Mitch came over and did a great job! He warned me prior to starting about some stains that would probably not come out, which I appreciated. After job was complete carpet looked much, much better.

The cleaning team (Nate & Jim) did an excellent job. They removed old stains that I had not been able to spot clean. When they were done, my carpeting was completely stain-free and looks great. I love working with Steves carpet care. They immediately pick up the phone whenever I call (vs. having to use some automated system) and they were very reasonable when I had to shift schedules. The individual who cleaned my carpets was so nice! He called me ahead of time before his arrival, explained the process to ensure I knew what was going to happen, and then followed up when he was complete. The carpets look great!

I called them on the phone, gave them detail measurements on the rooms (very conservative measurements) needing to be cleaned and got a detailed break-down of the cost which rolled up nicely to the bottom-line cost they quoted (fortunately, I took notes). When the guy showed up today, we reviewed the rooms to be cleaned and quoted me a price that was ~25% higher than the quote I got on the phone. When I told him about the quote over the phone, we started going over his numbers. He was trying to charge me more for certain items, was mis-counting the number of stairs to be cleaned, and was adding in an extra cost because he thought a few places needed some special treatment. We went back-n-forth on this for a while but I made it clear to him that I expected him to honor the phone quote and I wasnt paying them a thin dime more than what I was quoted on the phone. I did finally agree to the extra cleaning charge of $18 that left us $3 apart in our numbers. I wouldnt budge an inch further and he decided to walk leaving money on the table and leaving me with emptied out rooms needing to be cleaned! This bait-n-switch technique is a HUGE negative - dont let companies pull this trick on you!

Steve’s Carpet Care squeezed me in when they had a last-minute cancellation and I had to show my house to renters. Nate was excellent. He arrived on time, wore a mask, and was courteous and professional. He knew a lot about carpet and wear and how the steam process actually worked. He completely removed several dark blue and reddish stains. . Among other tips, he said to vacuum the whole carpet after it dried. The cleaners did that two days later, and the carpet looked great. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Steve’s Carpet Care.

Best carpet cleaner ever! My carpet is very light in color and with teenagers, dogs and cats, they get pretty grubby. Ive tried a carbonated cleaning process, which was completely worthless (and the company was difficult to deal with). Other cleaners were ineffective in removing stains and dirt, or left the carpet so wet I cant walk on it for hours. After Steves cleaning, my carpets looked like new. Plus, they were super-efficient, friendly and really cost-effective. I cant recommend Steves Carpet Care highly enough!
