota Camry from this dealership on Monday, 5/17. We went there after work late in the evening, little after 6pm, when it was pouring rain. We drove up from south Aurora to Boulder as they initially had the car we wanted and offered a good deal. Our sales person was great but everyone else we have dealt with was not. The person who processed our financial papers was so rude, did not introduce himself, said little as possible while just passing us paper after paper to sign. My husband was joking and trying to open up communication and essentially empathizing with him for staying late to help process our new car purchase with no added benefit because he was unable to sell us any warranty and such but he didn’t respond or say anything to break his awkward silence. The atmosphere was so uncomfortable as there was no effort to be professional what so ever. He made it so obvious he was unhappy, annoyed and wanted to get us out the door. The next day we were able to see the car in daylight with no rain and saw there was still residue left over from transport wrap on the doors, which we were totally okay with, but then we saw really visible scratches on the passenger door about 2-3 inches long and wide on a brand new car. We have bought multiple brand new cars and NEVER had this issue! Our salesman told us to bring the car in and they would try and take the scratches out. While there the manager cared less about the issues on our new purchase and tried to put the blame on us. Further, after fixing the scratches on the door and cleaning off the mess left from the wrap we found that they gave back the car with new deeper scratches on the bumper of the car, deep enough to cut through the paint and see the black underneath, UNBELIEVABLE! We are not happy with the condition of our new car and beyond upset with the lack of resolution, customer care, service, and professionalism at this dealership.

Deceptive financing, DO NOT TRUST THEM! I went through the entire purchase process, figured out the price of the car, price of the trade, loan terms (length and interest rate), etc. When I went to sign the final paperwork, they offered an extended warranty and said it would only add about $20/mo to the loan. I did some quick math in my head, confirmed that that meant it was only going to add about $1200 to the principle, which he confirmed, so I agreed. It turns out he lied straight to my face. The warranty was nearly $6000, and the only reason it only added $20 to the payment was because he increased the length of the loan by 6 months without asking or telling me. I should have looked at the paperwork closer, but I trusted that he was being honest and I didnt notice the one line where 60 payments changed to 66 payments. Big mistake. They will LIE DIRECTLY TO YOUR FACE. Before signing anything, make sure you confirm that the interest rate and number of payments is the same as what you had agreed upon, because he can and will change this on you without any notification like a sleazy con man.My entire attitude toward this dealership did a complete 180 when I saw the trick the finance guy had managed to pull on me. I will never visit this dealership again for any reason, and I recommend everyone else stay far away as well.

I had a wonderful experience buying my very first car through Boulder Toyota with a man named John David Hebert. I wanted a specific car that not many Colorado dealers had. I saw one on their website, called them to ask if they had it, and did an easy, fair negotiation over the phone. I think it took 30 minutes total and the car was mine. At the time, the car had not yet been delivered to the dealership so I had to wait a few days, but I was in frequent contact with John who kept me updated every day. When it did arrive at the dealership, they stored it for the weekend until I could go in and fill out the paperwork. It was an easy process and after everything was done, John explained EVERY detail of the cars interior and exterior. Overall, wonderful experience and highly recommend buying from them. I did learn a few things that I think would be helpful for other people. The dealership is going through lots of construction right now so parking is VERY tight, but they make it work. Also, if you are buying a car with a down payment, make sure you have a check. If you dont have a check and you have to do a bank transfer, they have to keep your car for a few days until they get the check approved and you are responsible for whatever happens to your car on the lot during that check process. Also, another thing I love is Larry H. Miller DOES NOT stamp their huge logo on your car paint like some dealerships do.

My experience at Larry H Miller Toyota Boulder was as pleasant of a visit to a dealership then ever experienced before. I have purchased 2 vehicles from a dealership prior and with the experience I had I did not see myself going through a dealership again, huh with the help of Adam the sales associate and Tyler one of the finance guys it definitely made it all worth it, they took care of all my needs as well as gave me everything I was looking for. I highly recommend this dealership!

My purchase of a 2018 Jeep was an overall smooth experience. They were professional and respected my time, and the price was reasonable. They offered all of the expected products such as extended warranty, but didnt push too hard when I turned them down. I had two reasons to not give them a 5 star rating. The first was on the initial contract they had quietly added theft protection for several hundred additional dollars. They easily removed it once I turned it down. The second negative was that the Jeep was completely out of gas, requiring me to add a couple of gallons to get me through my test drive. They did fill it later which was much appreciated. Overall they were a good dealer to do business with.

Horrible Purchased vehicle from them 2 months ago and everyone was helpful and pleasant. When I simply came back about brakes that were under warranty they just passed the buck and wanted to charge me and would not reimburse me diagnostic fee that one of their dealers charged me. We will no longer be purchasing vehicles from them anymore. Very disappointed!!!!

Was very pleased working with Armeen (sales) and Charlie with the finance department. They were very professional and easy to work with. Unfortunately Andrew Keadle the Sales Mgr was quite rude and unprofessional. When I asked that they await my payment and contract signature for a couple hours until the completion of their 160 point inspection of the vehicle he refused and said I would have to pay right then or he would happily sell to someone else. I didn’t think it was unreasonable to wait from them to confirm they could actually deliver a certified vehicle prior to my payment and full contractual commitment to a certified car. As a solution I asked if a sentence could be added allowing a cancel of the deal if the inspection found significant issues and he said “no, buy it now or don’t. I don’t care “. Quite disappointing.

We are moving from California to Colorado and had a very tight window to purchase a vehicle. Jeff Lee was more responsive than any other sales consultant at any other dealer in the Denver area. Larry Miller also offered the best price hands down. Despite their great inventory, they didn’t have the exact model we wanted - so we ended up having to purchase it elsewhere. But we were left with an excellent impression of this dealership thanks to Jeff Lee’s responsiveness and diligence - and thanks to their outstanding prices.

My experience with Beth (and every single employee of Larry Miller I came in contact with) was nothing short of spectacular. The team at Larry Miller Boulder was able to help get me into my dream truck and helped me get approved into a safe new vehicle for me and my kids. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Larry Miller Boulder and would highly encourage anyone to go there for a vehicle. They may have just got a customer for life.

Cant say it was a good experience overall. i had to hunt a sales person down to look at the vehicle i had found online. the sales person barely said anything; didnt ask about trade-in, or anything related to my test drive and the vehicle. the check i wrote was entered for the wrong amount so i had to call to sort that out. the email address used for financing was entered incorrectly causing a nice lengthy call with the credit union to sort that out. finally, to top it all off apparently the truck needed to be weighed for registration and the dealer should have done that prior to selling it to give to the registration office. that burden fell on me and was another inconvenience

We purchased our car by the pictures online. Gary was helpful and very kind to go the extra mile and do a live walk around video and answer any questions for us before we purchased one way flight tickets from Arizona. When we arrived the next morning we were not disappointed. We saw the Camry when the Uber dropped us off and it was spotless. We were given the keys to do a test drive. When we got back all the paperwork was ready for us to sign and we were on the road back to Arizona in no time. Thank you Gary and Larry H. Miller Toyota Boulder, CO. For a seamless purchase.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!My wife and I were interested in what appeared to be a very nice 2008 white Toyota Prius yesterday. We noticed the battery chart on the screen was abnormal. The dealership said nothing is wrong, it checks out fine. They allowed us to bring the car to an independent repair shop for a second opinion 👍🏽 Thank you Mile Hybrid! Only the top hybrid repair shop in the country. Their determination was as such: DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CAR. Unless they replace the entire battery cell pack ($2500), Also needs transmission service for $164 and a new drive belt $80. This assessment cost us $140. The dealerships manager response...still want to buy it? And we’re not fixing anything and we’re not budging on the price. Someone will buy it! Well, maybe in Boulder, the new owner will get a drum circle ceremony together to heal the vehicles battery cells but in Denver....we go to Mile High Hybrid...and they charge customers m😂ney for healing. FYI Willie Boyd was awesome.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Larry Miller Toyota. From the beginning, I was taken care of. I didn’t feel pressured whatsoever. I worked with Willie on finding the right one for me. He walked me through financing vs leasing. Ultimately, he found me the perfect vehicle. The process was smooth from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will not be going to another dealership again to buy vehicles. 5 out of 5 stars, amazing service and experience!

Not good at the New Car Experience. I have purchased my last two cars at Shomp. Shomp was clean, updated, current, and they helped you setup the car and it’s system when you were done. This Boulder dealership was old, dirty, and smelled like pot. If you like 1970’s technology you will love this place. The sales person was great. The finance guy was not, he gave very little attention to the fact that you were not there for him. I would not buy a car there again.

My service appointment was at 7:40am. Service was completed quickly. The waiting room is small and chairs were placed too close (less than 6 ft apart) for social distancing. Also, it felt like there was no personal connection to the customer as I got a text/email when my vehicle was ready. I went in for an oil change, and the consultant did not supply me with a overall evaluation of my cars condition unlike the previous Toyota dealer I went to in Pennsylvania.

Do not trust these crooks. Make sure they are selling you Toyota financial products, not making volume plays with US Bank, and charging you .25 a mile. Other Toyota franchises (like Stapp) have rightly identified this group as a bunch of shiesters; theyll misrepresent the payout values and mileage overage payments at the end so their rates look competitive. Theyre not. Go with a family owned business and make sure ONLY Toyota financing.

I love the car I bought from Boulder Toyota however the customer service has been disappointing.First, on the day I was contacted that my car was ready for pickup, I got to the dealership and had to wait 45minutes while they scrambled to figure out why another salesman had sold my car to another buyer. Since I already paid for my car it was ultimately mine however it caused quite the worrisome holdup.Secondly, they sent over my paperwork to Boulder County incomplete and therefore it took longer than needed to get my car fully registered. On top of this, I had to call them multiple times to get the correct paperwork sent over. Every time I was told someone would call me back, I never received a phone call and would have to be the one calling them frequently to get the situation sorted. I had to make two different trips to the dealership to get the correct paperwork and new tags when I was told this process would be taken care of for me.Next, my warranty through the dealership came with two free oil changes. When I scheduled the first oil change appointment, I was informed that it was my last free oil change. When asked for clarity about this, I was told that it looked like the paperwork hadn’t been finalized from the previous owner of the vehicle and that the oil change they had used carried over to my account. I’ve tried multiple times to call and talk to someone to get this situated and I’m left being transferred to answering machines and have to be the one calling them frequently. Finally, the last time I called I was told the system was displaying no information regarding me having a system warranty-something that I signed paperwork for. It has been two weeks and still no return phone call.Although I love my car that I found at Boulder Toyota, the experience has been stressful, unorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership to someone looking to buy a car.

Purchased what was sold as a maintenance contract at this dealership. Turns out maintenance isn’t covered, only oil changes. Nothing like buying a new car and buying what was sold as an all Inclusive maintenance package only to get a bill for $700 for recommended maintenance. Also, this dealership is not anywhere near as nice as Stevenson Toyota. I’d rather go to Stevenson over this dealership since Stevenson is much nicer.

Terrible in every way. I own a Toyota and stopped going there for service years ago because they were incompetent (repairs showing up after they fixed something, recommending unnecessary repairs, etc.). I stopped by this weekend to test drive some cars as Im now in the market for one, and the sales team couldnt have been more incompetent. No questions about what I was looking for, lots of people standing around doing nothing (with masks only partially on), no sales pitch whatsoever. On the plus side, its made my car buying decision really easy - Ill never buy from Boulder Toyota!

I emailed asking for a quote on a RAV4 Prime that they have on their website as call/message for price and was lied to on the web link they sent back. They misrepresented the MSRP as $10,000 more than it actually is, then had the gall to list their price as $10,000 over their false MSRP. When I emailed the salesman back he assured me that their price was correct and that all dealers in the region were marking them up because of limited availability.Assume everything they say is either wrong or a lie. Ive heard never attribute to malice what can be explained by incompetence, but this is next-level.

Today was the first time I visited Larry H. Miller Toyota as a service customer. I brought my vehicle in for un-regulatory maintenance. This will probably be the last time as well. After sitting for 2 and a half hours I was never properly informed about what my vehicle needed. Most service centers will sit you down and properly go through what the vehicle needs. Rather they sent a text with suggested maintenance that could possibly be done. But what is strange is that I recently had my oil changed at Stevenson Toyota West, they are my normal service provider. So I was confused as to why all of a sudden my vehicle now needs a bunch of work. Also it was very disturbing to see an image of my cabin air filter sitting on the front of the engine bay. At this point I was confused and somewhat frustrated with what was happening. Keep in mind I still did not know if the issue I brought the vehicle in for needed more attention. I brought this up with my service advisor Jennifer who instantly gave attitude towards me. More or less of what should have happened is as a service consultant she should have talked through the situation and assured me as a customer what was happening with my vehicle. I was given my keys 10 minutes later and told “you can go” with no update as to what they did to my vehicle. I would have liked to speak to a service manager about this situation but he was not available. There for, I would recommend that if you need service done to your vehicle to go else where.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They will lie and tell you they did a full inspection on your vehicle, but do not actually do it. And when you tell them they missed a major thing like BREAKS that are to the rotors they will simply say its not their problem in the most passive aggressive way. They will not have any regards to the inconvenience of driving 50 min away to the dealership just to have them talk to you in a dismissive manner. Also dare not ask for the lug nut key that they said they provided in the vehicle, you know that you kinda need incase you have a flat tire or need to change the BRAKES! This is the worst experience Ive Ever Had buying a car and will tell as many ppl as possible to avoid this place.

Service was fine as usual although as myself and one other person waited in the waiting area a man came in with no mask. He went into the parts room where the parts person was also not wearing a mask. I did not see the parts person say or do anything to follow the state mandate. The two of us waiting had to go outside since it did not appear the situation was going to change. When I made my appointment I specifically asked if Larry Miller Toyota was following and enforcing the state mandate. Regardless of what individuals may think of the mandates, LMT is a private business and its employees should adhere to these rules for their customers. The mask is an IQ test....
