AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This realty office along with the personal is utter garbage. There is little to no communication between the agent Anthony Tse and the applicants, Anthony Tse had on multiple occasions fabricated information on apartments, waited until 1 hour before a last minute dead line to inform anyone of such and then ghosted everyone after. My S.O and I have an emotional support animal and upon learning this, ghosted the entire application we submitted along with full deposit until the location was rented to someone else. I personally spoke with a few people in the office to learn more about what was going on due to the lack of communication, only again to be ghosted by this agency. It took from May 3rd until June 2nd to hear back on anything. When we found another apartment through Anthony, last minute he decided to go on a plane and not tell anyone until we were at the apartment for the scheduled viewing. Rest assured, ethics complaints will be filed and the proper authorities will be notified on the laws and regulations Anthony Tse and Jacob Realty have broken more than once with us. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Working with Anthony Tse has been the worst experience I have had with a realtor. During a pandemic, Anthony constantly shows our apartment with little to no notice (24 hour notice in lease). He doesnt care about the lease or our health. I had to speak to the owner of the house, who also agreed that Anthony must follow the lease, and give us at least 24 hour notice, but he doesnt care. Anthony cares about the bottom line and doesnt care about you, or your health, or the health for anyone you might come across.

This past January, my friend Christina and I were out looking for apartments on Beacon Hill.
