Achieve Networks is a one stop, full service IT shop! When our IT Guru left the company, we did very well on our own for awhile. Slowly but surely issues start to bog down our productivity and cause daily headaches for all of us around the office. We ended up wasting hours trying to troubleshoot on our own. Most of our solutions ended up being restarting something or unplugging a bunch of equipment and then plugging it back in. After weeks of these constant issues, we decided to call Achieve and give them a try. They sent a gentleman named Jared to our office the very next day!Hes a knowledgeable professional that was able to troubleshoot many problems we were having with our network connectivity, including performance issues we were having with our servers. He was able to pinpoint the major issue, a failing firewall. We ordered a replacement and had him install the new one when it arrived. In addition to this, he was able to correct problems with our backup/maintenance plans for our SQL servers as well.We will certainly contact Achieve again for our IT needs.
