The worker was very slow and ranted about conspiracy theories the entire time. I went in to mail a package, not get bombarded with ignorance and stupidity.

I went in to mail a bubble envelope and they informed me it would costs $11. 37 to mail it First class. Yikes, I decided that was way too much and drove to the Mill Creek post office and they charged me $2.67 for the same 3 day First Class postage. Just a rip off, go to the post office!

Recently under new management. All the old advantages of great customer service (i.e.:help to the car with heavy pkgs + discounts on shipping if your own a box) remain. New owner brings a clean updated store front and pleasant personality to this convenient local.

I used to tolerate the old man with a gruff, no caring attitude that works slower than molasses, until I walked in while he was ranting non-stop some political pro-Trump bologna about how he isnt allowed to be impeached. He never stopped ranting the entire time, even as I walked out the door for the last time. Yikes. Hey look theres a UPS store across the street!

Ripoff artists! They have no customers, so their strategy is to fleece the poor sap (me) who does actually walk into their store. I asked to ship a very small & light package via USPS Priority Mail, and they quoted me TWELVE DOLLARS. It costs SIX DOLLARS at the post office. The lady at the counter said Well, were private, so we have to charge more. When I balked at the markup, she dropped it to nine bucks. Still a ripoff. Avoid!
