I have broken refrigerator and need to fix it. I paid $132 for visit and nether me of tech new what is wrong, price tag to fix from $700 to over $1000. I hope tech will run some tests and trouble shorts, but he did not even move it, just show me how to use fancy termomet.

After calling about 10 - 12 repair places and everyone booked about a month out or wouldnt work on my Kenmore Elite, I found A.S.A.P. online by accident. They were also booked about 2 1/2 weeks, but were close by so I scheduled. The service tech, Travis, arrived within the time frame given. I showed him the problem and he gave me a quote. I found it to be very reasonable and he proceeded. The part that was broken, was backordered which would take more time and be very costly. He said he would try to repair the part and was successful in doing so. The job was completed in about 1 1/2 hours and was with the price quoted. I am very happy with the outcome and recommend them highly. If needed, I would use them again.

First, ApplianceASAP was great on the phone to schedule the next day service. They gave me a time window of 12-3PM next day. Dean actually called prior to coming out -- and was at our house at 12:15. Most of the time repair shops dont call ahead -- and theyre usually at the end of the time window. Dean was awesome! Not only did he call, he was very knowledgeable, handled my inquisitive nature very well, and most importantly had the part and fixed the fan issue in about 15 minutes!! Again Dean was great, and Id recommend ApplianceASAP without reservation.

We had a really good experience with hiring these guys for some repairs to our fridge this past week. It was surprisingly hard to find an appliance repair company near Bothell, but these guys made an appointment the next day, showed up on time, sent a really professional tech (Jeremy) to our house, and charged a fair price.We were referred to this company by our next door neighbors and have no hesitations on referring them to others.

Not ASAP at all. We are selling our house and needed our microwave fixed ASAP. Not only did we pay the amount it would take to replace the entire unit (it’s an expensive microwave) when they finally got the part and could “fit us in” the microwave only worked long enough for the repair person to walk out the door. When I called to let them know that our microwave is still not working, there was no urgency on their part to schedule someone to fix it. When they finally “fit us in” weeks later and the service man then realized that no one ever ordered the replacement part for our microwave. Now we need to wait even longer to get another part in and try to reschedule with them. This has taken months... it will now bleed into the new owner taking ownership of our house ...that is not ASAP. We should have bought a new microwave and not trusted Appliance Asap Repair.

I am so happy to have found Appliance ASAP! Our stoves ignition switch broke - While looking for vendors the 1st one I called - only works on HIGH end appliances....so fancy....sorry my GE isnt good enough for ya.The 2nd never called back.The 3rd time is the charm. Appliance ASAP has an actual human answering the phone (WHAT?!?!) - They are super professional, asked for the serial numbers, told me when our awesome technician (James) would arrive, and told me what steps they are taking to protect me and themselves from Covid. Fantastic experience!!! I highly recommend them.

I wish I had an option of giving a zero rating. The technician represents a company and I had a very very bad experience with one of their technicians (name : Brett or something). He was very rude and he did not get his own required necessary items (like a water sprayer, sanitizing agents) and kept on asking me for one or the other things. Later once all the work was completed he didnt even bother to clean the area. Very unhappy with his service. I am a tenant and only commenting on the service the technician gave.

We were very pleased by the service provided by Brett with ASAP Appliance. Our viking wall oven was having issues and I was hesitant to call a repair person because of a bad experience with the last repair company I tried. Brett exceeded our expectations and was able to diagnose (and show me) the problem it was having. He was able to get the parts needed and it is up and running again. Thanks Brett!

Both my Mom and I have used ApplianceASAP various times. They have always come out quickly, have been knowledgeable about the issue, and have saved us money in any way they could. All of the technicians we have worked with are great, honest people. We wouldn’t consider calling anyone else.

Called them to look at my stove ignitor which was not working. Technician (Brett) who came was very rude. Barely looked at it and told me 2 circuit boards need to be replaced, which will cost 600-700 $. When I asked follow up question since other ignitors were working correctly, he basically said he is the expert and repairs over 2K appliances a year and I should not question his judgement and just listen to him. I asked some other questions about the functioning of oven and he said not to waste his time because this was a courtesy call - then charged me $141 for the visit. Repeatedly mentioned how his services are very expensive ($160/hr) and I should not waste his time by asking questions about the malfunctioning ignitors. Never calling them again.I just wish I had read the reviews below before calling them.UPDATE 8/13 : Thermador employee came today and replaced the ignitor parts and both the burners work like a charm. No need to replace circuit boards or anything else. BTW still no refund on the CC as promised.

Called on salesmans advice to figure out whether its worth trying to repair a wall oven. Phone gal was very brusque, seemed annoyed, and told me itll be $109 for a tech to come observe the problem I was describing. She could almost be heard rolling her eyes over the phone. I wasnt expecting a fixed bid, obviously, but I did think I might get a rough ballpark, as other repair shops have done for other appliances.

Fast response, quick service - friendly staff.From Kristine who answered first thing today to James who provided the service, I am pleased with the level of care and customer service.The reason I didnt rate a 5-star is because their fee is twice Sno-Kings fee for the trip/diagnostic. Would appreciate an initial visit fee of $55 vs their $95 rate today. Turns out it was a loose plug, not even something with our dryer, #ugh!

I wish all customer service was like this. My problem was fixed quickly and hassle free. I am pleased!They had a professional sounding person answering the phone. When the service expert arrived he opened the freezer, tapped on the thermometer motor in the freezer and it began. Basically, he knew what he was doing and diagnosed the problem in 4 minutes. He ordered the part and installed it 2 days later in about 6 minutes. I have a lot of respect who have the knowledge to address the problem and to fix it.This is a company who will get lots of word of mouth business. Thanks.They have an ipad to do the billing easily. Great.

I am deeply disappointed with Appliance ASAP.Here is the timeline- Repair technician replaced the Gas Valve on 16th Feb.- Gas leak was detected when the oven was turned on and when we had PSE come over to investigate the gas leak, they mentioned that the repair was inappropriately done.- Upon contacting you guys on 17th Feb, repair tech came over to find out that he had installed a incompatible gas valve part. I would have expected him to know upon installment that the part was incorrect. The tenants of the home were exposed to high level of natural gas including CO as determined by PSE technician- A replacement part was ordered which arrived on 1st March. Repair tech replaced it around noon of 1st March. When tenant used the gas oven, she detected a gas leak again. PSE was called and they identified that the gas flex line and compression fitting was lose and was not tightened appropriately.This was highly incompetent level of work and exposed tenant of the house to dangerous levels of CO and gas. I would not recommend them to anybody.

Josh came out to do a replacement of a warrantied Maytag dishwasher. Three other companies had trouble with installation, and Josh nailed it on the first try. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and a true expert in his field. I couldnt be happier with the service!

We had two separate visits from an appliance technician to attempt to diagnose the issues with our dryer, where it would take multiple cycles to dry. The first visit, he performed no actual diagnosis besides turning the dryer on and told us we needed to clean our vents. We get our vents professionally cleaned (at relatively significant cost to us, > $200), but the dryer still doesnt work.The second time he visits, he called the manufacturer and spoke to them for a few minutes. When he was done, he told me they dont make the parts anymore and Maytag has never heard of this issue, so his recommendation is to keep doing what we have been doing, running the dryer for 30 minutes at a time and restarting it.As we start researching replacement dryers, I decided to look up the service manual for the dryer. Sure enough, they have a troubleshooting section on drying problems, specifically taking too long to dry (seems as if theyve encountered this problem, huh?). Having ruled out everything else in the list, I decide to look at the gas valve coils. Not only are these still manufactured (and have been, the same part, by Whirlpool for 30+ years), but they were cheap ($11 on Amazon with next day [Sunday] shipping).It took me 30 minutes to remove the front panel of the dryer, replace the gas valve coils (solenoids) and put the panel back on.Our dryer is now fully operational, no thanks to Appliance ASAP.

Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to work with this company; Phone operator was abrupt and said they did not work on our equipment; Built in Alfresco Grill. Ironic, but the manufacturer of the grill (Alfresco) gave me this companys name as the #1 choice.

I took a picture of all the tags on my appliance and that wasnt sufficient so they came not prepared to fix my appliance. They told me it just needed belts and that they would have them ordered, once they were in they would install them. A week later they came out to my house, my son who is of age to be able to stay home was there and the tech said he wouldnt go into my house with my son there. ( I have NEVER in my life had this situation happen, mind you the home im in now has had alot of recent repairs and everyone other tech has not had an issue) I have in home cameras to monitor as well. When the tech called me he said he would call me right back and he didnt. Everytime I have called into them they have placed me on an eternal hold and have hung up countless times just to call back and be placed on hold again. I despise being lied to, poor customer service, and when I am given the run around. This is exactly what this company does I would never recommend them to anyone.

This company has terrible service. First, the plumber that was supposed to fix my fridge showed up at the wrong time twice. They gave me a window that he would be here, he came before that window and would not come back. He also left a rude message on my phone and said he was Frustrated with me for not being there. When in fact, he came at the wrong time. When he finally did come, he was extremely rude and didnt fix what he was supposed to. When I called to have him come back out and actually fix my fridge, the lady I spoke to promised she would call me the next day after she talked to him, and she never did. This has been a very frustrating experience with this company as Ive been trying to work with them for a month and my fridge still isnt fixed. I would take your business elsewhere. Very rude and inconsistent service.

They came out to repair our range, when the repairman pushed the range back in, he broke one of our backsplash tiles. It was in a brand new kitchen remodel and the tile had just been installed 3 days prior. This was in April, they keep saying they will call us back, but never do. It is now July and they wont return our calls.
