The people who work at PostNet is really nice and friendly. I have a mailbox at this location. My problem is that they charge a $5 every time you pick up your mail by appointment and you can ONLY pick up mail by appointment. My mailbox plan says unlimited mail by appointments and it doesnt mention any fees. I read my terms and conditions, theres no mention of mail pickup fee anymore. So theyre essentially charging whatever they want if you want to get your mail.Only the owner response is partially true. Currently, you can’t show up and pick your mail due to COVID. if you want your mail, you have to schedule an appointment and pay a pick up fee.Second, yes you can forward, shred, etc. but you forgot to mention there’s a fee. Sometimes, it’s easier/cheaper to pick up the mail rather than pay to have it forwarded and wait a few days to get it.

Did a printing job for over 50 pamphlets. Both black and white and color. Was very happy with their service. High quality, very fast. They worked with me to put several documents together to produce what I needed. Attention to customer that you will not find in the big chains while at a better price.

I needed a notary and shipping service in Downtown Boston. I called PostNet before hand, and the team there were incredibly helpful making sure I had everything I needed before I got there. Actually in the store they were incredibly helpful and friendly. I would recommend them.

Thank you Matt!Well now theres more. I then got to a trade show and noticed I made a huge mistake on the front page of a brochure. I called Matt desperately in need of help. Quite honestly, very disappointing experience. I used to have a regular PO Box, but since it’s considered commercial and not everything may be delivered to a po box, decided to try this service..First of all, it doesn’t give you any more privileges than a po box, as it is also identified as commercial by most of the mail senders.Secondly, these guys are not transparent with the pricing, and might overcharge you if you don’t pay close attention to the bills...When i first noticed that, tried to negotiate with them, but all in vain.Now i am back with the usps and my old po box, and couldn’t be happier with their pricing and terms!
