Great store. Nathaniel was super helpful and helped me figure out which set of earbuds were best for me.

The new manager got me a new iPhone. He’s great. All the other managers were dismissive. He actually knew what I wanted without me even sharing much. Now I can take many beautiful photos of my family and kids shot on the iPhone.

Do not go here. It is not an official ATT store and a street hustler operation. Was lied to in order to start a plan. Told I was going to receive multiple credits. The store manager told me to keep waiting and I will get them, then one day he and all employees were gone and replaced with new manager and employees. New manager Jake extremely rude. Even showed him texts and voicemail from previous manager proving case. Now dealing with ATT via phone and it is a mess. A scam that I am reporting to Attorney General.

My daughter had an amazing time learning how to use her iCloud she said the manager Jacob was a great help she was so happy

Their customer service was amazing! Our whole family was able to upgrade to the new Iphone 12, and this employee here helped us through the whole proces.

Horrible customer service , the Mexican dude that works here with tattoos is super rude. An old lady came and he didn’t want to help her out and I could tell he didn’t want to by the way he talked. Also the store says open but the door is locked the dude is never here and is always on breaks. Horrible customer service don’t come here

I was helped by Madi, and Patrick the store manager. Both were outstanding! Very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and solved all my issues. They walked me threw the process of switching plans, upgrading phones, and turned me on to at&t TV. Awesome. Oh yeah and made sure I received all promotions I didnt even know I was eligible for. Thank you guys.

Very grateful to Patrick & Jesse for accommodating my request for curbside new phone setup. Jesse setup & transferred my phone number and all data while I was safely curbside in my car. During this covid pandemic I am grateful and thankful to Patrick & Jesse to assist my request without any hesitation. This AT&T experience has gained my utmost respect and gratitude. Updated review for August 2021: Excellent customer service provided by Luke Phillips at the store. He was very patient listening to an issue with my fathers account and he understood what was wrong, reached out to corporate to assist with resolving the issue, all while balancing other clients who came in after us (one of whom stated at the outset when he greeted her that she was very unhappy). We were there for over an hour (50min of that time was him waiting on hold to get through to someone who could reactivate my dads account) and he truly treated each customer as a valued one by listening, understanding, and resolving. When corporate finally picked up the line he communicated with them the issue and had the matter resolved to our complete satisfaction. Thank you for an excellent customer service experience that is so rare these days.Original April 2021 Review: Wonderfully helpful. My dad needed help with moving his account over from an old phone to a new one and needed a nano sim for the new device. The employees helped him with the new sim and activation quickly and without any fuss.

Awful experience. They only had one person working on the weekend and he wasnt even able to issue a SIM card. I spent an hour waiting for him talking on the phone. He told me my phone wasnt supported. Im at another store and it works fine.

My wife purchased a new i phone and was having difficulty with transferring to the new phone . The manager was extremely helpful in solving the problem. Exceptional service!

I went in to check this store out since it just opened. I was greeted by an employee by the name of Taylor. He was very knowledgeable about the product and excited to bring up the offers. I currently have Verizon and I am planning on bringing my 6 lines over to AT&T as soon as I get my device paid off. Very nice location and patient employees. Tanner, the store manager was very helpful as well. Although I must say, Taylor was very attractive, especially when he told me about his skydiving endeavors. I wish he could be my little adrenaline junkie. Rock on AT&T and I will be sending my friends and family!

We switched our service from TMobile to AT&T where their rep came to our home to give us our new phones and switch our accounts over. We were instructed to return our used phones to any AT&T store; so we return it at this store within a couple days to ensure we got our credit. Unfortunately, the person that helped us at this store didnt enter our returned phones correctly into the system. We assumed all was well and didnt bother keeping the receipt. We recognize that was a huge mistake on our part for trusting them to enter the transaction properly. Needless to say, we didnt get our $1400 credit for 2 phones and they refused to do anything about it since they have no record of it. We provided them with all the information we had about our old phones including IMEI numbers. I cant express how many calls weve been on as a result of this issue. I would highly discourage you from going to this store for your business and also ensure you track every transaction you ever conduct with AT&T with written proof. Im extremely disappointed in their lack of service.

This At&t store is professional and fast. Taylor helped me first the the manager and they both were very good. Other locations have less knowledgeable people not worth the time

Went in a few days ago to switch carriers (trying to budget better with the partner) and the workers were so amazing, polite, and helpful. They were attentive and informative, and helped every way they could, and we greatly appreciated it. Would 1000% recommend this location to anyone looking at AT&T :)

Went in to upgrade my old iPhone XXX and they said the highest model they had was the iPhone 11 pro max. Why would I go from my iPhone 101010 to a 11??????? Still did it anyways due to a fantastic persuasion by a mr Taylor. He didn’t say a word but his eyes told me everything i needed to know.

I was going to chick filling but i saw the att store and decided hey ill stop by and see what promotions they can help with I was greated by the beautiful Mr.Taylor and properly helped with my account. I later went home and found out he ate half my chicken sandwich and snuck it back into my bag. Never have I seen such great customer service by such fine young men ;) Im glad AT&T provides careers for people in need.

The staff that was at the store was very friendly. I am extremely disappointed in the selection of cases for the new iPhone. I will continue to take my business to the location north a couple of miles by the safeway. Too bad.
