I was going to get my oil changed here but the lady at the front desk asked me do you have a Honda?lol why tf would I get my car serviced at the dealership that isnt the same manufacturer. Its probably because Im black but its all goodI took my money else where.

The Fisher team was great!! Did an excellent job on my collision repair. Sheila was awesome and gave me timely updates. I will go there to buy my next car and recommend them for their collision repairs!

I took my 2019 Civic hatchback in for service; originally bought at Schomp but decided to give Fisher a chance since they were much closer to me. They were unaware that certified pre-owned Hondas get two complimentary oil changes within the first 12k miles/1year, even though it was on Hondas website, which was strange. They also missed one of my tires that has a tire bubble and should be replaced in the inspection, which makes me question their inspection process. I will probably be doing my own maintenance from now on. Quick service in and out though, open early, and very streamlined which I did enjoy.

Nice folks but tend to overbook and not get to the service I scheduled. Left my car all day and did a fraction of the scheduled service.

Hadnt been to this dealer before, but they had a part I needed, so I went to them this time. Theyre undergoing rennovations and theres no sign for Parts, so I walked into the sales area to ask for help. I was in a perfectly good mood and started to politely explain my situation (i.e. I have a part waiting for me, where should I go, etc.).Right out of the gate, the lady at the front desk cut me off, was rude and condescending and looked at me like I was the dumbest person shed ever had the misfortune of interacting with.Not a great first impression for a new customer with a perfectly reasonable question...
