Contacted multiple times at varying hours of the day. No one ever answered the phone.

If zero stars were an option that would be my rating. What jerks.We were told we could pick up our car between 10 and 12 on Sunday. We arrived at 11:15. No one was there. We called, the call was declined. We called again and someone answered and said , Ill be right there.When no one showed up for an hour we tried calling again. First attempt rang through to voice mail. Second and third attempt seemed to be declined or forwarded somewhere else. We finally got a text saying ETA 40 minutes.And hour and 40 minutes wait would have been nice to know from the beginning.40 minutes and another call later we were told hed be here in less than 5 minutes. 10 minutes later he pulled up.I realize this is not a profession known for its stellar customer service experience, but have they heard of basic honesty or courtesy??Terribly unprofessional and rude.Update - we found out the guy who came late was not the same guy who was supposed to be there. He was very apologetic and polite. So not all of their people are jerks. Changing to 2 stars. Still, no company should allow such behavior.

Jeremy and his co-worker were wonderful when I was broke down on the side of the road! Got my car home safe and sound. They even figured out what was wrong, and suggested how to repair it. Great experience.

This place refused to provide insurance! My front bumper is damaged.

I have never experienced such a frustrating phone call with a professional before. The guy who picked up my call may be one of the most unkind individuals I have ever encountered. I called them because I received a bill from WSDOT asking me to pay a toll my car incurred on i405. The time and date of this toll road usage turns out to be when my car was towed by Inter-County (after it completely died at my workplace). I called them to request a record of the towing by them so I would have proof to show WSDOT. Instead of pulling up their records, the man over the phone yelled profanities as me and said what I was describing was impossible. He refused to provide me with any records and proceeded to call me names. I’m not sure why simply asking if it was possible for him to check their records was so infuriating for him. Needless to say, this ruined my day and I am in utter shock at how rude a person can be to a customer. I do not recommend this company to anyone who wishes to be treated with respect.I do want to add that the person who actually did the towing (Frank) was fine and did his job.

I requested an abandoned camper trailer be towed. The receptionist was pleasant, professional and assured me they could have someone out shortly. A little later I saw a tow truck about to leave my property. I caught the driver who explained he had the wrong equipment and someone would soon return. When no one showed up, I called back. I was told that campers were difficult to get rid of . A professional operation would be courteous enough to let me know what the issue was -- ideally at the time of the call when I let the receptionist know it was a camper trailer (but I dont fault her for not knowing), but at least from the driver who, instead, lied to me, or later from the office.

The guy that answers the phone at night is very rude and not helpful. He is to lazy to do his job. I called because there was unauthorized vehicle on my space and he hung up on my face because I told him my space didn’t have a number and that I have a permit to park there, he even called me a liar and told me I was wasting his time. I wasn’t even being rude I was just trying to get some freaking help. Really really bad customer service. I don’t understand why my apartment complex uses them. I wish I can give a 0 star.

Brother got stuck in the mud on mothers day. Frank was very friendly and helpful. Arrived within 20-25 minutes of phone call. Got him out quick and with no damage to the car. Thank you!

Anytime you have your car towed it sucks. But these guys the driver was so awesome!! He went out of his way to help in a really stressful situation.

The drivers are faulty, he put my car on his truck as I was walking up, he said sorry too late, which is fine my fault. Then he proceeded to say well how close to $400 do u have, we can work something out I said I have no money but my boyfriend said I have $100 but have to go to ATM so w/my car on back of his truck he followed into town. When I go to give him cash I asked for a reciept & he said if I wanted a reciept Id have to pay $440 & go into the office otherwise $100 & I could have the car now. Next day office knows nothing of this transaction the driver just pocketed the cash.

Very poorly ran company office was unmanned. Making it hard for the registered owners to have their vehicles released no effort made to correct their problem and just have excuses I would never recommend this vompan to anyone and will be filling a report with state patrol !

Sure having my car towed wasnt a pleasant experience by any means, but the guys working at inter county were exceptionaly nice and had all of their prices and fees for a tow clearly listed on the wall in their office. Them towing my car actually led me to find out about their auctions which I now attend regulary

I wouldnt even give a star. First I was told that it takes me 240 to get my car & we asked if we can get it tonight & the driver said no. So I called the next morning saying whens the latest time & what would be to total to get my car. The guy who answered said Anytime and the total is 435 first I was upset since I was told that I Couldnt even pick up my car that night at 8pm then that the prices change when it hasnt even been a day. So I let it go and when I went to go get my car they charged me 533 instead saying that Its 9.8% tax added & I was so mad that I already asked for the total price on the phone & it raised to 100 more. I told them that the price I was told was 435 and that was the total cost. Meaning no add one. The first time I wasnt told any fees now Im not told any taxes that wasnt even involved in my total. Im mad because they charged me two days of storage & yet still it hasnt been 24 hours. WORST place ever. All it is, is lies. Plus they didnt even give me a copy of my receipt, it was me having to ask. Plus who has to wait until someone gets there, why dont they have someone there watching over the cars, what if they get broken into & theres nobody there. Theyre terrible. Very Disappointed.

The owner is absolutely awful (rude, un helpful, swears at customers) but if you work with any of the other employees, you should have a good experience. As good as any experience with a tow company can be of course.

NOT COOL!!! HORRIBLE! I waited over 90 minutes, got put on hold for over 30 minutes on the phone only to learn that the driver was not responding to the dispatch calls. I think they are on drugs. BOOOOO!!! What if I had an infant in the car with me? Is that OK to leave someone stranded who has called for help then act like a complete idiot who cant get ahold of the assigned driver? That driver should be fired! This place should get shut-down.

These guys charge mar car towed on saturday morning 2am, I realised at 6am and tried calling them finally they answered at 11 am and as it is Saturday they charges extra 85$ total charges 380$. and these guys restrict to take credit card only cash.

The owner changed the price from 377, to 409, to 503. The charges were bogus. I think their scamming people for money

These guys are all drugged up on meth, pills, u name it! Quoted me two different prices on a tow and totally ransacked my car inside and stole all kinds of change. Lowest scum of the earth!

Jeremy didnt honor his word. Didnt show up and didnt call me. Unprofessional! Disrespectful! I will Never call Inter-County Towing again.

They did not hook up my car appropriately. Took no responsibility for it, and had to pay an addition 500 dollars to get that replaced by the mechanic

Under new management sorry for bad experiences but we will strive to do better with the new management thank you

Those people are so corrupted , frauds , they damage the car that they towed and then fraud the documents, nasty people , theyre gang.
