Im always pleased with the professional responsiveness from Allstate. Lets face it, when you need your insurance company, it truly needs to be fantastic and rapidly responsive and kind with your needs.

Very responsive and come at a great price

I wish I could say we had a good experience with this agency. We were impressed with Allstate in the past and were excited when their quote came in lower for our new home and auto. Sadly, the service provided by this agency has been less than stellar. Ive attempted to contact the agent directly multiple times and he has his employees return his emails and calls. The same employee who returns calls has made multiple missteps causing a lot of stress during an already stressful time. I reached out to Allstate and were moving to an agent who is more customer service focused. I would recommend Allstate but not this agent. Hes missing a key customer service component of his business.In reply to the agency owners response: I have no problem being specific. The customer service team actually stated you outright lied to them and they had other complaints against you specifically. You told them you had spoken directly to me, however, you have never picked up the phone or made any effort to contact either my husband or I directly. We’ve never spoken with you via phone or email. Instead your staff send $10 gift cards to smooth over failing to let us know a roof inspector would be stopping by and getting on our roof without permission. Changes were also made to our policy without permission. We’re still with Allstate but with an agent who values honesty and has competent stuff.

Allstate has been very easy to work with and I have been a client of theirs for several years. I have stayed with them as they quoted my homeowners insurance when others wouldnt. They also offered better pricing than some of the budget carriers on my car insurance. Over the years I have experienced pricing that was sometimes better, or sometimes not as competitive but they always tried to make my policies work for whatever I needed.

Great service! The employees here are consistently helpful, kind, and respectful. I moved recently and saw an increase in my premium amount — came in to check on it and I was able to work something out with them to keep the lower amount until my next policy renewal. That’s a huge relief since I’m in a tight financial spot right now! The lady I worked with was super patient with all my other minor policy questions as well and very helpful overall. Definitely recommend this agency!

Had a really good experience with Leigha from Woods Insurance. She got me a better plan at a lower rate and answered all of my questions. She is very professional and made me feel like she was looking out for my property and my automobiles. Feel good knowing this agent is looking out for her clients. Havent experienced this in a while. I was getting bombarded by roofing companies claiming they needed to get on my roof to check for hail damage so I could get a free roof, I checked several of them out and couldnt find out where they were from of if they had a BBB rating. Several of the homes in the area also had their roofs done and werent too happy with the contractors promises or the insurance claims they received. One call to Leigha Howard and a good hands network contractor with a BBB A+ rating and real on the roof (not a drone) claims adjuster, made sure we were covered with out any problems. We have been with woods group for 17 years and never had a problem with them. Always great service and they go the extra mile to help their customers out.

I have worked with The Woods Insurance Group, specifically Phillip, on multiple occasions. Incredibly personable and truly listens to what you’re trying to say. Never felt like he was trying to get me to go for something I didn’t need. Really appreciate all that you guys do. Thanks again, Phil!

I have an active open claim with Allstate and was having difficulty reaching the supplemental claims adjuster who had requested I call him. We have played phone tag and after leaving multiple messages, I felt like I was not getting a response from the adjuster. Phillip Mihlstin at the Woods group was very professional and helpful in conference calling Texas where we finally reached a live person to speak with in the claims office. At this point I’m still waiting a callback from the claims adjuster (who was at lunch when we reached his office) but Philip has reassured me that I can call or email him if I need further assistance.
