We were traveling from PA to CO on vacation and when we arrived, we realized our truck had an issue with the DEF tank and would stop running after 90 miles. We called everyone around the Tabernash and surrounding areas, and Boulder Chrysler Dodge Ram was the only place that was able to get us in the same day we called, fix the problem super quick and get us on our way home when we needed it. Jeff and the rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful while visiting this beautiful state! Highly recommend them, especially if you are traveling!!

SHADY SALES MANAGERS WASTING MY TIME!! Classic bait & switch.I was contacted by a sales rep in regards to selling my vehicle here outright for $6160 via a Kelley blue book instant cash offer. The sales rep, Darian, was very personable. He did a walk around inspection of my vehicle. All was going well until he spoke with the sales manager & was told they do not buy vehicles over 100,000 miles, but that they could offer some trade in value if I wanted to purchase a vehicle through them. This is despite them offering, in writing, to purchase my vehicle for the instant cash offer price of $6160 outright & contacting me to come in for the inspection and sale of my vehicle. My mileage was disclosed as part of this offer, prior to me visiting the dealership.I declined the trade in & thanked Darian for his time. I was approached by Darian again as I was leaving telling me the sales manager wanted to know how much I would sell for outright. I said I would sell for near the initial offer of $6160. He went back and relayed this information to the manager who counter offered me $100- Yes, $100- without even so much as looking at my vehicle or getting up from the desk during my entire visit. No mechanical inspection was ever completed, just a quick walk around visual done by an inexperienced sales rep. It was bad enough they pulled a bait & switch, but then to offer me $100 as I walk out the door?!? Slap in the face! Recommend you spend your money elsewhere!

Dealer was quite knowledgeable and happy to discuss the vehicle. However they had very aggressive sales tactics so be prepared to have them attempt to steam roll you into a fast sale. If youre prepared for this youll probably do ok.

NO STARS if allowed. I made a service appointment 5 days in advance for my 2009 Ram 1500, and dropped it off the night before so it was there when Boulder Dodge opened. Over 3-1/2 hours after the service department opened I got a call that they wouldnt be able to do any work, not even replace a burnt out headlight. No offer to reschedule or alternative options...just nothing. Didnt seem very busy when I picked it up.

The gentlemen at the service department (dang it I forgot his name) was a total life saver. My Jeep had a flat and I realized I don’t have a key to the lug nuts. Discount Tire wasn’t able to get it off. Fortunately, I drove right across the street and he got to me right away and had a key to get off the locked lug nut. He was super friendly and didn’t charge me anything. Without his help on a Saturday, I would have had to spend hundreds in Ubers or a rental car over the next few days to get to and from work. I can’t say how much I appreciate his help!

Oil leaked and stained my driveway. Had to waste my time to return vehicle to have issue fixed. Only good thing was they moved me to the front of the line to fix problem. Also, both waiting areas had too many people to feel comfortable. I stood the entire time between the waiting rooms.

I brought my Pacifica in for an oil change and they would not honor my Mopar pre-paid oil change plan. I guess I was wrong to assume a Chrysler dealership would honor a Chrysler maintenance plan. Dealerships are really losing their minds in this market. The service guy was nice enough when I took my keys back.

Take your business elsewhere. Boulder Dodge is not a company you wanna work with. I bought my truck there five years ago it started out bad and got worse. They tried to bait and switch me on the loan. Fortunately I figured it out before I sign the paperwork. Since then, I have had over six recalls and have probably seen 20 different people in the service area over the five years.You never get the same answer twice. Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealership. They don’t care about customer service.

Very helpful, knowledgeable sales staff will direct you to a nice car. But watch out for the last step. After you’ve agreed to a fair price, watch out for the last guy. He will do his best to sell you finance plans and extended warranties and stupid stuff to squeeze more money out of you. He was obnoxiously condescending, rude, and pathetically unintelligent. Hardcore sales pressure is from a different, bygone, era. Don’t let this guy waste your time.

Well, there is a reason why people don’t like to buy cars. The process is so difficult and although I left the dealership with the deal I wanted I just wish dealerships would take a different approach. I also realize the dealership needs to make money in the process to cover their expenses and make a profit, but a better way exists. The 4 boxes on a page and the constant back and forth process is quite frustrating. It wasn’t until I asked for my keys back from my trade inspection (another tactic used so you can’t leave during the process) that the real offers were presented. The salesman Tyler was very helpful and I could tell was uncomfortable as well during this process. I just think a better way exists and customers would ultimately have a better experience.

The term “customer service” does not apply to this service department. Take your business and spend your time and money elsewhere. Pathetic passing of the buck from everything from “I don’t know who told you it would only take 10 minutes” to “that’s an outside influence and your carpet ripping in five months has nothing to do with us or the warranty”. Also told me how dangerous my hybrid Pacifica was to fix. Calling corporate to let them know their dealerships talk about the product that way. I’m horrified. Taking my business to AutoNation 50 minutes away for the lifetime of my vehicle, which will be 10+ years, because my experience was so sub-par.

We purchased a used F-150 back in August and recently discovered that it had a broken leaf spring. Called Jeff in the service department to see what could be done, and he offered to fix it for us at no charge. I will admit that when I called in I wasn’t expecting to hear that. Since we purchased the truck we’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this dealership and will definitely go back and recommend to others.

Went in looking for a promaster at the time the add a model I liked but I wanted to wait to compare it to other models they had in stock. So i clearly asked can we do a hard pull on my credit to get financing numbers and was told yes we can do a hard pull and it will work for 30 days. I followed up by asking if they would still do one when i purchase the car and was told no just the 1 pull was fine. Then after finding a van and going though the buying process without asking me or letting me know it would happen they took another hard pull. I reach out after to see if they would try and make this right but sadly nothing came of it.

Took truck in for oil change, tire rotation, and a chirping noise coming from the front suspension when hitting bumps.The oil was changed, however, I got the truck home and it leaked all over the garage. I had to tighten the filter and clean up under the truck.They stated three technicians could not duplicate the noise form the front suspension. Instead of calling me to ask additional questions, they just stated the truck was done and ready for pickup.When I picked up the truck the service rep was very unprofessional, rude, condescending……

I was sold on having my campervan serviced at this location given the quality and professionalism I had found Jeff and his team brought to the table.In his absence the service was just not the same. I had considered finding a new location to have work done, but the interim manager (who was a nice gentlemen) had offered a free oil change to make good on a poor experience I had during a recall service.When I recently went in to have the oil changed, Jeff and his team were back running the service department and they again provided the outstanding customer service I had come to expect.I assure you that I am an actual customer and simply felt that an honest review is the least I could do to show appreciation for the level of quality this team brings to the industry.Thanks for the great service.

We live in Colorado Springs and had been in search for a specific truck and had a max budget set. We’d gone to several other dealerships that tried to push us past our budget. Finally found a truck here and set up as much as we could over the phone and made the trip to Boulder. Hunt and his trainee, Pedro were great to work with! They knew exactly what we wanted and worked with us on this specific truck and our trade in. As we were waiting on paperwork, they took the time to engage with us. We had our toddler daughter with us and they helped us keep her entertained the duration of us being there. It was great to not feel just like a customer but a family of value. Everyone else was just as nice and gave our daughter attention as we waited, that made this mama feel good! We give these guys 5 stars and if in the future another vehicle lands in their lot that we like, we won’t hesitate to go back.

Jeff went above and beyond to fix my ProMasters transmission broken flywheel.Had parts overnighted,, got me a rental and kept me updated.. Did an outstanding turnaround time of 2.5 days. I thought I’d pass on my experiences with Boulder Chrysler Dodge Ram, as a cautionary tale to people considering dealing with them. I contacted them by email (I live outside Colorado) in October 2020 to inquire about a particular used car. A representative responded to indicate the car was available and that the price was $20,000. Over the next two days I exchanged several emails, text messages and telephone calls with salespeople at the dealership, mostly gathering further information about the car (it was a fairly new listing and photos were not yet up on the website). I told the salesperson that if he could provide me with evidence of a clean diagnostic scan, I would buy the car at the price quoted. After one more day, he did provide me this evidence, and I told him I would buy the car as discussed. This was three days after my initial contact and receipt of their price quote. When I told him that I would buy the car, he told me that the price had changed and was now $22,000. When I expressed my frustration with what I perceived to be a bait-and-switch tactic, he just told me that the “sales manager” had decided to increase the price and they would not honor their initial quote. The matter was not open to discussion.In my opinion, while I don’t know if Boulder Chrysler Dodge Ram did anything technically “illegal,” this incident certainly is reflective of questionable business practices, a lack of respect for customers and a willingness to abandon good-faith dealing for a few dollars more in profit. To say I was discouraged and frustrated by my dealings with Boulder Chrysler Dodge Ram would be an understatement.

I took my vehicle in to be repaired under warranty. I paid my deductible as they said it was fixed. The problem was not fixed and I took the car back in again. They were going to re-charged me my deductible to fix the problem they told me they fixed in the first place. I talked to management, expressed my feelings about being charged twice and they did not agree. However, they changed their mind and called me back and decided not to charge me my deductible a second time. I now am getting my car back because I need to wait a couple weeks for the part to come in. I’m giving three stars because I feel that they should have been able to repair it the first time and I should not have had to argue with them about charging me my deductible twice for the same repair.

Service department is wonderful. Was having trouble getting my oil plug off for a routine oil change, called to see if they could help. Robert and Armando were able to get me set up and cracked the bolt for me. Offered them a tip and they said they didnt need it. Just lending a hand and helping out. We were beginning a road trip with our pro master van when we noticed our heater wasn’t working - not good in January- so we pulled in and the service dept was able to squeeze us in - took a look and found that the actuator (spelling?) was stuck -unstuck it and we were on our way -and they didn’t charge us -we will be back!

Jeremy in service charged 65 dollars for an air filter, but said he replaced a bulb for free, he didnt,told me my four wheel drive oil was dirty and needed changing,I dont off road so I had two other places check it out and its good.Someone continued to call and ask for Lori,always called from dealership,had to threaten to call the police it finally stopped.Jeremy needs to stop trying to hustle, no returning for me,read all the reviews, there too many five stars after someone leaves a one star review,update 50 dollars a piece to change front wheel and rear oil and transfere case oil,150 dollars! Trip 1 - Brought truck in for a knocking sound in the front of the vehicle as I went over bumps. Drove 30 miles to service shop. Technician could not find the problem. Charged $140 for the diagnostic fee.Trip 2: Brought vehicle back 2 days later for same issues. Technician and service manager were able to duplicate problem. Truck oiled down good and ensured all is swell.Trip 3 - Pull out of my driveway the next day, I heard the exact same knock. Drive another 30 miles back to dealership. Service Manager is once again able to duplicate the problem. This was a Wednesday. I was told, parts needed to be ordered, they would be here Friday. I left with no transportation home 30 miles away. Friday comes, I make it all the way to Boulder, again 30 miles away. I was told the part they replaced was faulty and it would be Monday before they could get it fixed. This time I was given a loaner vehicle.Trip 4 - Monday comes, I have a flat tire on the loaner vehicle provided. I make it into the dealership, find the parts needed are not covered under the extended warranty I purchased with the vehicle. Out of pocket costs are over $1200. I pay them, leave the dealership and make it home. The very next day, pulling out and the same noise happens! Unbelievable. At this point, I am completely disappointed with my experience with Boulder Dodge and would never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. I was told by the Sales Manager, Im a difficult customer. I purchased this vehicle less that 10k miles ago. I can understand having issues, but making multiple trips, not being able to fix the problem and I still paid a hefty fee. I would call this dealership is extremely poor and the difficult one. I wouldnt do business with this dealership again if they were handing out free trips to the moon with Batman!

I went in knowing the car I wanted and a price I could live with. I was able to get the car at a price I thought was fair. Everyone I worked with was very pleasant and helpful, particularly Jonathon and Eric, who understood what I was looking for.

I recently had a very positive experience working with James (salesman)and Chris (manager). Chris was very easy to get ahold of via phone and email prior to coming in to purchase a truck. I appreciated the low pressure environment at Boulder and would do business with them in the future. In and out in 90 minutes.

I drove all the way from Colorado Springs to get my husband the truck he wanted for a great price.2019 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie! It had all the features, bells and whistles he was looking for. The whole team there (sales associates, finance manager, etc) were really patient with all the questions my husband had asked. This dealership has the most professional team when it comes to customer service! I would buy again from them if I decide to purchase another vehicle. It was worth the 4 hour drive!
