Went to this place because my old laptop screen wasnt coming on, since I know about PCs I took it apart and didnt find anything out of place. But then I went to Sanchez Computer T and the guy was able to find the issue within an hour and fixed it right away. One of the RAM was faulty. They know what theyre doing.This Place is for Sale by the way..

Went in and got my iPad fix & he broke it even more, then told me to to Apple store, when he said he can fix it, the camera was in the wrong place, touch part on the pad won’t work after I paid. Just poor service need to close down quick

Went to go fix my laptop and after 2 months asked for it and said they wont give it back and they never gave me a paper or anything that said that i have 4 months to get my laptop back so they pretty much stole it

SHANCHEZ IS A THIEF I went in for a repair to a pair of headphones, which was done improperly with the wrong part. I was charged $20. After a few days of use I noticed there was something wrong with the sound coming out of my headphones so I brought them back to Sanchez. I wanted my 20 bucks back. I was told that I couldnt have my money back and would have to get store credit instead. However the store only has about 15 things to buy all of which are double what they would cost at a BestBuy. Shanchez is a thief. He used the wrong part to fix my head phones and then tried to physically intimidate me out of asking for my money back. Never go there.
