This place is awesome! They did a fantastic job with my differential oil change at a price that was quite literally half what other places were charging. But the reason for me writing this review is my tire pressure was low and I dont know anything about that kind of stuff so i took it in. They were extremely kind and put air in my tires free of charge. Im not sure if thats the standard norm or not, but regardless i was not expecting that and thought it was really awesome. They let me know which tires were low and left me feeling confident, happy, and grateful for their service. :) All my service work will done here.

I pulled in Friday afternoon, I saw one car in the garage. It took 10-15 minutes for an employee to acknowledge me. By the time one did, he approached me with a cigarette in his mouth with his mask around his chin. This place just doesn’t seem to care about how they treat customers, and they won’t have to worry about me ever going back.

Stopped in to get the oil changed, fluids checked and topped off, and tires at the right pressure before a cross country drive. Quick and efficient service, I was in and out in 20 min. Courteous staff, and a small price. All adds up to peace of mind before the drive.

Grease Monkey is a consistent and trustworthy experience. The staff is full of friendly faces and people to talk too. You go in and come out with your car pampered and even offered to fix anything during service for a REASONABLE price. And I say reasonable because so many places offer for so much, and grease monkey gets it done for a low price.

These guys did a great job on my Powerstroke. Every diesel owner online says you must do your own oil change if you want it done right. Not the case. At least with this Grease Monkey. They know their trucks and seem like they love their work.

This place is a pit of misery, the employees all seem unhappy to be there, the lobby is small and outdated and smells funny. I saw someone out back by some shady looking shed that seemed to be a storage area speaking loudly on his phone while using profanity. Just an awkward weird experience. I should have known by the looks of the place that this was a bad idea 👎.

They quoted me one price, then charged me way more. When I asked them about it, they said well we did the work, you have to pay for it. No sorry or anything. I will never come back here.

This place is the best! I have been using Grease Monkey for four years and the service has always been excellent. These guys are honest and hardworking. Very speedy service with the customer’s best interest in mind.

I pulled up to get an oil change and 3 of the workers them were smoking weed together instead of coming up to me and asking how they can help me. Its 110pm on nov 4. Right next to the enterprise on 28th st.

Dont trust these guys with your battery. Car started routinely - even when the technician started it in the lot to pull in to the service bay - no problems until the car was serviced. Said it had to be jumped and left it in the lot running. Pretty expensive oil change. Battery was so low when AAA tech checked it that there was no way this battery wasnt tampered with if it started earlier in the day.

These guys are so awesome! I cant believe how quick and efficient they are! Absolutely incredible! They are also the sweetest guys ever. I felt very well taken care of ^_^ Was in and out within 15 minutes for my oil change.

I normally do my own oil changes, but since I just moved and didnt bring my equipment this was the first time I had to get it done professionally. The price was different from what was quoted on the phone. Customer service was brusque and almost hostile. I supplied my own filter and oil (a good quality synthetic blend) which happened to come in a 1/2 qt short, and instead of topping it off or even talking to me about it, they drained it all and used their own conventional bulk oil. The only positive thing was that they were reasonably quick, hence the two stars. Needless to say, I wont be returning here again.

Love this place! They are straight forward with their service and very thorough with there check list. Most places run through your oil change and never really look at your car. That is not that case here, I would recommend this place to all.

I love this place. The mechanics are honest and so helpful! I always go there first when I have an issue because I know if they cant help they will tell me what needs to happen and where to go. Their oil change seems to take about 4 minutes. I typically cant even settle in before its finished!

I got off work at 5:30pm, realized that I was super overdue for an oil change. I checked my oil and found it was incredibly low. Yikes! I called hoping they could squeeze me in before the drive home. They did, and they were incredibly polite and efficient. They even replaced a damaged air filter, with my permission, and made me feel very comfortable, not pressured at all. I was not expecting them to clean my windows and vacuum the interior with such little time, but they said it was part of a full service oil change. It was very considerate and showed that regardless of time constraints, they still wouldnt halfway do it. I will definitely come here again! It was a pleasant experience, and I appreciate the guys attitudes, even though I know on a Friday night they probably have better things to do :) Wonderful service!

Want a truly terrible experience then this is the spot for you. Let me tell you mine, and before you go in you may decide to never go to any Grease Monkey, anywhere....ever. As Im paying for my oil change Im staring out into the bay watching the techs work, just kind of spacing out. Theres this one tech (found out later named Travis) that keeps locking eyes with me and trying to stare me down. No clue why. After about the third time I ask the girl behind the desk why hes doing this, as this is going on he walks toward the lobby, still staring intently. I ask if I know him ( no) and ask why keeps staring at me. Hes borderline hostile, borderline aggressive in all of this. I tell him Im just kinda spacing out looking out at the bay....not really even looking at him till he stares intently into my eyes, he then proceeds to lecture me on minding my own business (still borderline hostile). I ask for the manager ( Adrian), explain the situation, to which Adrian ( the manager) says, Well, you dont have to come back. As Im leaving another ( 3rd now) tech decides to walk out after me...still hostile and tries to stare me down. So, I complained to corporate ( who defaulted to Were all separate franchises but otherwise professional) and wrote this review. Cheers, want an off-putting oil change with a bunch of mentally unstable and developmentally challenged people? Heres your shop. If not...its just an oil change and there are numerous locations where you wont have to put up with a bunch of idiocy.

First experience at a Grease Monkey. Was greeted pulling into the parking lot, unlike my 1 hour wait for NO service at Jiffy Lube. Super service! Quick, friendly, priced right and done correctly. Ill be back!

I went there for my last oil change and this place was great. I talked to the manager, Harold Jackson, who was very polite and just a pleasant person to talk to. They suggested some additional services but I never felt pressured. They took great care of my car and if I am in the area again and need my oil change, I will definitely return!

The customer service here is WONDERFUL! They go over the cost of each service, they are friendly and efficient, and they are real with you about what you really do need to get done. Cost of an oil change is very reasonable here. Highly recommend for basic services!

These guys are great! I went and got my oil changed and they were super quick, nice, and helped explain the report to me. As a young woman with not a ton of knowledge of cars I always worry that mechanics will try to upsell me, but there was none of that nonsense with these guys! They even took the time to take the bag of trash out of my car and replace it with a new bag!! 10/10. Will be returning.

Have gotten my oil changed here numerous times and it is always a good experience. The staff helped me figure out why my check engine light was on as well which was very helpful.

We took my daughters car in for an oil change. The mechanic said he had to jump the car to get it started after he was finished. He said they could put a new one in for $128. The battery was fine and never had problems starting. We took the car back to the apartment shut it off and it wouldnt start when we tried to start it. My husband said they purposely shorted the battery to extort more money from us. We called AAA and to get a new battery. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL END UP WITH MORE PROBLEMS WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED!

I came in expecting a much higher price and much longer wait, but I was pleasantly surprised with both. I was quoted $72 for my Range Rover’s oil change, and when it was all done I paid $60 and change. They washed my windscreens and vacuumed my carpets. Go to this place, it’s where you go now.

After an oil change on my Toyota, the employees at this place failed to put the oil fill cap back in the tank. This resulted in having oil all over my motor. Had I not been paying attention, my engine would have been compromised. This place changes employees so often that you cant get any consistency on their services. I will never take any of my business trucks here again.

RIPOFF !!! Went to have a $39.99 oil change done (which is not the cheapest in town) and was charged $51.99!! That is a 30% increase!! They padded the bill with charging me for a different kind of oil, saying my vehicle called for that (Ive NEVER heard that one before), shop supplies and coolant. NONE of which I authorized. When i objected, the very cocky, arrogant manager told me he would take out the anit-freeze if i didnt like it, and that he didnt need my business. My friend then went and took his vehicle to Jiffy Lube on 30th Street and paid only $25 and was treated like gold. NEVER again will I go to this shoddy place.

Oil changed in less than 40 minutes with no reservation, all fluids filled and things checked for great price. Nicest techs ever! Also confirmed that Firestone tried to scam me with unneeded work, ended up saving me lots of money.

Pretty amazing how much this place will exceed your expectations compared to any other quick oil change place. Super fast, friendly, and helpful. Not a hint of upselling or bogus add on fees. 15 minutes in and out. Not even enough time to read the paper in the lobby. They even had free eclipse glasses for the 2017 solar eclipse. There is a big speed bump that goes diagonally across the parking lot and all the paint is gone, so its really hard to notice before you hit it.

Yes, they do things fast, right? Except I have serious doubts that they do everything theyre suppose to. I had a low tire pressure on one of my tires, so even though theyre suppose to check tires, I specifically asked beforehand to check them. But seeing the light warning on my dashboard still on afterwards I checked the tire pressure myself and saw it had not been done at all. Going on a mountain trip just afterwards could have created some hazards... Glad I caught that on time, but shame on them as the guy at the counter told me every was good, tire pressure included.

I needed an oil change last minute bc of a road trip, and my normal place didnt have any openings for a few days . I picked Grease Monkey bc they dont offer reservations, so I went at 8 am and was out in 20 minutes. They are nice, professional, and even vacuum your car, which is always a perk. Will come back!

Michael always gets me in and out quickly with none of the upsell tactics youll see at other Grease Monkeys. If he tells you something needs replaced, it actually needs it. I trust these guys with all my fleet trucks as well as my personal vehicle.

The front desk person when I clocked in today March 11th. Was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. Tried to get a grease monkey another chance after an inset several years back. But will never use them again. I wish I could give this 0 stars.

After driving all over the country and having my oil changed at numerous different chains and auto repair establishments, I was surprised to be told that my vehicle has a special oil filter by this location of Grease Monkey and was charged an additional $11 for it, which has NEVER happened before. Either my oil filter is only special to Grease Monkey and no other place or I was charged extra for no reason. Dissatisfied with the unnecessary upcharge, so until I hear from the owner about whether this was an exceptional circumstance or I was wrongfully charged, I cannot recommend Grease Monkey to anyone.

Just had my oil changed at Grease Monkey and I am overjoyed with their service.I just moved to the state and into an apartment complex which means I cant change my oil onsite and normally I do it myself. I have never had the best experiences with quick-change oil places in the past, so I wasnt too excited about going through another hassle. I walked in and one of the employees happened to be at the door, so he held it open for me - not necessary but the little touches matter. The guy behind the counter was quick to get me set, knew prices off the top of his head and I never felt pressured to spend more than the basic package. Took around 20 mins to get everything done. They noticed that my rear light was out. Since I wasnt there to give the go ahead, they just made the call and held onto the bulb in case I didnt want to spend the $5. As soon as I got back they immediately pointed out what they did and made me feel that if I didnt feel like spending the $5 to get the bulb replaced, that they would have gladly put the bad one back in without any charge. They definitely made me feel like I was in control of my choices with my car and that they had the best interests at heart.I am completely happy with the work that they did and will gladly recommend that everyone goes to them in the future.

They did an incredible job - I could not be happier. They did not take advantage of my lack of automotive knowledge to push me for more repairs and, therefore, money and explained what I could get away with and what they recommended changing but never pushed the issue unless it was very important. They made a return customer out of me, thats for sure!

I always come to this location for my oil changes. Friendly staff, fast and good location. Only con I can think of is the speed bump in the parking lot is pretty big. I scraped the bottom of my car the first time, and also watched someone else do the same thing. I e learned to maneuver around it, but could do serious damage to an unsuspecting driver.

I used to go to Firestone. In comparison to them, I received a better service, at lower cost, and much faster. What else do you need?

Called and asked if oil changes were no contact. Went in and it was not. Plus, the employee that approached for the credit card and keys had a mask on incorrectly that did not cover her nose.
